How Sponsorships Work On Read.Cash
This is a tutorial/guide on how sponsors work and how you can get and submit sponsorships on Read.cash. So after realizing how amazing sponsorships are and feeling that they are very innovative, I will now include a sponsor tag on every post. Feel free to leave a comment or contact me about this or to just submit your sponsorship. More importantly, for you all to note is that I am also interested in sponsoring people. Getting Sponsors To get started you just need to add "[sponsors]" without quotes to one post and it will then show on that post and on your main profile. You only need to add it to one post to get it started, but ideally, if you add it to more posts, more people will notice and feel more incentivized to advertise. You can add this to posts that have already been published too.
Then people can submit sponsorships to you which you can review under the "Sponsorships" tab from your dropdown menu of options.
You can also submit to sponsor other people to advertise whatever you like on their sponsors.
Once your sponsorship has been approved by the author, then you'll have to add funds and your sponsorship will start showing up.
I am keen on testing this out and getting the sponsorship system going. I will happily sponsor anyone who is actively posting. Just feel free to leave a comment and let me know and I'll submit to sponsor you :) Also, in the notifications section when you click on persistent notifications, you will see options for email updates. More importantly, you will the option to automatically add sponsor blocks to your blogs that you don't manually add them, this is a great way to not have to worry about this but still incentivize and attract new sponsors.

Sponsorship I feel should be a matter of interest. If you want something, you'll go for it. You don't expect the sponsors to come look for you. You'd look for them, convincing them that you are worth their time and money. So, I don't 100% agree with you that this your way of getting them would work out as you are expecting.
That's fair. It's more to let people know I'm starting. I'm actually more interested in sponsoring other people than being sponsored
I think I'll better to stay tune for your upcoming articles. I'm clueless with this sponsorship.
Fair enough, it's just like you can submit a tiny amount of BCH to have an ad on my profile and my posts.
When you said ''I will now include a sponsor tag on every post.''.... What does that mean?
It will add a box of your sponsors to the post. Sometimes I forget, BUT you will always be listed on the person's profile page as a sponsor so that's pretty awesome. Adding the sponsor box you see above is added by writing "[sponsor]" in an article without the quotations
And what will happen if someone becomes my sponsor?

Go to the drop down menu and click on sponsorships. At the bottom you'll see my sponsorships

This more or less is the tutorial. To sponsor someone you click on their sponsor box "Become a sponsor" or if you want to get sponsors add "[sponsors]" without quotes to one post. I added the information to this post too

Sometimes, some sponsors do sponsor their friends only, despite of the quality of their contents. It is sad to see that authors with good quality content were getting ignored by sponsors. Putting a sponsor box in each of ypur article doesn't mean you'll have 100% chance of getting sponsors.
Ofcourse because no one knows unless they look. I'll sponsor you.
