7,152 Pedophiles Released Under 1 Year Lock-Up In California!
California has had a big problem with overly crowded prisons for a long time now. Recently; this past year; they came up with a new solution to this problem. They decided to create a policy to release all of the non-violent prisoners from prisons and jails.
***It sounds like great great idea. Especially since most people believe that those types of crimes shouldn't have long punishments anyway.***
BUT, unfortunately they didn't have the commen sense to not include actual convicted pedophiles !!
In the United States, when someone is charged with a crime they have titles for all of the various things that that a person could be charged with. So that all crimes are recognize by the court system. This also helps keep the judicial system more fair. And prevents police officers from abusing their power & prevents other corruption.
BUT- Prisoners charged with and or convicted of a specific crime called-- ****"Lude or lascivious acts with a child under 14 years of age"****, are not 'technically' considered violent criminals because of the way that this charge is worded.
Yet anyone in their right mind or with some basic commen sense would definitely agree that these particular prisoners are a very real danger to society. Pedophilia is not a victimless crime. It's even worse than most because they target our young defenses kids.
**A lot of people; me included; see this crime as worse than most types of violence with the exception of murder or homicide as they call it of course.**
And some of these child predators have been charged with this crime when they did things to their victims that are even worse than rape. To go into details explaining how this works would be going too far. *This subject is uncomfortable enough as it is.*

Hollyhocks (Alcea), Morning Glories, and Hibiscus, ect. These have been my favorite flowers to base my artwork around lately.
***What drew me to these types of flowers at first wasn't the 'main' part at all though....***
It was their sepals. It's the part between the stem and the flower. Typically leaf-like, elegantly hugging the flowers like shoes or a form fitting-dress. In my early art days I was obsessed with that part and made a lot with the sepals as the star or even alone....

Senate hearings are considered fake news?
Youtube has also taken down several videos that shed light on the recent voter fraud discovered in multiple states. When Youtube stated that it would take down any videos about voter fraud, th entire basis for this action was because they considered it to be 'spreading fake news'. Yet how is a meeting that is open to the public done by Governmental bodies discussing actual issues considered fake news?

So everyone knows that it's the elderly and especially nursing homes that are suffering from the largest amounts of fatalities BY FAR.
It was also assumed and recommended that they should receive the vaccines ASAP.
But the opposite has been happening in several locations. Some of the people involved in making these decisions about who's getting vaccines have actually explained why.
I was shocked to hear that they actually admitted this to the public....
To some up--
.... The fatalities are so high in nursing homes even without Covid 19. So it would 'look bad' for the vaccines when the numbers of deaths after vaccinating goes up. Even though those deaths would have occurred anyway. They don't want people to lose faith for the vaccines or wore yet, be afraid to get one....
I personally don't think anyone should trust any vaccine at all. But if they think it's going to save lives shouldn't it go to the people that are most likely to die from this?

If you roll your eyes every time you hear Conservatives saing they are being targeted by social media because you think it happens to all social types. Well...
It's not just videos about this year's election getting taken down. Even videos from meetings in Congress and in the Senate are being deleted by Youtube and others. But only ones highlighting Republicans and Trump supporters. As well as interviews ect. from well respected conservative people. Espceially those working in Government.
I wrote several articles that I worked very hard on that I know follow recommendations. It seems the Random Rewarder has forgotten about me completely all month. Anyone else?
Boost Others Instead Of Tip
*A little over a week ago I withdrew all funds I had here because I really needed it. Since then I haven't made even a dollars worth from tips and Random Rewarder combined. So I haven't been able to boost my articles. I tried with the 16 cents I had at one time, but that didn't make much difference.*
My point isn't JUST to complain lol....This experience has opened my eyes to how things work here currently.
*As a result I have an idea I'd like to share with you....*
*Typically, I boost my articles.* A least the ones I work the hardest on. I don't go crazy with it. Just a few dollars worth, up to maybe $5 per week gets spent on boosting. So anywhere from just a few hours to off and on for about a week for my best or favorite articles.
Even if it's just a few hours, boosting can explode your view count. Especially if you know how to appeal to your audience at a glance with good titles and thumbnails ect. Different times of the day I'm still experimenting with.
***Anyway after over a week of only spending 16 cents on boosting, I've seen a stark difference in view count.***
I worked very hard on all 3 articles that I wrote this week. But if people don't even see it on the list, they obviously can't click on it. Having a good amount of subscribers didn't ensure views either. It's common to have so many people that you're following that you don't always notice when even your favorite authors post. Especially if you haven't been online in a few days and your notifications box has several pages to sift through.
*No system is perfect....*
Improvements are also continuing to be made because this site has good people at it's core that are eager to learn from experience as they go. *It also does this type of thing better than any other I've come across in my opinion. They also pay attention to the input of all of us more than ANY other websites I've seen.*
*We truly are a community that is trying to help each other improve in various ways. :}*

So I have an idea....
I don't know how often people actually boost the articles of others, but I don't think it happens much. There are good tippers. The tip itself might actually be about the same as what you would earn from the Random Rewarder if it was boosted a few hours, but there are other benefits that come as a result of boosting....
**More views on good content equals more quality subscribers. Even sponsors. As well as more potential tippers. New friends too!!**

I have another idea of groups that can be put together to scan articles. Fishing for newcomers that show some talent. Plus others that have great articles that have been here a long time yet have very little views.
Working together they could organize and time the boosts in a way that makes sense after discussing what they each have discovered. Some articles are more time sensitive like news, while others are timeliness like art and poetry or short stories.
*It could work sort of like the Random Rewarder, yet not a bot of course lol....*
Instead of giving tips, they'd be boosting good content that is sadly getting missed by people that would actually click on it if they had just seen it on the list.
There's multiple ways this could be organized or even lack there of. Most of the ways that I have thought of ways would not only benefit the people they decide to help, but the site would benefit greatly in the long run.

US Election- 2 Cases That Might Change Results
The Supreme Court handles matters of the constitution. The following case is extremely stong because the violations aren't even disputed.
*My very own beautiful state of Texas is SUEING 4 other states for their unconstitutional handling of the election! I love my state.*
For Pennsylvania as example to change the way their elections are done going against current laws, was illegal.
By law they must amend their constitution before making changes like that. They didn't do that. Which means they violated the constitutional rights of the citizens. Since their actions directly effected vulnerability of the election. Now it was insecure on a massive scale that could potentially effect the results. Making it illegitimate.
Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin all changed their elections unconstitutionality.
Enabling massive potential fraud. This caused 'injury' to citizens of Texas (and every other US citizen) because the election was no longer secure. Results of an illegitimate election directly effects them. They have a perfect case.
***Shockingly, those 4 states don't deny or contest that they violated the constitution.***
There's simply no denying that....
Their argument is that they don't want to overturn an election because it's never been done before and it would cause all sorts of problems. Even though their mishandling of the election directly caused it to be vulnerable to massive election fraud on the scale that could actually effect the outcome of the election.

If for example China was meddling in the election causing massive voter fraud, that would overturn the election. Period.
What makes me think that is the case is because after having private meetings with United States Attorney General William Barr, Mitch Mcconnell was all of a sudden having the attitude that Trump will definitely be serving another term. Actually all of his administration seems to be pretty confident that Trump will be serving his second term now, rather than 2024.

*Do a reverse look up to see what company that number belongs to. If they call from a 'spoof' number just get all of the info you can about the company when you answer.*
*Get a copy of your call records and take notes of when they called you and if they called more than once. If they ever leave a voicemail keep that too.*
4-- Collect some money.
Use the address they gave you and or go to the 'contact' page on their website. Write them a letter or an email. Inform them that your phone number has been on the 'no call' list for over 31 days.
***(If it was a Robocall that should be left out)***
Also share all of the information that you have collected from the lists above. This way they know you have enough information that you would need to sue them if you had to. Explain that you are giving them a chance settle this before you report them and sue them. Tell them you know what they owe you. Settling out of court would be in their best interest because of legal fees like lawyers and court costs.
Some may respond with negotiations but there's no reason to get less than you would in court. Since if you took them to court you would definitely win and they know that. But of course settling for less is up to you.

This blue one above has a lot of depth. Almost 3D.
It's my second favorite style to do next neon or really shiny. Although it may appear to be 3D, it was not done with any 3D type program. It's just a trick in the shading.

At a lot of hospitals they have an outside storage building, *(more like a large truck or trailer)* for the people that die from Covid for safety reasons. The one in my area has been hardly used. I asked the medical staff what that strange looking trailer was for that is always in their parking lot.... "Oh we hardly ever need it. It's for Covid fatalities. So they don't contaminate the hospital"
My doctor admitted that he thought the big fears built around this whole thing was really ***unnecessary and unhealthy.*** He also seemed to be really annoyed with the hospital's over-done new policies.

The media, even Fox doesn't report on all of the great things he's done while president. You have to do your own research to learn about all of it. Because even smaller news networks that support him have a hard time keeping up with him. It's not just about the economy. The first youtube video in this article does it's best to cover important stuff he's done but it's not the whole story either.
**Sadly the big problem is not just that people don't know about the good things....**
Major news networks tell straight up lies about him.
People are already irritated by his personally just accept whatever the media says about him because it 'fits their feelings'. So they don't even bother looking into these claims about him.
***Ironically, the very same people don't trust the media at all. Normally they're suspicious of the propaganda and look into things they are unsure about. Yet, because the media has done EVERYTHING they can think of to make people hate him too many are convinced of all these lies.***

My opinion about Corona virus lockdown in US
***There are many complications involved with this subject. Including the protection of the people's rights. Based on OPINIONS about the best way to handle this medical situation, they are forcing A LOT of things upon citizens.***
The fact that a lot of respected doctors don't agree that the lockdown was even a good thing to do health wise. It's likely prolonging the life of the virus. It doesn't even seem to be working enough to justify millions of families losing their jobs and small businesses. Possibly forever.
Some doctors and scientists that are experts on viruses and pandemics have said that they should focus on protecting the weak and elderly. Not all of this extremism. It has most likely caused way more damage than if they had just treated it like any other outbreak.

Knowing that MOST of the actual deaths it has caused were elderly and weak....
**If I had a job or small business and I didn't have any elderly living in my home. Especially if I had a family to feed, I would MUCH rather risk catching it so I wouldn't have to watch us starve, lose our home, or completely abandon a business I'd work so hard for.**
*That being said, OBVOUSLY people that are at high risk of death SHOULD be careful and protected. But never FORCED into poverty!*

Tips For Clicks- Views
You know you've written a good article, important info, ect. but no views?
***Here's some simple things that will get the people that would like your articles to actually click on them....***

Anyway, I'd be sad to find out that I missed out on a great post just because I didn't click on it after seeing it on the list. This has happened several times btw. I also know how frustrating it is when my hard work is ignored. If it's very helpful to people or even important then it's a shame and it's your responsibility to present it in a way that is more effective the best you know how to.
That being said, here's a list of things to know--
**Lead image--** If the pic is attractive when small, it will grab their attention before the title does. So simple {not too many colors ect.}. Pretty, or something easily identifiable with your post. If you want more advice on this or any other hints listed I'll be happy to help. If I don't respond for several days then try again.
**Title--** As short as possible. But quality is more important. Words shouldn't be ones that aren't commonly known.
**The first sentence--** This may be a bigger tool than you realize. If you feel like there's some important aspect of your article that would make people curious, put it in first 1 or 2 sentences. They are visible on the main read.cash page with the list of articles. First sentence is obviously more important. I'll give some real experiences later for examples.
**Boost--** Of course if you're new or broke you may not be able to do this. Don't get discouraged. A short time will show that read.cash will give you some BCH. Especially if you are active. Until you get more viewers I found it helps to leave MEANINGFUL or helpful comments on other people's posts. You'll get more from read.cash. That being said....
I'm still experimenting with this one so I can't really claim to give good advice about the details of how to do the boosting. Like what time of day, ect. But doing this AT ALL is very helpful. Even if you only have a few cents in your account, try the boost for a short period of time with what you have. It will pay off, literally. If people don't see your article on the list, none of the above advice will help. And if you don't have any active subscribers, NOBODY will see it. But don't let that stop you from posting just because you can't afford to do it. There's a lot reasons why you should post anyway but for the sake of not making this too long I'm moving on.
