50:50 Asking for help Dear All, It's been a while, I hope y ou all are doing well. I am writing this with a lot of hope that maybe someone will be able to help us for financial assistance for my friend’s hospitalization bills. He has been admitted two weeks ago (19 January 2022) and still in the hospital (04 February 2022), my friend was examined with having pneumothorax (collapsed lungs) on Olivarez General Hospital at Parañaque, Philippines. `A pneumothorax (noo-moe-THOR-aks) is a collapsed lung. A pneumothorax occurs when air leaks into the space between your lung and chest wall. This air pushes on the outside of your lung and makes it collapse. A pneumothorax can be a complete lung collapse or a collapse of only a portion of the lung.` The 1st operation/surgery was successful, but a week after the surgery (still on the hospital for observation) the tube attached on him is still bubbling, the doctor (the pulmonologist & the surgeon) said it is possible that he has small scar or air leaked because in the CT scan and x-ray they didn’t see any problem. So the doctor said that he needs to undergo immediately again in 2nd operation. However, they cannot decide further due to financial reasons. With this, I would like to humbly request all of you to please help us through this difficult time. Whatever amount will be used we will return it to you in a fixed time periods. Small amount is s big help. Thank you so much. Warm regards, lethlieann

The role of money in human life. The role of money in a person’s life, what is money for you Mankind has been using money for a long time. Money was invented to pay for paid work for the desired product. Everyone has a different view of money. For some, money is an indicator of well -being and the receipt of all the benefits in life. For others, it is a means of survival. But everyone makes money by doing what he can do, and spends it on what he needs in life: food, clothing, entertainment, hobbies, and more. There are people who believe that money can measure everything, and for them the value of cash is an indicator of a person’s success. They try to get branded items because they are now at the peak of popularity, or because they really want to have something that no one else has. There is no limit to the imagination and whim of the rich. and such people do not always understand people who are richer financially, but more spiritually rich, people who can spend their last money to make a pleasant surprise to a loved one or buy a ticket to a concert by their favorite artist. Money was invented by a man so that they could help him survive, and not so that a man could be a slave to money. Unfortunately, without money it is impossible to exist in today’s world. Probably only in some distant tribe, which stopped civilization. Sometimes people are looking for money for many: a crime, a deception or a heroic act. But it is not enough to have money, you have to use it correctly. There are people who do not know how to manage money and waste it, for their own pleasure, do not know that these finances are the income of hard work. Such people can continue to borrow, and thus ruin themselves and their families in full existence. There are also wealthy people who believe that with the help of money you can get everything, and they are not interested in what and how to do so that they can give their wishes. If a person is faced with a financial need, it can affect his life in different ways. For some, it’s a lifelong lesson, and they strive to work in a way that provides for themselves and their family, for others, it’s a force to be reckoned with and take revenge on each other for their financial failure. Money can deliver good and bad for a person. You need to learn to treat money as a means of existence, and not as the purpose of your entire life, and don’t forget that there is still spiritual wealth in the world. Money is obligated to serve one person, and not vice versa. Making Money in Our Lives Money and its meaning in human life. For all people, money is very important. Having funds is a kind of freedom, choice freedom. You can choose almost everything and the more money a person has, the better his choice. With the help of wealth, you can improve living conditions and climb to a new level in society. Money is a type of energy that a person needs for self -realization. But with all the advantages of material wealth, money still remains a means of payment. They cannot buy truly important human values, such as health and sincere feelings. People for the sake of material gain can commit a crime. If initially money was invented as a substitute for commodity exchange, now it appears as a means of interpersonal communication. Mankind has become slaves who see nothing but how to earn as much money as possible. Thoughts about their insufficient number continue to oppress a person’s thoughts and soul. Over time, attitudes about enrichment are completely fixed in an individual’s life and psychological dependence begins. I believe that too much love will not lead to anything good. A person should have more money enough for a normal life, and not just for existence. The money earned in youth and maturity should ensure a comfortable life in old age. People began to forget that money should serve people, and not vice versa. The essence of life in the world is not only material prosperity, but also holiness. I cannot say that any of these values prevailed, however, now it is impossible to live without money, because you have to pay for everything in the world and you cannot live without kindness, morality, charity and faith. There are many interesting compositions Composition The problem of national happiness in the poem Who lives well in Russia Nekrasov Nikolai Alekseevich Nekrasov, one of the most brilliant writers of the nineteenth century, began poetry in 1863 and wrote it for the rest of his life, until 1877. Folk songs are a great testament to the tremendous talent of the people who live in a particular area. They reflect historical events, the content of legends and fairy tales. Criticism of Pushkin's poem The Bronze Horseman Many critics of Russian classical literature have dealt with this poem. The most important mark in the development of Russian criticism was left by VG Belinsky Review of the Lyuban chapter work on Travel from St. Petersburg to Moscow Lyubani - chapter 4 of the legendary work of Radishchev Travel from St. Petersburg to Moscow. According to most readers, this is one of the most popular parts of this story. The reason for the emergence of such Good and evil in Andersen's fairy The Snow Queen essay grade 5 The confrontation between good and evil is a topic always and everywhere touched upon. For the first time, children begin to recognize good and evil heroes, they learn to evaluate by reading fairy tales. One of the great storytellers is What is the role of money in our lives? People with financial difficulty see the satisfaction of their daily money needs. Their modest income could guarantee food on the table and provide shelter, but nothing more. For the rich, money performs tasks of a different nature, they do not have to think about food or medical care, for them it is not a problem. In some cases, they see their income as an indicator of their value and dignity, and in others, they show their wealth to increase status and gain respect. Money can be closely attributed to some limited resources (time, jewelry, gold, precious stones ...). By increasing the fee for the provision of services, we will only select those who can pay. Money also plays an important role in interacting with people and clarifying difficult situations. The situations described above involve the familiar use of money. Therefore, I want to think about the ways of using money that I have discovered recently. Some wealthy people act in a way that those around them don’t even suspect about their wealth, they don’t put it on public display. I have a friend, and this is how he speaks about the meaning of money: "They give freedom of decision making." Following this idea, decision independence is closely related to the amount of money available. Money provides more options and opportunities. However, this interpretation is also not perfect. To grow the number of potential options, you need to increase your state, that is, put a lot of effort and sacrifice of free time. Only people with very strong character can stop and realize that the money they have is enough to make independent decisions. But not everyone can cope with this task. Money tends to enslave, and then it becomes difficult for someone to stop in time. A very wealthy client told me what I personally find acceptable. According to him, money is important if it will bring pleasure. This is how their true value is determined. Think about it. It turns out that money is directly related to pleasure and positive emotions. People who have large amounts of money in their accounts are not always happy. Some face great difficulties because they do not know how to use their savings. They limit themselves to everything and live on an equal footing without even a hundredth of their income. Can such a person be considered rich? Money will only pay when it is spent. If the money is not spent, it becomes an empty figure. To understand how wealthy he is, it is enough to ask him how positive and satisfying he got from his income. To be truly rich, you need to spend money in a way that you enjoy. Once at a private airport, I met a man who had a large hangar with lots of planes and helicopters. Not everyone understands the importance of such an expensive purchase, but they make sense if they bring joy to their owner. But, be it like this, it’s not the only way to spend income while earning. Your savings will bring you more satisfaction and joy if you give them to charity and do your part to improve the lives of those in need. **Your wealth is not measured by how much you have, but by how much you give to others.** Thus, money can provide freedom of action, making a person more free to implement their decisions and desires. You should adequately evaluate your work and spend your savings correctly, that is, for the benefit of yourself and those around you. Think about it… Sincerely yours, Many people think about the role of money in the life of a modern person and the question of whether it is possible to be happy with a small income? A modern man cannot deny himself the pleasures that life has to offer. Everyone wants to dress well, eat good food, live in a nice apartment, and drive a nice car. Many guardians of morality, repeating the hacked fact that happiness is not in money, are quite cunning. Surprisingly those who have or who have: The salary is not less than 70,000 rubles / month, and they do not agree to less. He believes they need an immeasurable amount of money for the very important thing, the availability and usefulness of which is under a large mark of inquiry. We are sure that other people can get a small amount or deserve in a more modest way than them. An extremely bizarre behavior, which at one time flourished in society, and now, fortunately, has impaired the handling of the human brain - the opinion that a person is obliged to do something for free, while even saying “thank you” is not necessary. They have a group of movable and immovable possessions, fattening themselves, content with themselves, taking advantage of money earned in questionable ways. Such people (if they can be called people) came out of their heads that they were just the navel of the world, worthy to live well, and others were from “lower” society. They tell people from “lower” societies that happiness is not in material goods, even if they cannot imagine their own happiness and their life without these benefits. Deeply religious person. This article is not about the above categories of citizens. Here are arguments about the meaning of money in modern society and for an individual person in the context of essential need. Told that there is money for the average person, what opportunities it provides and how you can use it rationally. So also Money What is known about them? The history of money begins before our time, during the heyday of great civilizations. Previously, people only exchanged the necessary things on the principle of "you - me, I - you," but bills appeared, for a certain amount for which it was possible to become the owner of the desired object. Money is a system of measures designed to establish the material, moral or intellectual (scientific) value of an object or person. Now for the money you can own anything: everything is sold and everything is bought. Good or bad, it is impossible to say for sure. On the one hand, remembering the recent Soviet past, clearly: the people who lived by communist principles and fought for the idea, believed that socialism would destroy evil on Earth, that everyone should be equally divided, etc. Yes, under the Soviet economic structure this was allowed and it is still necessary to think about it and promote these dogmas in society. But times have changed: communism has been replaced by market and sometimes gangster capitalism (unfortunately). No more money, as they say, either here or there. The only problem in today’s society is that there is a huge chasm (and even a chasm) between rich and poor. There is a middle class, but it is not enough. Either the crazy rich or the poor. Two extremes. It shouldn't be like that. When all people can live with dignity, but nothing too much, and officials will stop stealing - this is a philosophical and rhetorical question. The value of money for a modern man Some people find it difficult to prove that **money and morality are compatible** ... It all depends on care and on the values established in a person, as well as on hard work and perseverance. If a person earns money in his many years of diligent work and gains little material wealth, there is nothing wrong with that. On the contrary, it is surprising that a citizen achieves everything on his own and does not expect help from anyone, including the state. But human envy is a wicked and useless thing. Money gives a person: Prosperity: you can buy everything you need and want. Freedom: get and do what you want. Opportunities: live as best you can, allow yourself a little or more. Status: some money allows you to get and do certain things, to enter certain circles. Confidence: there are all kinds of situations and difficulties in life, but 95% of them can be solved with the help of money. Freedom: choice, desire, aspiration. Morals and moral values are and will remain with them, but it is better to have something to buy food, an apartment, clothes, medicine with than to be hungry, homeless, without clothes and without essential treatment. For a worthy and intelligent person, money can provide an opportunity for self-realization and self-improvement, opportunities for development and self-confirmation (in a good way). You can do charity work, sports, purchase inventory and supplies for your hobby. For example, according to the most conservative estimates, the start of skiing for one person costs 10,000 Russian rubles: this includes skis, poles for them, bindings, ski boots, ie. the most necessary equipment. If an employee has a salary of 20,000 rubles, he is unlikely to give half of it to a sporting goods store for his desire to become a skier. So the poor man should only dream of skiing, sigh at night and feel low. Obviously the question of a salary in the amount of 20 thousand should be more asked of politicians than the ordinary person, but in one sad example only about skiing it understands the need for money (and, even better, not so small) in life. And how many marriages have been ruined because of lack of money! For example, a family is homeless. If it is not possible to buy a separate apartment, and you need to live with your parents, many conflict situations can arise and provoke: both between the couple and between parents and spouse. So, love is good, but you must have a material basis before starting a family. Reasonable spending of money Righteousness and prosperity are different concepts for everyone. Someone even 500,000 a month is not enough, but someone at 30,000 manages to survive and save for something they want. However, there are general principles for rational use of monetary benefits: Clearly understand how much money is needed for essential items. These items include food, rent, travel expenses, medication, tuition fees (if any); How much money can you spend on your favorite hobby; How much it is possible to save per month for the desired item (if you need to save and immediately get something there is no way). You can end the article with the phrase where it began: "Money is not happiness." In obligatory continuation only: "but to them it is easier to realize that happiness is not in them." Money will not bring 100% happiness, but it can make a person happier. Once upon a time, a man faced a problem. How to measure the values of the material world? How to evaluate labor and the cost of a person’s contribution to the general welfare? Then man invented money. Like most human inventions, money is a great good and an evil at the same time. Let us first consider their positive features. With the help of money, a person can provide himself with shelter, food, clothing and other necessary things. He doesn’t have to do everything himself. So, the programmer does his job, which he wants, and buys clothes and food from a bespoke and a cook. When a person has a lot of money, he also has many opportunities: travel, study at the best university, improve his appearance with plastic surgery, etc. Precisely because money provides so many needs, many people decide that money is the only thing necessary for life. And they devoted their lives to material values. Money is slowly darkening their minds. You need to earn more, work tirelessly ... But there is a chance to “destroy” your neighbor! We should take this opportunity, because it is so rewarding! A person for the sake of money is sometimes capable of a crime, capable of risking health, happiness, freedom for the sake of money. And family, love, friendship, kindness, mutual understanding with the people around-it’s all relegated to the background. Or rejected all. You ask: why? Answer: Yes, money is very necessary! I just want to buy this, this and this. After all, there is everything! Or, conversely, no one has ... Now ask someone who has lost health because of money or is in prison if the money is worth their loss. He would say: no, but then I never thought of it ... People forget that money is a blessing when it serves someone, and not the other way around. Money should be for someone, not someone for money! There is only one material world. There is also a world of spiritual values. A world of kindness, faith, moral principles, love and respect for others. And I believe these two worlds are equal. It is impossible to live in society without money. But just focusing on money, rowing greedily at any cost, is like cutting off a hand or deliberately shortening your life in half. Historically, money has come out for the convenience of trade transactions.  Gradually, they began to become an end in themselves. And now, no matter how we treat them, money plays an important role in people’s lives. By themselves, they do not bring anything bad or good. If money only serves as a means of payment, then it only fulfills its function. But if money has not become a means, but an end, then the chaos begins. They are often subject to speculation, theft, robbery and other atrocities. It is money that has now become the expression of material wealth. Now money is so strongly entrenched in our reality that we don’t think what they are? What is their role in life? Having money, we can implement various interesting projects, get a good education, make our lives more comfortable and safe. Life plays a very important role in our lives. They determine a person’s status, his or her position in society, and success. Sometimes it seems like the whole world revolves around money. They affect all areas of human life. We keep hearing about money from parents and friends. The problems associated with them are actively discussed on television and in radio broadcasts. Therefore, money affects the process of developing a person’s personality, character, behavior, actions and lifestyle. They determine how relationships between people develop. Each of us has our own attitude towards money, we see their presence or absence in different ways. An unhealthy money behavior can be a source of problems. People say that money can “buy” everyone. But how important is love to family and loved ones, friendship, health and, finally, the value of human life? I used to wonder why a person is not satisfied when he has a lot of money? If I had a lot of money, I would be happy! But, as I got older, I started looking at money with different eyes. I realize money is not happiness. Yes, I can buy my brother a toy, ice cream, but his love for me is priceless. I can get good advice from my dear friend without any money. My classmates often ask: "How much money do you need to be happy?" The answer seems to be simple, but at the same time it is difficult. You can't answer without a doubt. One person needs a lot, while another needs nothing. Can you buy happiness? Having money, you have to handle it. Many people are hesitant to handle money: some are too wasteful, and some are clenched fist. And sometimes austerity comes to the stingy, then they remind us of the stingy knight from the tragedy of the same name AS Pushkin. There is waste trying to do good to others, relying on reciprocal support. Such people are similar to Khlestakov from Nikolai Gogol’s comedy “The Inspector General”. The subject of money has always been relevant and constantly present in our lives. Money is just one way that allows you to live fully, perhaps not each other, but the majority of the population. It also affects a person’s inner world, his dreams, his behavior in the world around him and himself. Money has a certain power. They can be used for good deeds, and then they will bring a lot of good to this world, and if used for evil, then their destructive effect can cause a lot of harm not only to outsiders, but also to money owners. It takes a lot of effort to get rich. I think it is the determination and ambition that will help achieve this goal. A person who is passionate about a goal can make a great career and build their financial well -being. Many problems in our lives can be easily solved with the help of money. Solved for those who have them. But what about those without them? I mean sick, disabled, old man. How can they survive, who needs medicine, good nutrition? It’s hard to give smart advice, find the right words. And how do you want people to have no need! Our state tries to provide assistance to such people, but this assistance is very small, and it does not always come to the person for whom it is intended. And poor people are dying without waiting for it. Much, of course, depends on the mercy of others. In recent years, many wealthy people have emerged in our country who have donated money to charitable foundations. I know there are such people in our village. I want money to be a symbol of beauty: kindness, mutual help, love. I want to waste money All wealth will be lost in the world, And people will be people back And again they found happiness.

Story of the Place of Poverty QUIAPO 1986 — Crowded. Messy. Dirty. Nest of snatchers, prostitutes, and drug addicts. ‘That’s Quiapo: a place in Manila known for crime and poverty. Here I was born. Yes; I am a Quiapo boy. Although I did not grow up in the very nest of chaos, I grew up aware of poverty and the danger of the streets. We are four siblings; we all grew up in hardship. Our house was a small bedroom made of plywood, it looked like a small box where the six of us huddled together like sardines every night. Our parents did not have a specific job. Mama has entered all kinds of careers to support our family. He accepted low positions in companies; she sold beauty products and clothing; tutor; and sold barbecue on the corner — all just to meet the needs of the school and fill the bloated stomachs. Our father tried to give us a good life, but he was consumed by vice and the hardship we were going through. I grew up in a troubled, noisy, debt-ridden family, and seemed hopeless. They say that dry and instant noodles are the food of the poor. If that's the basis, I'd say we're even harder on the rat. I experienced going to school without a backpack and sleeping at night without even eating. “It's better to just sleep. This famine will also pass. ” Join us in the relentless fighting of our parents. Relentless shouting, beatings, and exchanges of hurtful words draw on the spirit of a child deprived of the freedom to be a child. The mortal enemy of the poor is not hunger. Despair I have experienced envy of others with fancy clothes, fancy things, toys, homes, good food, and happy families. I once dreamed of a good life. But with repeated disappointments, I have also experienced a decline in my ambitions in life. It crossed my mind that dreaming was not free; that the dream is only for those who have money and can afford it; that the poor should just get used to living a itch, a beak. It is better to be poor than to have nothing. How can you dream if you can't afford to go to prestigious schools? How can you take a risk if the battle can only be won by money and power? Hunger is not the main enemy of the poor, but despair. And with the loss of it, self-confidence is also gradually disappearing. Briefly: Lack of Dignity I grew shy and afraid of people. I think I’m a less kind of person because we’re not rich. I was slapped then, there were a lot of scars on my face, and my clothes were completely old. I know I have abilities as an individual, but that is overshadowed by a lack of self -confidence. "Who am I? It's just a little difficult. ” “What if I grew up rich? Maybe I'm not skinny. Maybe my complexion is beautiful. I wish I was in a good school. I wish a lot of people liked me. ” My self -confidence depended on money, appearance, and the praise of others. Blessed are those who suffer, but are still able to look up and stand on their own two feet. Not everyone is like them. Snatcher. Prostitute. Holdopper. Drug pusher. They are all human beings, just like you and like me. Some of them are people who also once dreamed and failed. Some of them also once clung to the principle, but out of despair were forced to cling to the knife to answer the call of the stomach. I am thankful because even before our lives ended in such a state, God saved us. 2005 — This is perhaps the most turbulent period of our lives. We are plunged into chaos and poverty. Violent every day. Simultaneously with the shouting of the empty intestines was the shouting and quarreling inside the house. We were evicted from our house in Quiapo because we could not pay the rent. We were forced to stay with our relatives in Cavite. That’s where our lives started to change. Just a few months later, Dad joined the church in fellowship with our relatives attending a community church. Gradually we saw a change in him, until he completely surrendered his life to God. We saw how he was freed from the vices that had imprisoned him for so long. Back then, we saw him almost on his knees intoxicated with alcohol. Today, we see him kneeling in prayer. Good words replaced the crispy ones. The hands that once hurt us, are now folded in prayer or raised in praise. I know God loves us brothers and sisters, because He did not let us perish or grow up in a home destroyed by poverty. God also loves our mother; He did not allow the pain he was experiencing and the hardship he was carrying to continue. But, the best news of all is that God also loved our father dearly, and He did not allow him to be permanently corrupted by vice, sin, and poverty. Today, our entire family serves Victory. We all graduated with the help of God and the people He used to lift us out of adversity. In fact, my dad is with me now at work as a full-time church worker. This is what the life ruled by God looks like. Although the trials we face in life are not completely gone, the hope, happiness, and peace that His kingdom brings to our hearts and lives are still unforgivable. Although poverty has robbed us of the ability to live honorably, God has restored it all since we experienced life with Him. We learned to dream again. I embraced my value as a person — value not based on wealth or status in life, but on the person Jesus gave me. I never fully imagined that a young Quiapo back then would be used by God to reach young people who might be confused and wild in life. I am now a campus missionary. *"But seek first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you." Matthew 6:33* It is not in money or occupation that the real rise out of poverty begins. It begins with the reign of God in a person’s life. If you are experiencing adversity today, hold fast to God's promises. Seek His reign in your life, and He will supply all your needs. Don’t let poverty steal your dreams. Do not make the state of your life the basis of your dignity and character. You dream. Get up. Walk high-forehead. You are the son of the King of kings. If you are blessed and capable of life, are you ready to help others and participate in God's work to defend the helpless, fight for their rights, and bring justice to the oppressed and poor? (Proverbs 31: 8,9) by

Stop Comparing Your Story We don’t need you to be someone else. We need you to be you.⁣ Nobody else in the world has the exact set of experiences that you do. You are unique. You are an original. Nobody else has your voice, your creativity, your way of writing, your way of listening, your way of creating or of thinking about business.⁣ Your successes are one of your greatest assets. So are your failures. Your hurts and your scars. Your joys and your thriumps. Your rejections and your becoming. These are what make you, you. Growing in your creativity is a lifelong pursuit. It’s not easy but the journey is the joy.⁣ Stop comparing your story to someone else’s. You are so much better than what you compare in social media or in reality. God created you in His image and in His likeness, and He has so much in store for you.⁣⁣ Every second you spend comparing what somebody else has is taking away from time that you could create something for yourself.⁣ *“We do not dare to classify or compare ourselves with some who commend themselves. Quarantine Life We have been like this for over a month. It's scary to think about, but I feel like I'm getting used to it, I feel like I'm accepting when I don't have the usual greeting to go back to. Gone is the old habit. A warm hug with a friend you haven't seen in a long time may be gone forever. The spinning cheers will no longer work; unhygienic as well as perhaps the metaphorical misfortune and collision-shoulder. It’s hard to call arm and shoulder because, you know, social and physical distancing even at the metaphorical level. Or maybe even a high-five or a handshake will be too late. Flying kisses will be popular across ages. Fortunately, my suitor answered me and we were still holding hands when we were still safe and still slaves to the thrill; fortunately he married me (without remorse?) and had two children before it happened. However, this is not a guarantee not to worry. I should be especially worried because I am the strongest body in our house, so I have the name of the quarantine pass that I use every time I go to the town. This is despite the fact that there are two maintenance medicines that I take every day due to neglected health when I was young. Except for the medicine for my recurring allergy. I had never repented before. Why is it always late? Like many of us today, my family does not leave the house. Except for Easter, when my husband was hospitalized and operated on outside of our town. It used to be difficult to be hospitalized, but now it is more difficult, the plague is spreading to anyone, anywhere, especially in hospitals. Add to that the many must-pass checkpoints, including an explanation of why we had to get out of town and be confined. I made a hospital clearance - there was a fee! -just to be picked up by a caring neighbor (shoutout to the Baldovino family! Thank you!) When the obstetrician-gynecologist cleared us so my husband and I could go home. I just want to clarify, nothing to do with COVID-19 has been my husband illness. However, we treated ourselves as potential carriers of the disease, so after the hospitalization, we quarantined our children at home so that we would not infect our children with any viruses and germs. There was a quarantine area within a quarantine area. But I had to go out because I had the quarantine pass issued by captain. I was overwhelmed with anxiety while in the hospital and watching over the sick housewife. Wondering if there was enough food we left at home for my two young children and the senior citizen father -in -law, for how many days. What if one of them didn’t feel well? How is that treated? Do we still have to pay if we are hospitalized? In those moments, I asked God to just bring me back to normal. I went back to normal life. But, I still ask myself while in the hospital, what is my habit and normal life going back to? Establishments are closed due to enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) in the town where the hospital is located. I buy food and other hygiene necessities at a hero convenience store, about a kilometer away from the hospital. I think I just want to go back to the normal day. Yes, we even had an ECQ at home. That’s what I accept going back to normal. No longer the pre-COVID-19 that is common. In the more than a month since I was convicted of not going to work first, what I consider to be the norm is that every action is scheduled every time I go out to shop in town. This is what I'm used to. So coming home from the hospital on Easter, it seems easier to shop, than to line up in the market. The strategy that in the early days of the ECQ, was like a forcible punishment imposed. I have lived alone for a long time. Even with a family. I almost only own my cargo. So when it comes to ECQ, shopping is not new to me. What’s just new to me is the minute difference of women’s products I should buy for my family. Yes, every visit to town is accompanied by new knowledge, such as the variety of with wings, non-wing, long, maxi, dry, thin, ultra thin, cottony, and overnight that I thought was just the same because , isn't it, just the same brand? With detergents and chemical rinses, I should be familiar with the smell and brand and flavor. In lard, there is coco and palm. I also became convinced that many advertisements that said they could eradicate grease from the plate in a few drops were false. Such. So, ironically, I am less affected by the viral social media posts of men who are sentimental or men who were once confident but are now disturbed by the suspicion of buying a product that passes the critical taste of their partner. True, happy anecdotes are brought to us by the obligation to leave the house despite the ECQ, especially by those who are accustomed to the care of the true emperor of every household. The obvious middle-class privilege of being able to choose what to eat, be delicate or demand the brand they are accustomed to is sometimes fun. Because it is also true that many of our compatriots did not have this privilege back then. Especially now. Another privilege I now have is to be part of a small-town community effort to make it easier to trade any product. But although most are food, you may find some non-food products. My first sin was the other day, looking for shoes because I left my walking and light workout shoes. My message: “Looking for training/running shoes. Size 9.5 or 43 (European size). Even second hand as long as it is not torn and there are no radical repairs. Any decent brand will do. Thanks. I just need a walker and a light cardio workout. ” Less than an hour later, someone PM me, offering at a cheap price his cross-trainer of a famous shoe brand that was not used because it was small in size. Mutually beneficial to be the money given to his shoes that I can use in the twice-a-week 3-kilometer walkathon to and from town when shopping or buying medicine. The transaction was completed the next day at the meet-up that took place. Even my wife who is recovering is now having fun ordering food on the online forum, which apart from the apparent shopping mall, is also an avenue for socializing and gossiping sometimes in the town. Talk about closed-community ties and inciting robust local economy, not surprisingly in the days to come, as long as there is no clear light on where this ECQ caused by the virus is headed, and-hopefully not! - Expenses have been exhausted due to unemployment, the online store will also become a job placement site. I also know many in different countries today rely on small-scale and fast trade over social media. Honestly, when I get into that situation, I can work in the bakery again like I did when I was in elementary school. Or, I'm ready to be interviewed again for a new job. Ma’am/Sir, I’m not picky, I’m ready to rehearse and learn. Because I don’t have to get used to the usual anxiety, I’m especially what my family expects.

Suffer from breakdown I suffer from breakdowns every night. It's so hard to tell anyone because I also don't feel like talking. Always self blame, regrets and whatever what enter in my mind. To the point that I'm down, I don't know what else to do on my own. When you wake up it will be okay again but at the end of the day it's like that again.

Money Problems? The Financial Mistakes You Might be Making Will Rogers said that “it isn’t what we don’t know that gives us trouble, it’s what we know that ain’t so.” Growing up, we learn many habits that will last us all our lives and, while some habits can bring happiness and financial success over time, others however, slowly lead to ruin. What can we do about those? Simple! We identify the bad habits and THEN we learn better habits to take their place! If you want to know some of the worst financial mistakes that you might be making then read this list to avoid them and the money problems that they bring! **20 Financial Mistakes You Might be Making** **1. Never admitting that you sometimes make mistakes.** None of us are perfect and no matter how much we try to pretend to be we still make mistakes. ***The key is to simply learn from them and improve ourselves little by little.*** There will always be room for improvement and the more we develop, the better we’ll be in life. **2. Waiting for leftover cash before saving.** The main reason why ***"pay yourself first" (save a little money before spending the rest)*** works is because it bypasses our instinct to consume all that we have. If you wait for some leftover cash before you save, you’ll find that you already spent it all. **3. You don’t plan for the future.** One of the hallmarks of ***financially successful people is that they are more future-oriented in their daily habits.*** While most people live for the present, those who fix their habits and aim for a better future are those who likely become successful. **4. Thinking that “working hard” will make you rich.** Although a lot of people realize that hard work won’t guarantee financial success, very few know what will. ***It's not in how hard you work but in how much value you create.*** There’s a difference between singing at a local karaoke to entertain a few friends and singing to record a music album that will entertain billions of people. There’s a difference between selling a burger you cooked, and building a thousand restaurants that sell millions of burgers to hungry people. The greater the value you create, the more you will earn. **5. Thinking that a job is the only way to earn money.** A job is certainly the easiest way to earn cash, but making it your only source of income can lead to disaster. Instead of focusing only on a job, you can start a small business and expand it, ***start investing in assets that produce money like stocks*** and real estate, build an apartment you can rent out to earn money, and more. Also, never forget that your career does not define who you are. A job is simply a way to earn money – nothing more, nothing less. **6. You don’t invest in assets (stocks, real estate, etc.) and you just put money in the bank.** No matter how many seeds you collect, they won’t grow in value and bear fruit if you never plant them. Money can be used to make more money, and that money earned can be used to make EVEN MORE MONEY if you learned how to invest properly. That’s how some people get rich: ***they learned to use money wisely.*** **7. You try to impress others with your stuff.** In the immortal words of Dave Ramsey, “We buy things we don’t need with money we don’t have to impress people we don’t like.” Owning unnecessarily expensive stuff doesn’t mean you’re successful; it just means you lack sense. **8. Not knowing how much you’re spending.** “Beware of little expenses. A small leak will sink a great ship” said Benjamin Franklin. Whether it’s that coffee you buy every day, that extra snack, a new shirt or blouse you don’t need, that pack of cigarettes, or whatever else, unnecessary expenses often slowly eat your wealth like how termites eat homes. ***Watch your expenses*** and slowly stop the habit of wasting money on things you don’t need.  **9. Calling unnecessary luxuries “investments.”** No matter how durable, efficient, or impressive that new gadget or toy you bought is, if it doesn’t actually make you any money then it’s not an investment. It’s simply another expense. **10. Thinking that more money will solve your money problems.** Do you remember how your financial life changed after your last promotion or pay raise? I bet it didn’t change much as you still spent all the money you earned and had nothing left at the end of the month. Like trying to fill a straw basket with water, more money won’t solve anything if you keep spending it all. ***Learn better money habits first*** and THEN you’ll start building wealth. **11. Believing that you’ll always be able to earn money.** You won’t. Someday, you will either get sick, injured, or grow too old and weak to work. You need to plan for that starting NOW since ***the years will pass by soon enough.*** **12. Buying stuff with money you haven’t earned yet (credit or through debts).** What if you receive all the money you will ever earn in the future TODAY? Surely you can buy that newest iPhone, that huge TV, expensive luxury clothing, and more! The catch is… you still need to work to earn it all. ***Imagine working 40 years just to pay back all your debts.*** Is that new gadget you bought 30 years ago still worth it?  **13. Staying in debt.** Worse than that outdated phone you’re still working to pay off is staying in debt. Just like how carefully managed investments grow to bring you more money, debt ALSO grows and it grows faster to bury you deeper into debt. ***Learn how to pay back and be free all your debts ASAP.*** **14. Concentrating on saving and forgetting about increasing income.** ***Your life and what you find in it are determined by your thoughts***. If you only worry only about your bills, your debts and your problems, you won’t have time to think about the opportunities you have to earn more as well as the solutions to problems you may face. https://yourwealthymind.com/31-self-improvement-tips-to-change-your-destiny/ **15. Not being grateful for what you have.** You have a home, you can use a computer, you have electricity and clean water, you have eyes to read this or ears to listen to someone teach this to you, and you have a working mind that lets you understand it all. One major tip to ***stop yourself from overspending*** is to simply be grateful for what you have. That’ll stop you from trying in vain to “fulfill” your life with more stuff that you don’t even want or need. **16. Forgetting that money is created by burning your limited lifespan.** This was one major lesson I’ve learned from Robin and Dominguez bok, "Your Money or Your Life." You spend one to two hours preparing and commuting and eight to nine hours a day working (plus overtime) for five to six days a week to earn money. Those are hours and YEARS over time from your limited time on earth, a large chunk from your lifespan that you can NEVER get back, that you’ve just turned into money. Whenever you’re tempted to go shopping, ask yourself if that shiny new toy or gadget that you want to buy is really worth it. **17. Forgetting that your time is limited.** “Tomorrow” you’ll work harder to get promoted. “Tomorrow” you’ll research on how to start a business. “Tomorrow” you’ll start saving money and investing. Before you realize it, you’re out of “tomorrows.” ***Whatever you want to do, start NOW!*** **18. Thinking that money is evil.** This is one of the worst beliefs to have around as it ensures suffering by making you believe that you should suffer in poverty and by making you subconsciously sabotage whatever success you earn. Money is simply a tool you can use along the way. If living well, helping others, and solving problems and disasters require it, then why not earn a lot of it? Like how doctors earn money by healing people, businesspeople earn money by creating things people want, and how chefs earn money by cooking food that people love to eat, ***money is earned by the good that you do and the value you create.*** By the way, here’s a great passage from Minister *****Russell H. Conwell's "Acres of diamonds":***** “Money is power, and you ought to be reasonably ambitious to have it. You ought because **you can do more good with it than you could without it.** Money printed your Bible, money builds your churches, money sends your missionaries, and money pays your preachers, and you would not have many of them, either, if you did not pay them… You never knew an exception to it in your life. The man who gets the largest salary can do the most good with the power that is furnished to him. Of course he can if his spirit be right to use it for what it is given to him. I say, then, you ought to have money. If you can honestly attain unto riches…, it is our Christian and godly duty to do so. **It is an awful mistake of these pious people to think you must be awfully poor in order to be pious.**” – Russell H. Conwell **19. Forgetting to continue your education.** You could have been promoted… but you never ***learned to lead well***. You could have bought that piece of land… but you never learned how to invest in real estate. You could have built a grand business and retired early to enjoy life… but you never learned to do it. ***There are infinite possibilities and opportunities in life, but you'll never see or use any of them if you never learned that they exist, or you never learned to make use of them.*** Read books, attend seminars, and learn from other people’s writings. Who knows? ***Maybe the key to your success is in the next thing you read.*** “Many times the reading of a book has made the fortune of a man.” – Ralph Waldo Emerson  **20. Never doing what you need to do.** Imagine your life at 55 years old, sick, unable to get a job, lots of medical bills to pay, you’re already a few weeks behind on your utility bills, your banks have started calling to collect the overdue credit card payments, and you have absolutely no savings or investments. That’s what can happen if you don’t take care of your finances right now. Knowledge is useless unless you use it well, so start learning, start using what you know, and *****DO IT NOW!***** **I hope you enjoyed reading this article!**

A Short Lesson on Personal Finance “A big part of financial freedom is having your heart and mind free from worry about the what-ifs of life.” – Suze Orman **Before we begin, don’t forget the GOAL of managing your money:** ****Financial Stability and Financial Freedom**** It’s difficult to enjoy life when you’re buried in debt, worrying about where to find money to pay the bills, and when your entire family is suffering from poverty and lack. On the other hand, it’s much easier to enjoy life when you have more than enough money and resources to pay the bills, buy good food, buy entertainment, travel, help the needy, and more. It gets even easier when you no longer need to work at a nine-to-five job because your investments earn money FOR you and you have the time and resources to do the things you want WHEN you want. That’s the goal of good financial management, and that’s what you’ll learn here. “No one can feel easy or safe who is living from hand to mouth.” – Orison Swett Marden **Learn to Save First / “Pay Yourself First”** Before you can use money to earn more money, you need to learn to save it first. While we think we can simply spend less and hopefully have some cash left over, what usually happens is that we keep spending until we have nothing left. The best way to save money is to put some into your savings BEFORE you spend it. You may think you can’t live on less, but if you think about it you learn that you already do. Have you checked your income tax lately? The reason why you don’t feel its impact is because it’s taken out BEFORE you get your hands on your money. Thanks to that, you simply learned to live on the amount you have left. Why don’t you use that technique for saving money as well? **Save at least 10% of your income in a separate bank account (or anywhere you won’t be tempted to spend it) and use it to invest in your future. You’ll automatically learn to live on less building wealth.** “A part of all you earn is yours to keep, and if you cannot save money, the seeds of greatness are not in you.” – W. Clement Stone **Pay DEBTS ASAP** Nothing crushes opportunities more than getting buried in debt. You’re forced to stay at a dead-end job because you need the money to pay your debts. You can’t risk changing careers or starting your own business because the credit card companies are already at your throat and they’re threatening to take your house. You also lose the love and support of your friends and family because you kept borrowing their money and you kept forgetting to pay them back. You’re suffering like that for what? An expensive new cellphone or gadget? An entertainment system? An overpriced vacation trip? Weekly nights out with friends? It’s not worth it. The best way to avoid getting buried in debt is to never borrow money in the first place. If you already owe a substantial amount of money, remember that you can still pay it all back. Like saving money first, **set aside a large part of your income every month to pay your debts** and learn to **avoid borrowing any more money**. “No one can be happy, no matter how optimistic, who is forever in the clutches of poverty, of harassing debt.” – Orison Swett Marden **Start Investing: Make Your Money Go to Work FOR You** You can stuff your savings under your mattress or you can cram it into a bank but neither would do you much good. Similar to how $100 was a lot of money 50 years ago but isn’t worth much now, inflation eats away at your money’s value if you don’t make it grow. There are several ways to invest money in order to earn more: **First, invest in yourself (your skills for your career or business)**. Study the things that add value to your life: learn how to start and manage businesses, learn to lead and manage people, learn how to invest, learn to be more productive, learn how to take care of your health, and more. Markets can crash and businesses can fail, but your ability to create value will remain. Invest in yourself and your earning potential as, in the end, you are your own greatest asset. **Next, diversify and invest in other assets such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, properties, businesses, and so on.** My friend told me that most of her successful friends don’t usually talk about “personal finance” or investing, and I agree. I don’t talk about it either unless somebody asks me about it directly. Even then, I’d only tell them about the books and resources I studied so they can learn to make their own decisions and invest by themselves. For safety’s sake, you have to diversify and own a lot of different assets or investments. While you can indeed build a successful business or career and earn millions, let me ask you this: what do you do with your surplus cash? Will you spend it all on “the good life” and “cool stuff” you don’t need? Will you stuff it away in a savings account where it will just get eaten up by inflation? What will you do when your business fails or you get injured and lose your ability to work? Will your income, business, and lifestyle go down with you, or have you invested in assets that give you enough cash to survive and thrive? Never forget that possibility and always remember that you can invest to earn financial freedom and stability. “How many millionaires do you know who have become wealthy by investing in savings accounts? I rest my case.” – Robert G. Allen Investing is simple especially if you’ve studied how to do it well. Although there’s a lot of things you’ll need to learn, just take it slowly and study it one financial lesson at a time. By the way, **if you want a hassle-free first investment, invest in a low-cost stock index fund**. Based on my research, stock index funds are some of the best investment vehicles out there. Then again, I prefer stress-free long-term investing. If you prefer big risks and deals and daily trading, you might want to try making money through other assets. “Risk comes from not knowing what you’re doing.” – Warren Buffett

How To Write a Good Essay You may have to take a test in a short time for a scheduled exam, such as a high school entrance test. At other times, you may find yourself in an embarrassing situation that requires you to finish an essay quickly because you were late or because you were surprised. Although a last minute essay is not as good as an essay where you spend more time, creating a timely essay is still possible. With a little planning and a lot of hard work, you will be able to write a very good (or if you prefer it is beautiful!) Try in a short time. Part 1 Preparing for writing your essay Develop a plan. Consider the time you need to complete your dissertation and develop a writing plan based on it. This will help you to determine the time you spent on each part of the writing and also follow the different instructions. Be honest about your strengths and weaknesses as you develop your plan. For example, if you are good at research but not very good at writing, spend less time researching to spend more time editing. Make sure you have breaks for yourself to refresh your brain and recharge. An example of a plan for a one-day essay writing project might be: 8 am - 9:30 am - find a problem and an argument for the topic 9:30 - 9:45 - take a short break 10 pm - 12 pm - do the research 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm - develop a test plan 1 pm - 2 pm - take a break at lunch 2 pm - 7 pm - write your essay 7 pm - 8 pm - take a break at lunch 8:00 pm - 10:30 pm - correct and edit your essay 22:30 - 23:00 - print and prepare your work deposit Examine the problem. You can find out about it when your teacher asks you for a copy, but even without it, first look at the question and the different ways you can argue about it. Doing this first thought will not only guide you in proper research, but it will also help you to move quickly in the writing process. Make sure you understand the problem. If you make a summary while the topic asks you to do a "review", you are less likely to succeed in the topic. If you do not have a writing topic, find a discipline that interests you and then evaluate the essay problem. You can write well on a topic that interests you. Develop your arguments or your thesis. Your argument or thesis is the point of view you defend in your dissertation through examples and analysis. Develop your argument to guide your research and speed up writing. If you do not have too much experience with your theme, it can be difficult to form an argument. You can still analyze your discussion and then use your research to support or refute the ideas you want to make. A great exercise to help you quickly find the problem and width of your essay is to describe it: "Study (choose a topic) because I want to better understand (what you want to know) in optical display ( this is the time to form arguments) ". Here is an example. "I study witch trials in the middle ages because I wanted to understand how lawyers used the evidence in their trials to show that the legal process influences legal practice and modern medicine." Examine the counter arguments to strengthen your essay. Look for your essay topic. You need to strategically research your topic to find ideas that will help you develop your argument and form the body of the role. There are many resources you can use for research, including online newspapers and archives and basic library resources. Since you do not have much time to write, focus on one option or two to do your research. For example, the Internet and libraries offer extremely useful information. Make sure you use reliable sources, such as government journals, universities or government websites, and professional newspapers and magazines. Do not use personal blogs, which are clearly biased resources or resources without professional qualifications. You can use the information you have to speed up the search process. Just find a source (but reliable) to support your essay and add it to your assignment. Doing preliminary research online can lead you to resources in a library such as newspaper articles or books. You can also direct yourself to online resources such as newspaper article archives or other research on your topic. If you are reading books, the book is "empty" so you can browse it quickly and navigate to other resources. To get there, try going through the introduction and conclusion to find the main arguments, then take some details from the body of the book to use as evidence. Take notes on your research resources. This will show that you have legitimately researched the subject while acknowledging the merit of the author of the ideas. This is especially important if you plan to use a direct quote and can also help you add bibliographic references and information to your essay without having to consult the reader resources. Write the outline of your essay. Outline your essay to guide you through the writing process. By outlining it in the same form as your essay and adding examples, you can simplify and speed up the writing process. You will also know any party that needs better development. Structure your plan, as you would in your essay using an introduction, a body and a conclusion. The more detailed your summary, the easier and faster you can write your essay. For example, instead of describing a simple paragraph for the editorial body, expand it with large dots or sentences that show arguments and evidence. Part 2 Write an essay whose date is not fixed Set the number of hours to write. Doing so will help you write faster because it puts you under pressure to do the task. Set up your work environment to avoid distractions at this time and write more freely. Nothing can stop you from finishing a test on a set date, unless you spend all your time online or in front of the television. Turn off the TV, put your phone in silent mode, and disconnect from Facebook or other social media sites. Make sure you have all your materials in hand when you start writing. Increasing each hour to find a book, a piece of paper or a snack will only waste your precious time. Write your introduction to appeal to your reader. The introduction means the exact meaning of the word: it tells the reader what you are going to say in the essay. The introduction should be captivating and get attention from your readers while inspiring them to read the rest of your work. The most important part of your introduction is the rejection of the thesis. This lets the reader know the point of view you need to build on the test. Create a “catchy” ego that catches the reader’s attention from the beginning, and then introduce the broadest truth into some imaginary facts in a narrative form. Conclude by explaining how you can defend your point of view. An example might be: "For many, Napoleon had a complexity because of his size, but he was actually the average size of most people at that time." Sometimes it is easier to introduce after writing the body of the dissertation. This will give you the benefit of knowing better how to introduce the topic as well as your arguments. A good tip is not to write an introduction that is more than 10% of the total length of your essay. Therefore, for a five page essay, you do not have to write an introduction of more than one paragraph. Write the body of the role. The body of your essay will include important points that support your thesis or argument. Analyze two or three key points to reinforce your argument and add more words to your entire e. Choose two or three key points to help you do your pitch and your thesis. It is less than this number and you will not have enough evidence to support your arguments and in time you will have a little more avoidance of thoroughly exploring each of these points. Keep your examples accurate to support key points. To get rid of long explanations while digging into the subject will make your precious time a waste. Support your main point with the evidence accumulated during your research. Remember to explain how the evidence supports your opinions. If you do not reach your word limit, select a key point and conduct your research on it to form your opinions. Write as clearly as possible. If you write quickly, it will simplify the writing process by writing simple sentences without focusing on complex grammatical structures. This makes it more likely to abuse an integrated language. Avoid lengthy explanations of your arguments. Including long prepositional phrases, passive verbs, and paragraphs that do not advance your arguments will cost you time to write or proofread your essay. Give yourself the opportunity to freely describe to optimize your time. It is easy to draft your e and then write it rather than work without using a rough draft. By writing freely, you are sure to have an e where you can make small adjustments during the review. You can also help you overcome the blockage that writers usually encounter, which is just the result of not knowing how to say it. If you have difficulty getting the word out of an idea, write it down as much as you can and come back later. Write the conclusion. Like the introduction, the conclusion means the exact meaning of the word: finish the duty. It provides a summary of your main arguments and should leave a strong impression of your work on the reader. Your conclusion should also be relatively short. Try to give your conclusion in a proportion of 5 to 10% of the total size of your essay. Try to raise your conclusion instead of re-verifying your thesis and your evidence. This allows you to target the limitations of your arguments, suggest a vision for future research or build on the importance of your topic in a larger field. As you hang on to the reader of a great introduction, conclude your conclusion with a phrase that will have a lasting effect on your reader. Review and re-read your essay. No writing is perfect when it comes to making mistakes. By reviewing and re-reading your work, you ensure that this test you write quickly does not contain any amazing mistakes. It is equally important to review and re-read e to leave a good impression on your readers. Read the essays again. Make sure you support your opinion from the beginning to the end of the dissertation. If you have not already done so, try making some changes to your thesis. Make sure your paragraphs are structured with each other and do not give the impression of clutter. You can use transitions and solid sentences to help you build connections between your paragraphs. Spelling and grammar mistakes are the simplest to correct, but you value the reader's goodwill if you do not. Part 3 Write an essay with a set date Plan your work. Even if you have some time to write this essay, taking a moment at the beginning to come up with a quick plan will help you give your best in writing. Read your assignment carefully. If the question stands out, get one. If you ask to minimize the events that led to the fall of Rome, do not limit yourself to Roman history. Make a list of ideas. You will probably not have time to come up with a formal plan. However, having an idea of the key points you want to address and how they relate will help you structure your essay. If you do not know how to connect your main ideas, know that you need to think a little before you start writing. Find your arguments. Once you notice some basic ideas, look for their contents. Even for scheduled reviews, you need to present consistent arguments or theses. Time your writing strategically. If you need to answer more than one question at a certain time, give yourself enough time to write it all down. It is also a good idea to read the points allotted for each question. For example, you will not spend the same time and effort on a three-paragraph topic that counts for 20% of points, whereas you can have 60% of points for a 2-paragraph topic. If you come across a question that seems more difficult, the idea is to start here. This will eliminate the biggest problem while you still have a cool head. Limit the trivial. Often, students begin to develop their ideas after spending an entire paragraph on unnecessary general ones. Especially with programmed essays, it is really important to address your main argument directly and accompany them with examples. Maintaining an introduction can last all your time. If you find your introductory paragraph starts with a vague or overly general idea, such as "Through the history of the ages, people are fascinated by science" stop immediately. In this type of test, do not put anything that does not support your point of view. If you are talking about the importance of religious ideas in modern society, do not dilute your idea by also referring to socialism, Hollywood and banana making. Explain the connections between examples and arguments. A common problem with dissertations, especially those made under pressure, is that students often present examples without explaining their links to their main ideas. Try to follow this format for each paragraph: example-idea-explanation. The idea: this is the main argument of the paragraph. Perhaps it can be found in your main sentence. Examples: these are the details that support and validate your statement. Explanation: makes this part possible to make the connection between the previous parts and explains why the example proves everything you said. If a sentence in your paragraph does not match any of these three elements, it shows that you do not need it. Plan the correction time. Even in cases where the delivery time of the assignment is fixed, you will need to schedule a correction time. This is beyond a simple correction of minor mistakes and spellings. Examine all your work. Does your thesis reflect and support your thesis? You may have other ideas while writing. If this happens, improve your thesis accordingly. Make the verses fluent and consistent. Tests where due date do not follow the same rules as ordinary essays, but your reader should always follow your argument to a development logic without having to feel hovering or disappearing. Make a conclusion that summarizes your arguments. Do not leave your writing without conclusion. Even if it is really short, a conclusion will always give a complete aspect to your role.

So, you are interested in whether it is wrong, or at least slightly wrong. **Communication does not work as a packet data transmission system** one emits the show and that is that; It is something more dynamic, you have to participate in the process where other people interpret what we say. This is because the simple fact of being a different person from the recipient makes our perspectives and experiences of having lived in the past and the present different, which means that no matter how well we do it, misunderstandings will always arise. You have to put yourself in the shoes of others This advice came from the previous one, because the communication process is quite dynamic and **you need to make sure there are no errors** . It is not enough to have an approximate idea of the type of ideas or questions that arise in the mind of the interlocutor; The emotional state that accompanies each of these cognitive processes must also be considered. **Consider the context** More than the individuals involved in an act of communication is the context, and both of these conditions **what is said and how what is said** is **interpreted** should always be considered a very important factor. For example, it’s not the same to say in a meeting in a restaurant than in the office where you work and one of the two is the head of the company. The situation in which social interaction takes place can rotate the meaning of words. **Don’t forget non-verbal language** **It is impossible not to speak through non-verbal language** , so do not forget about this factor, because it is almost like you or not what you do in this sense will be known and interpreted by others, and you will do the same by observing the rest even if you are not aware of it. Adapt your language It is very important to adapt the language to the conversation you have, especially considering two factors: **the level of training and education of the listeners, and the context in which the conversation takes place** . For example, if you are researching biology and want to explain what a breed of dog wants at home, you should definitely avoid using highly technical jargon, unless someone else asks you to explain the details. that. On the other hand, if you are in a professional context, it is unlikely that good eyes will see you express yourself as you would your lifelong friends; As long as this is an arbitrary imposition, violating these unwritten rules can overwhelm the content of your message, in addition to damaging your image in many cases. Look into my eyes This may be one of the simplest and most basic tips on how to communicate better. If you don’t, it will create a strange situation where it will be difficult to interpret what you said, since then **your intention** will **not be clear** (because you will speak but at the same time you show that you want to be anywhere other than having to that conversation). Of course, so that you don’t get obsessed with something very important, it’s better that you worry about not stopping looking into your eyes for a few seconds, instead of focusing on looking into your eyes all the time. **The ideal is to do it on a voluntary basis that allows you to forget about the object** Unless you notice that you are not following it. Avoid prejudging Sometimes we are tempted to express loudly prejudices about others, whether they be positive or negative, if only to build a conversation. Avoid it. In any case, ask questions to allow others to let themselves know more. Notice if the other person is nervous Sometimes you will meet people who are prone to nervousness in conversations, especially if they know little about you. By detecting these signs of stress, **show them your complicity and use techniques to relieve tension and create a more relaxed atmosphere** -Make a joke, adopt a relaxed non-verbal language, show that you take other people seriously and take care of what they think of you, etc. Practice active listening When they talk to you, don’t be passive. Even if it’s your turn to remain silent, it signals that you’re paying attention: **look into the eyes, nod, react to a few exclamations depending on the emotion that evokes you hearing** , and occasionally, add small comments or ask questions. of related topics (as long as they do not involve telling a very long story that is of little importance in that situation). This is known as active listening. Don’t try to fill silences with words **Don’t be afraid of silences** ; they are another communication tool. In fact, many of the great interviewers continue to use it to create the climate of conversation they want; You can also do the same.

How to make an essay: beginning, development, conclusion, examples To learn **How to write an essay** it is necessary to perform the beginning, development and conclusion correctly. An essay is a literary writing in prose in which a specific theme is formed, in which the author prints a reflection. and subjectivity. For example, you could write an essay on Latin American writers, on the arrival of the first man in America, on the history of sport, on the contributions of the Egyptians to the world, and on many other topics. To execute an essay it is necessary for the writer to express his thought; that is, their opinion, consisting of the information received and personal characteristics. Composing an essay is not only to expose information about the topic in question, but the author must make an argument that manages to convince the reading public to join his or her point of view or interpretation. Creating an essay is not subject to any special structure, it is the writer who gives him or her style and specificity. However, for better guidance, the parts of an essay are considered introduction, development, and conclusion. The author of this type of literary writing may write about philosophy, history, politics, culture, art, religion, sport, society or any other topic of interest that he is trying to attract. Usually the language used in the essays is careful, so that the argumentative and reflective thinking of the author is easy to understand. In addition, it is necessary for the ideas to be organized logically and coherently in order to clearly explain the topic and so that the reader can easily understand the ideas to be reported. The writer can use examples to make his point of view concrete. Now, if you have no experience in conducting an essay, it is advisable to first choose a simple topic that the author likes. On the other hand, the author must ask himself the questions of why and why it should be developed. Finally, the essayist reflects on his or her point of view on the topic and makes a conclusion / summary of the above. **Step 1- Select the topic** An essay could be about philosophy, history, politics, culture, art, religion, sport, society, or another topic that interests you. Within these branches of knowledge you will need to choose a specific topic. For example, you can’t write an essay on the environment because it’s so broad on a topic, but you can choose to write an essay about global warming. If you do not have experience in making an essay, it is recommended that you choose a simple topic to your liking. ****How to start a trial? - Step 2**** Once you have selected the topic you want to develop in the essay, you will need to do the introduction. In the introduction you will explain what your goals are when doing the essay, the main subtopics you will deal with within the main topic and you will also explain the form you will give to the text. For example, if your essay is about global warming, you could explain when you started discussing it in history, why it is important today, what are the most widely defended scientific positions today, and whether why you decided to choose that topic. You will also explain the general structure of your essay. In this part of the essay you can use different techniques to create interest: **Contradiction** Contradiction is an approach that the author may use at the beginning of the essay to modify or correct an approach that to some extent is believed to be correct. For this tactic to serve its purpose, the writer must first have a global idea or thought that is approved or accepted by many people. In the case of the global warming essay, you can first explain what position is globally accepted, and then explain another that is less accepted but alternatively. **Creating interest** The essay is more interesting if the author discloses the information gradually, that is, gradually. This type of technique gives way to suspense, giving the writer the freedom to ask or ask questions as if directly to the reader. In the case of our example of global warming, you will not provide all the information in the introduction, but you will provide little data and brief information of what you will explain in depth in progress. **Provide data of interest** One way to create interest is to provide data that creates hope and shows the importance of the topic you have decided to develop. In the example of global warming, you could explain how many degrees the temperature rises, what the consequences are right now, or what some research predicted would take place. **Confirmation** The application of this tactic at the beginning of the author’s essay simply seeks to combine the information or knowledge that the recipient has on the topic developed. **Startup example** *Global warming* "If there's one thing that has caught the attention of millions of people in the last decade, it's been the issue of global warming. And it's not something that will lighten it up, there are a lot of signals that the environment sends to humanity that are related. in this problem. The melting of polar ice caps is one of the signs that has alarmed scientists around the world. This phenomenon is directly related to the depletion of the ozone layer and has led to many species losing their ecosystems and thousands of animals dying because they cannot adapt to sudden changes ”. "Some effects of global warming are already being seen, such as extreme weather events, the melting of poles, rising sea levels and changing calendar seasons." ****Step 3- How to make progress?**** The development of an essay is carried out by presenting the topic presented in the introduction in a clear and convincing manner. This is the longest part of the essay and it covers the topic. In this part of the essay the most relevant information on the chosen topic is provided. For this you can use information collected from books, magazines, newspapers, monographs or resources taken from the Internet. In the case of the global warming test, we can create this component with the following information: Explain what global warming consists of, the science behind it. Most accepted positions around the world on global warming. Less accepted position. Recognized authors. Recent research. **Example of development** This will be a short part of composing an essay: "There are thousands of public and private institutions involved in studying the causes of global warming and the consequences that this phenomenon has on the planet, both in the short, medium and long term. As mentioned, and the effects of this problem have been noticed in a large part of the planet. "According to Dr. Ken Caldeira of the Carnegie Institute for the Study of Science, the numbers are not inspiring. The atmospheric scientist made the following statement in a statement:" Our study indicates that if the emissions follow a typical usage scenario, there is a 93% chance that global warming will exceed 4 ° C by the end of this century. ” "This figure is two degrees higher than what was proposed to be achieved in the Paris Climate Agreement. At this meeting it was established to contain global warming up to only 2 degrees Celsius". ****Step 4- How can a conclusion be reached?**** The conclusion of an essay leads the author to present his final idea on the topic he has developed. In addition, there is a closing introduction and the body of work. In this part, essay review can pave the way for future research. The conclusion provides a summary of the entire essay. Here the author includes some thoughtful and thoughtful phrases to impress the reader and come up with their own ideas and questions. In the case of a global warming test, the conclusion may include: The consequences that could occur if the current rate of global warming continues. What is doing wrong. What works well. The solutions. Proposals for future research needed. **Example of conclusion** This will be a brief part of the conclusion: "It can be distinguished beyond doubt, and based on physical evidence and expert testimony, that global warming is a fact. Every citizen with a conscience must take appropriate steps to stop this problem from affecting in the whole world. "If you really want to reach the goal of 2 degrees Celsius set out in the Paris Climate Agreement, the effort between public and private institutions, government and citizens must go together." ****Questions for an essay**** An essay leads to the completion of several questions to make the development and presentation of ideas more accurate and coherent. An author might ask the following questions: - What topic do I want to discuss? - What topics do I know and like? - Why do I want to develop it? - Do I know the subject enough? - How do I organize my ideas? - What resources should I consult? - What is my purpose in developing the theme? - What elements should I use to make it more interesting? - What language will I use? - What audience do I want to reach? - How can I convince or convince the public to read? ****Tips for argumentative essay**** Conducting an argumentative essay is easier if the following tips are considered: **Theme selection** The first step to conducting an argumentative essay is to pick or choose the topic. The theme chosen to develop should have enough content for the author to be more open to stating his position. **In -depth investigation** Once the topic is selected, a thorough investigation is conducted on it. Reading past works helps to gain a lot of knowledge about the content that will develop. The resources consulted must be reliable and accurate. **Organize ideas** In an argumentative essay, the use of a “draft” or plan of ideas facilitates the organization and logical presentation of the author’s thoughts or approach. **Development** After the ideas are clear, we proceed to the explanation of the argumentative essay. The body of the text should consist of an introduction, a development and a conclusion as described in the previous points. **See written** Finally, the author should carefully review the entire essay to correct any errors that are present, either in spelling or in the approach of ideas. ****Tips for literature essay**** Conducting an essay in literature involves applying the advice of the argumentative essay, but with little difference. The following suggestions will help in developing this type of work: **The subject** Literature essay covers a large number of topics, giving you more freedom. But the author was advised to choose one that he knew enough to broaden his perspective. **Style** It is recommended to give the literary essay a particular style and form, it depends to some extent on the author’s intention to attract the public to reading. Simplicity and clarity are the advised characteristics for this type of text. **The author thought** In the essay of literature, it is desirable for the author to freely express his thought on the subject. This means that the work does not necessarily compare the arguments of other authors or other sources. ****Tips for scientific essay**** **Theme selection** For choosing the topic of a scientific essay it is recommended to go directly to the contents related to chemistry, medicine, biology, physics, mathematics or other branches of science. The subject should be treated naturally, creativity and originality to keep the reader interested. **Objectivity and subjectivity** Although the essay allows the contribution of the author’s ideas, it is advisable in the scientific essay to compare them with the work developed by experts in the field of science. It is therefore necessary to consult books, research or any other objective or unbiased source in depth so that the content is balanced. **Focus on the target** In the scientific essay, the author should focus on his final goal, this will allow it to be concrete and specific about the topic. In this type of document it is recommended not to fall into detours to avoid losing logic and interest the text. The author can use examples to better explain the arguments, this way it is easier to understand for the reader and the essay is more fluid. ****Tips for philosophical essays**** **Discussing the dispute** In a philosophical essay, the author is advised to discuss, contradict, compare, criticize or defend the main argument of the chosen topic. In this case, your opinion or idea alone is not enough to expand the content. **Simplicity** The author of a philosophical essay needs to approach the subject with simplicity and naturalness. It is recommended that the writer defend his thesis or arguments clearly so that the content is not complicated. **Originality** One trait that must stand in a philosophical essay is originality. Although the author needs to debate the arguments, he needs to show his understanding of the topic he has developed, in this way he is more convincing to the reader. ****Tips for critical essays**** **Personal stamp** Composing a critical essay involves the author’s judgment and personal style in relation to a given topic. However, it is recommended to add reflections that lead to a deeper debate, far from simple opinions. **Comparison of thoughts** In the critical essay, the points of view of other authors about the subject formed may be exposed, in order to compare or validate the thoughts. Comparisons add accuracy and reliability to your work. **Skills** The opinion given by an author within a critical essay must necessarily be reflective and logical. It is recommended that the essay activate his intellect and thinking ability so that the writing is relevant. The skill of the author can also be demonstrated in the closing or conclusion of this type of essay. In this part of the text, the writer may ask one or more questions to get the reader to form their own opinions, without it implying that they agree with the thoughts and ideas of the essay. **Test examples** To give you a better idea of how to make an essay, I leave you with examples divided into critical, literary, philosophical, argumentative, literary and exposition essays. The purposes of the essay are to inform, entertain and make us reflect. To do this, it follows a structure and theme. **Critical test example** *Gender violence against women* Gender violence against women is any aggressive and violent action that takes place within an area of inequality where man has power and authority over woman. The consequences are physical, psychological and sexual. At the same time it affects the whole family environment, especially children. Now, why does sexual violence occur? Is it that as a society we have not yet made enough progress towards equality between men and women? If you are not walking the right path, it is necessary to sow and cultivate the seeds of respect and recognition for women in the home. In the idea of the previous paragraph it meant that the family as the head of society should lay the foundations to begin to raise men with a different vision towards the female gender. It is the parents who should guide the value of the woman as one worthy of admiration, love and protection. In the same way, it is very important that in every family of women women are taught the value they have as men and especially women. Continuing to strengthen his abilities, virtues and abilities will give him enough self-confidence to not tolerate any kind of abuse. Here the figure of the father is important. A father who cares, accompanies, loves, respects, hugs, counsels and uses loving and respectful language with his daughter teaches her that she deserves the best. Consequently, in her adult life she will choose a man who will give her what she received in her childhood. Gender violence would not be a family or social problem if people were more concerned with valuing the presence of others. One of the first steps that must be taken to eradicate this type of abuse is to equalize the role and role of men with women. Throughout human history, societies have placed men above women, either in their strength or ability, the truth is that it is buried in the collective unconscious that the male gender has power over the female. Clearly, this so-called supremacy continues in force in sexist communities. Latin American countries that display the prominent characteristics of chauvinist men. Is this a question of culture? Lack of education? The answers may vary, the truth is that the man must stop believing that the woman is something or should be subject to it. How does such a change occur? the role of the family is re-emphasized in the care and training of men. Add to this a balanced existence of life in which roles and activities are shared within the home, which shows, for example, that the father can help the mother clean up if she does other work. The road to equality and justice between men and women will remain long. However, it is not impossible to achieve a society in which the female gender enjoys full freedom. On the other hand, it is possible to raise future men with sensitivity and appreciation for women. The above is achieved through joint action between society, family, school and individual with the application of values such as respect and tolerance. It is also necessary to create spaces that promote an egalitarian coexistence between men and women based on brotherhood and the appreciation of the thoughts and feelings of each individual personality. **Argumentative essay for example** *Racism* "I hope people finally realize that there is only one race - the human race - and we are all members of it." Based on this phrase by Canadian writer Margaret Atwood, the issue of racism has been raised and why it continues to be valid in the 21st century. According to the dictionary of the Royal Spanish Academy, racism is a bad expression of discrimination between ethnic groups. It’s a kind of feeling of anger and pushing from one person to another with a different skin color. Historically, this kind of rejection between individuals has existed in all societies and cultures. Nationality and skin color are not chosen, but there are people who, because they are from one place or another or because they belong to a certain race, believe that they are superior to others. Now, when that mindset of supremacy comes alive, it gives rise to discrimination. In relation to what is described in the previous paragraph, some scholars such as Ramón Grosfoguel have argued that racism originated in the processes of conquest among Europeans. He then came to America in 1492 planting a racial system consisting of “pure blood”: white, black and indigenous. Subsequently, in every stage of history and in all societies there have been acts of violence attempted against the lives of those treated differently. Such was the famous case of African American Rosa Park, which on December 1, 1955 refused to give a bus seat to a white man in Alabama in the United States. Park’s attempt to show equality between races led to him in prison in a short time, and from that moment on, Martin Luther King began his historic fight for respect for the black race. Ten years later, the United Nations Organization signed an agreement in 1965 to eliminate all expressions of racial discrimination. While it is true that much has been done to eradicate racism, it is also true that acts of violence, discrimination, intolerance and inequality between races persist even in this century. Why is there still hate speech? What other political and social initiatives should be implemented? The impact of racism in the 21st century can be attributed to the growth of communication channels, especially social networks, used by political parties and extremist groups to share their views of supremacy. At this point, US President Donald Trump’s anti-immigrant speech was mentioned. The elimination of racism may be possible by applying strong measures by international organizations and effective punishment against those who violate the integrity of others. Moreover, it is necessary to strengthen the principle of tolerance and deepen the acceptance of plurality and diversity. Added to the idea of tolerance was the statement made in 1998 by Kofi Annan, who said it was the basis for peace within society. With the application of tolerance in the right way, the source of wealth and development is opened up in all areas, because we all have something to learn from each other. On the other hand, the role of educational institutions and the family as the head of society must be firm in inculcating values, as well as in cultivating the prevention of discrimination. All of the above is achieved by promoting the respect and appreciation of others. The job is not easy, but the commitment must be constantly updated. **Example of essay on literature** *The habit of reading* Reading is a gateway to worlds inhabited by new ideas, experiences, emotions and feelings, which expands the mind and is capable of recognition. However, the benefits of reading are not in themselves attractive at all. It is usually read by the learning system, but not for pleasure. The habit of reading is derived most of the time by imitation, by the infectious tract given to hear from others how their senses are fixed, their spirit connects with another feeling and the mind navigates seas of endless creativity. On the other hand, reading continues to give the mind more flexibility, because insights are more. Reading is associated with pleasure, that is, it is an activity that should be performed for pleasure and not for imposition. The result of an enjoyable reading is linked to the development of skills, the expansion of vocabulary, the improvement of concentration and the prevention of the effects of age on the brain. "The ability and taste in reading provides access to what others have already discovered." Abraham Lincoln made no mistake when he uttered the former sentence, true reading connects with other forms of thoughts, with new spaces and reinforces the standards of those who venture into the unknown. Now, even though reading has many positive effects on human life, not everyone is capable of making it a daily and frequent activity like brushing teeth. On the other hand, the fast pace of the world sometimes does not allow space and time to read a good book. However, it is never too late to sow the seeds of habit. A person can start reading by choosing a book about a topic they like or attract their attention, be it poetry or horror. What matters is that you have a purpose and devote a daily amount of time to it. With constant reading behavior will be present and honeys of pleasure will sweeten the daily life of the individual. The taste for reading comes to some extent from the cultural environment in which the individual operates. Being surrounded by family or friends who read is exciting and contagious. The idea of sharing new knowledge and learning from others is an important incentive to stay connected to a book. On the other hand, academic schemes should move towards open reading programs, where the student, whoever chooses, wants to read it in accordance with their age and level of comprehension. This way, reading is no longer mandatory or imposed to be fun and interesting. Along with the previous idea, discussion groups can be formed where what is learned is shared, games are played around reading and new topics are suggested for future meetings. A child who reads will be a more sensitive, tolerant, understanding, analytical, and creative adult. The subject of the habit of reading is related to the individual, that is, to the human interest to know, to know and to know. As they say, no forced labor. A reader will be as long as he has books in his hands, while watching others read, but mainly does so when curiosity has stirred his spirit. Reading has the ability to give a person solid arguments on any topic and consequently has the honor to be heard. This is because their knowledge is not empty or hollow. Finally, reading can help to interpret life and meditate on it. **Philosophical example of essay** *What is pleasure?* People often wonder what happiness is, the answer to this question depends on each individual. The Greek philosopher Aristotle declared that “true happiness depends on the free use of the mind”, that is, that every person relies on their thoughts to be happy. According to Aristotle, happiness is associated with the circumstances and experiences lived, but above all with the position of the mind. Although a person doesn’t always have pleasant moments, that doesn’t mean they can’t be happy. Your behavior is decisive. Returning to the question of what happiness is, it can be said to be more than a state of mind, it is a habit controlled by man to live and deal with certain situations. Happiness is associated with desire, it is satisfied if the wish is enough, meaningful in itself and achievable. Every person wants to achieve happiness, the paths chosen are different. The debate begins as to when and when in this state of mind to arise. However, it should be remembered that the wish must produce pleasure, self -realization, pleasure and therefore contrary to pain. Happiness can be considered as a state of gratitude and appreciation for what you have and what you live. Moreover, it can be defined as a permanent joy of the soul. There are people who, having it all, feel incomplete and frustrated, which can relate to their thinking and how they are aware of what is happening to them. On the other hand, if happiness is in achieving your desire, it is important to remember that nothing is eternal and that any moment in which we struggle excessively can be lost. Right at that moment happiness is thought to disappear, but no, there it is waiting for the mind to focus on the good to come. Is happiness possible? Buddhism, for example, maintains that it does, as long as man does not associate it with external agents in his spirit, whether they are people or things. Within Buddhist culture, happiness is possible when the individual understands that he is within himself and there are no circumstances that will interfere with his peace. In Western culture, happiness begins to approach the descriptions made here by Buddhism. Society has opened up the mind and understands that being happy gets to connect with the most prominent part of being, taking care of filling the empty space in life and being self-consistent. The first step to the experience of happiness is to become comfortable with what you are and what you have achieved, with the awareness that you have the ability to go for more. The achievement of goals should not be an excuse for competition and comparison with other people. The path to happiness is traveled with the mind and heart in complete silence. In conclusion, happiness becomes an enjoyable or happy experience that is related to the meaning of each person in life. It is a personal choice that depends only on the way things are thought of and the eventuality of the inner self. "Most people are happy with their decision." This phrase by Abraham Lincoln confirms what has been described above, happiness is subject and individual and subject to behavior in life. **Expository essay for example** *Adolescence* Adolescence is defined by the Royal Spanish Academy as the stage of human life that is after childhood and before the period of adolescence. On the other hand, this phase can be defined as the transition from childhood to adult life, but first experiences strange effects and characteristics. The word adolescence is derived from the Latin word *youth,* which is translated child; at the same time is associated with the verb *adolescent* , which means to develop or grow. From the above it follows that this stage is known and identified as a process of continuous change. Now, it is necessary to know that an adolescent is someone whose age is between 11 and 19 years old. During this period of time the individual exhibits a series of changes at the psychological, physical, emotional and sexual levels. As a result, both men and women develop unique features of their sexuality. In general, in girls, breast enlargement occurs first, while in boys the most noticeable change is the timbre of the voice. The changes in both sexes take place gradually, as if the body is training gradually. Although adolescence is a necessary stage for everyone, not everyone experiences it the same way. This means that some individuals exhibit rebellious behavior, sometimes difficult to control. On the other hand there are those who have become introverted and submissive. In any case, personal safety is integrated at this stage. The adolescent stage allows the individual to prepare for the responsibilities he or she will face in his or her adult life. On a psychological level, he will develop certain abilities that help him change. What are those skills? They all lead you to be free. Some of the skills that can be acquired in adolescence are related to personal care and grooming. Followed by emotional freedom, with the ability to create lasting interpersonal relationships and open up space to set the pillars of healthy behavior. From the moment adolescence emerges, the child should have the support of his or her parents, family, friends and teachers. This stage refers in relation to the character, autonomy and freedom of the individual, therefore it is necessary that they have a safe guide and they understand the stage they are going through. One of the main opponents of adolescence is the limitation, the child does not support the imposition of standards or rules because they know everyone knows. This is due to the degree of immaturity and inexperience, thus insisting that he has the presence of a flexible adult who constantly remembers that he also lived to this stage. In conclusion, adolescence is a necessary stage that can be fully lived through good communication with parents, some strict limits and also allows the youth to make decisions and take responsibility for the consequences of their actions. This way the path to adulthood is easier. According to all of the above, the youth is going through a path where he or she is suffering or “suffering” a series of changes in his or her entire structure, which mark his or her identity and advance his or her potential. Tolerance, patience, understanding, good advice and love are necessary to survive this revolution called adolescence. "Adolescence represents an inner turmoil, a struggle between man's eternal desire to touch the past and the equally strong desire to move on to the future." ****Sources**** (2019). Spain: Wikipedia. Retrieved from: es.wikipedia.org. Life Lessons You Want To Have For The Career With age comes the wisdom of experience. I worked throughout corporate America before embarking on a successful career as a freelance writer. Along the way, I have had ups and downs. Here are 7 life lessons I learned from working that I hope will help you overcome any obstacles in your career path: Choose a Job You Enjoy When we were young, everyone heard the advice to follow their dreams. The problem is a lot of people don’t understand how to do that. We ended up graduating from college hoping a career would open up for us without understanding the reality of the situation. You may have all the skills and talents in the world, but how you apply them and how hard you are willing to work will determine your success. There is a possibility that you will be an actor, rapper, athlete, etc., so don’t listen to people who will tell you to give up on your dreams. People who didn’t get into the entertainment industry failed because they didn’t get the job done. If you suck at something, research how to get better online and apply that knowledge to your training work. Networking is an important part of success. When you work at a job you don’t like, you’re more likely to socialize with your colleagues. We've all heard people say, "I'm here to work, not make friends." That's cool. Many worker bees keep their heads down while they work, and I’m sure someone will successfully take you one day ... **Even a Temp Job Worth Your Best Efforts** It is not uncommon in the workplace to meet people working in their “second careers.” The man sitting in the cubicle next to you may look like another low-level, data-entry schmuck, but he’s actually a secret agent. The mailroom clerk is an aspiring rock star, and your supervisor sells candles and time sharing for some pyramid scheme. Everyone will go somewhere other than where they are. Your retail job may be a stopover on the road to wealth, or some unexpected life event may force you to stay (or even worse - go back) to the job dead. A customer you help can end up being an important contact in your desired career. You can meet the love of your life or have an epiphany. Just because you don’t work there forever doesn’t mean you should quit. Always give your best effort, and be the best person you can be. You may hate your McJob, but many fat and lazy people need you to give them clean, fast, and edible food so they can get back to their own McCareer. Stop thinking of yourself and put a little effort into contributing to humanity. There is no job under you. So shut up, clean the bathroom, change the diaper, wash the floor, dig the gutter, fix the car, wash the dishes, wash the hands, take my money, and serve me my food, turbo.Working hard me for what I have. **Too Much Money** Everyone wants money - everyone needs money. Cash doesn’t manage a damn thing around me, though. Despite what your parents may tell you, the dream is important. Instead of focusing on the amount of money you earn for your time, focus on doing what you love. When you’re happy, it won’t feel like work, and progress seems to happen almost automatically. Following your dreams instead of money will make you more money in the long run, and you will have a smile on your face more often. Understand that most people overestimate what they have. Millions of Americans have lost their homes and jobs, but I don’t seem to have met any of them. When you talk to people on the street, they are all one person around the world who has not noticed any change in the economy. Money is tight, but I'm fine. I assure you that all these people are in debt. ***So if money can’t buy happiness, how can you be happy?***  **Learn How to Use the Internet** The internet is an important resource; everything is in their hands. Being internet savvy (and computer-savvy in general) makes you a valuable resource in the business world. If you are looking for a job, sell computer skills. One of the most important internet business -related skills I have learned is search engine optimization (SEO). SEO is the science of link building. By strategically placing links all over the internet, I learned how to manipulate search rankings for different terms. With everyone having an internet-access device in their hands (in the form of smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.), knowing how to drive traffic is an essential skill. The internet is like a car - people know how to drive, but they don't often understand the engine or the companies that design each individual part. Knowing this structure made me resourceful enough to survive the revenge banks. **Don't Give Up on Your Passion** Things will be difficult, regardless of which path you choose to walk. Nobody’s life is easy: we all have issues. When you fail, get up and start working harder. Learn something from experience and come back stronger. People will doubt you when you tell them your plans - keep working ... People will ask you to come out and play - keep working ... People act like they are better than you - keep working ... Eventually you will succeed, but that doesn’t matter. On the journey, you will know that you are already living your dreams, and you will feel that you have succeeded. At the end of our lives, we only have memories, and yours will be happy. **You Can't Avoid Politics** No matter how much you hate playing office games, you will need to play the game sooner or later in life; that's the only way you can win. There is simply not enough success for everyone, so as long as you get it, someone will come sooner or later to take it from you; that's how the world works. If you don’t like playing politics, get used to profanity, and be very vigilant in saving money. You will need enough to cover at least one person’s cost of living. It doesn’t matter how careful you are, you’re not working for yourself, and you’re not in control of your paycheck. Even the best salesman loses his job when the maker goes bankrupt. I have lived on different corporate, social, and economic ladders. Sometimes you have to let go and fall to climb. Be prepared for what is out of your control. It can happen, and it will happen to you. **Making a Plan is Easy; Enforcing Them Is Not** Everyone has a plan. Everyone has dreams. What separates the makers from the non -makers of action.

Education: Keys, bridge ladders and weapons to achieving success? Having a high and solid education is a premise to change the course of our lives. Education is strong when it is a combination of intelligence and understanding as a result of formal learning about the various subjects taught to us by teachers and our parents. Education is equivalent to an invisible key, bridge, ladder, and lifelong weapon that every single person carries that they can use in their respective journeys and steps to take in life. Without it, it will be difficult for people to reach their dreams and aspirations in this world. Education is key at every door of opportunity. Education is important because it is the root of a comfortable life. As we always hear from our parents, they can only pass on education to us. This is why they work hard just to give us a good education or study. Therefore, let us not waste their suffering, study hard and strive to achieve what we want. Everything in the world is oppressed. Dreams are unattainable in the blink of an eye. It takes work and attention and time. At the same time, one of the steps to success is EDUCATION. This will serve as the first step toward a higher position in life. This is one of the essential keys that will open up many opportunities to achieve all the goals in life. So it is only right to give it focus and not ignore it. ***Remember: Education is a treasure that no one will ever steal!***

Do you think you deserve success and prosperity in your life? - Self Help-2021 When we first start working on a goal, we are full of passion, fire and emotion within us. We feel invincible and you know we can achieve what we want. We start running toward that goal, determined to make it happen, and we know we can do what we want to happen. So, that’s when we start to encounter some barriers along the way. You can fight some of them, but then we start making excuses for no longer working on those goals. We lose interest and allow ourselves to get confused in daily activities. Before we knew it, our goal was to move to “another plane” and we were no longer focused on it. But what’s worse is we believe we can no longer make our dream come true. So what happened to us? **To conduct a situation analysis, there are four main components that can make dreams come true.** **The first questions you should ask yourself are:** Why? What is your reason for desiring this particular goal? Suppose your goal is to buy yourself a house. Ask yourself why I like it? Your answer might be something like ... "because I want to own my property, instead of paying rent every month for the rest of my life." So why? How important is it to you to have your own home or pay rent? Your answer might be ... "Because I want to have a home when I retire from work, so I don't have to worry about paying rent or a mortgage with my income." Very beautiful! Will you do it for yourself or for someone else? Always ask yourself Why ?, And write down the answers until you reach the bottom of your wish. When you see clearly what’s on your mind ... you’ll know which way to go. Do you think you deserve it? Many of us struggle with our low self-esteem and feel that we do not deserve to be successful and prosperous in life. Did you know? If you don’t think you deserve it, you will fight back when that opportunity comes and let it pass right under your nose. You can do it unconsciously, to sabotage your own efforts or refuse to try to reach that goal. First of all, you must understand that you really deserve success and prosperity in your life. In addition, you must be willing to accept it. We are very good at giving help to others, but when it comes to us, we are not open to receiving it. We believe that it is better to give than to receive, and in a way, it is. But this does not mean that we should close all possibilities, there are some people, that we must learn to receive their help. Always believe in your mind that you deserve to be a successful and happy person. Then accept the abundance when it comes to you. Make the following statement daily and at all times “I accept the full prosperity and happiness that the universe has in me, NOW”. Step by step. If your goal is to buy a home, chances are you will need to achieve smaller goals first. You need to save to provide payment on your future home. You can also end the repayment of a loan or repay a loan to apply for a new loan. **You need to establish what steps you must follow to fulfill that goal.** Always keep in mind your ultimate goal, but at the same time, you should take the previous steps, as they are a necessary prerequisite to visualize your dream. Write a list of steps you must take to guide you forward. Then he starts working with them, one by one. Do not be overwhelmed or blinded to a single thought of great purpose. These previous steps are always necessary. Whatever happens advance your goal. It doesn’t matter what inconveniences appear to you. It doesn’t matter if your determination starts. **Success will come when you don’t give up on it.** Make a commitment to yourself that you will continue to work towards your goal, no matter what happens. Write it down and put it somewhere where you can see it. Read your commitment aloud every day. Remind yourself that nothing will change unless you choose to change it. Load your mind with positive thoughts and move on. If you have problems, find a way to solve them. **If you can’t change that barrier, then change focus and start working on another aspect of your goal** . Often times, barriers disappear if you give them enough time for the solution to come out at the least expected moment. Let your energy be bright and leave all your doubts and fears. Feel confident inside that you can do everything you want to show in your life.

Explanation of the root of poverty is very simplistic First, if you believe that poverty is simply the result of our decisions in life, you are very narrow in your view of this issue. You may need to take social sciences courses to broaden your horizons in a systemic and multi-dimensional problem. We have political and economic systems: local, national, regional, and global. It is true that as human beings, we have the ability (agency) to change our situation or our society itself. But it is still limited by our social class. Of course, our access to power and wealth also depends on the social class. This is why even if a tycoon sleeps for a whole day, his investments will still grow. As a saleslady or construction worker, she has to fight eight hours of duty just to receive the minimum wage. Therefore, not everything happens to us, we hold, or we just choose. Are farmers, fishermen or factory workers just lazy so they are poor? Think about that first. Perhaps, your answer: "that's why they have to leave their place." Again, there are many factors before they get out of poverty, especially if they have been in that situation for generations. But isn't it easier to climb the social ladder if you already have properties from the beginning, if your parents are educated, if they have foresight and means to educate you in respected schools to prepare you for life? Second, it’s easy to fall into the trap of triumph-over-adversity romance. It's so easy to say "why me, we're also poor but I tried ..." I'll admit when I was young, I kind of thought like this. In my father's lineage, I was the first to graduate from college. For generations, none of my relatives have graduated. The pattern is easy to see: whether in my father’s or my mother’s lineage, they had to stop studying to work early. If men, they are often carpenters or messengers. If a woman, domestic helper or factory worker. They left school to help their parent feed their family. Back then, I was full of pride that I worked hard for everything I had. In fact, I have a little more to contribute to those before me. I said then, if they had just founded before, we wouldn't have had to go through hardship just to get an education. Its explanation of the root of poverty is very simplistic. Poverty is a deep and complex issue, the subject of countless researches in various fields. No matter which social scientist you ask - historian, anthropologist, sociologist, economist, or political scientist, they will tell you "it's not that simple" about poverty. The impact of the pandemic and the different versions of quarantine on us is not the same. There are people who still have to get out of the house and take risks to feed their family. For those who have worked hard and life is gradually getting easier, we are not deprived of the posts we have worked so hard for that say "there are people who are more comfortable living even under the pandemic." This is reality. I think this is more of a reminder for us to be understanding and helpful to our countrymen who have nothing. To the true middle class and to the feeling middle class, let us avoid being poor. Let us sympathize with our countrymen who are really reeling from this pandemic. Let's not underestimate the fact that "they chose to be poor." Let's be human. Remember: you are more likely to go back to being poor than you are to become a billionaire. Only a relative can have a serious illness, hopefully, we may lose everything we have invested and go back to poverty. Finally, if social class is just a choice, why did you choose to be middle class?

Start Your Paragraph With A Good Clear And Simple Topic Sentence Writing may seem like a challenge, but it doesn’t have to be hard! These suggestions will help you put together A + paragraphs in no time. Planning Your Paragraph **Decide what will be the main topic of the paragraph.** Before you start writing your paragraph, you should have a clear idea of what the paragraph will be. This is because a paragraph is essentially a collection of sentences that all relate to a main topic. Without a definite idea of what the main topic is, your paragraph will lose focus and coherence. To pin the exact subject of your paragraph, you should ask yourself a number of questions: **What prompt was given to me?** If you are writing a paragraph as a response or response to a particular prompt, such as "You decided to donate money to charity. Which charity did you choose and why?" or “Describe your favorite day of the week,” you’ll need to think carefully about that prompt and make sure you address it directly, rather than leaving the topic. **What are the main ideas or issues I need to address?** Think about the topic you were asked or decided to write and consider what are the most relevant ideas or issues associated with that topic. As paragraphs are usually short, it’s important that you try to hit all the main ideas, without going out of topic. **Who am I writing for?** Think about who the intended reader of this paragraph or paper will be. What is their prior knowledge? Will they be familiar with the current topic, or will it require a number of explanatory sentences? If your paragraphs are part of a larger essay, writing an essay outline can help you define the main ideas or purpose of each paragraph. **Write down information and ideas related to that topic.** Once you have a clearer idea of what you want to address in your paragraph, you can start organizing your thoughts by writing your ideas down in a notepad or word document. No need to write whole sentences, just write a few key words and phrases. Once you’ve seen everything on paper, you can get a clearer idea of which points are important to include in your paragraph, and which points are excessive. At this point, you may realize that there is a gap in your knowledge and it is necessary to look for some facts and figures to support your argument. It’s a good idea to do this research now, so that you can easily reach all the relevant information when it comes to the writing stage. **Find out how you want to structure your paragraph.** Now that all your thoughts, ideas, facts and figures are laid out clearly in front of you, you can start thinking about how you want to structure your paragraph. Consider each of the points you want to address and try to arrange them in a logical order-this will make your paragraph more coherent and easier to read. This new order can be chronological, can put the most important information first, or can make the paragraph easier and more interesting to read - it all depends on the topic and style of the paragraph you want to write. Once you’ve decided where you want everything to go, you can rewrite your points according to this new structure - this will help make the writing process faster and more straightforward. Writing Your Paragraph **Write a topic sentence.** The first sentence of your paragraph needs to be the subject sentence. The subject sentence is a starting line that defines what will be the main idea or thesis of the paragraph. It should contain the most important and relevant point you want to convey regarding your topic, thus summarizing the paragraph as a whole. Don’t: use an obvious fact as the subject sentence. Do: feel free to start with a vague idea if you feel stuck, and improve on it when you finish the paragraph. Every other sentence you write should support the topic sentence and provide additional detail and discussion of the issues or ideas it brings up. If any sentence you have written cannot be directly related to the subject sentence, it should not be included in this particular paragraph. More experienced writers can include their subject sentence at any point of the paragraph; it doesn’t have to be the first line. However, writers who are new or less comfortable with paragraph writing should stick to having the subject sentence first, as this will help to guide you throughout the rest of the paragraph. Your subject sentence should not be too broad or too narrow. If your sentence on the topic is too broad you will not be able to adequately discuss its ideas in your paragraph. If it’s too narrow, you don’t have enough to discuss. **Fill in the supporting details.** Once you have written and you are satisfied with your topic sentence, you can start filling in the rest of your paragraph. Here you can use the detailed, neat notes you wrote earlier. Make sure your paragraph is coherent, which means easy to read and understand, that each sentence connects to the next and that everything flows smoothly as a whole. To achieve this, try to write clear, simple sentences that express exactly what you want to say. Link each sentence to transition words that form a bridge between one sentence and the next. Transition words can help you compare and contrast, show sequence, show cause and effect, highlight important ideas, and progress smoothly from one idea to the next. Such transition words include “additional”, “in fact” and “in addition to”. You can also use consecutive transitions, such as "first", "second" and "third". Supporting sentences are the meat of your paragraph, so you should fill them in with as much evidence to support your subject sentence as much as possible. Depending on the topic, you can use facts, numbers, statistics and examples or you can use stories, anecdotes and quotes. Anything will go, as long as it is relevant. In terms of length, three to five sentences is usually enough to cover your main points and enough to support your topic sentence, but this will vary depending on the topic and length of the paper you are writing. There is no set length for a paragraph. It should be as long as necessary to adequately cover the main idea. **Write a final sentence.** The final sentence of your paragraph should tie everything together. A good concluding sentence will reinforce the idea outlined in your subject sentence, but now it has all the weight of evidence or arguments contained in your supporting sentences behind it. After reading the final sentence, the reader should have no doubt about the accuracy or relevance of the paragraph as a whole. Don’t agree with your own evidence: *Despite these comments, the report is a failure.* The conclusion qualifies if it moves to the next paragraph:*These quotes prove that the report has major support, but that doesn’t mean it led to major change.* Don’t just reword the subject sentence. Your final sentence should identify the discussion that preceded it and remind your reader of the relevance of this discussion. For example, in a paragraph discussing the topic "Why is Canada a great place to live?" The final sentence might look something like “From all the evidence provided above, such as Canada’s amazing health care provisions, education system being primary and clean, safe cities, we can conclude that Canada is really a great place to live. " **Find out when to move to a new paragraph.** Sometimes it can be difficult to tell where one paragraph should end and another. Fortunately, there are a number of rules you can follow that can make you decide to proceed with a new paragraph an obvious one. The most basic guideline to follow is that whenever you start discussing a new idea, you should move on to a new paragraph. Paragraphs should not contain more than one central idea. If a given idea has many points or facets, then each individual aspect of the idea should be given its own paragraph. A new paragraph is also used whenever you differ on two points or state each side of an argument. For example, if your topic is "should civil servants receive lower pay?" one paragraph will deal with arguments supporting lower pay for civil servants, while the other paragraph will provide arguments against it. Paragraphs make a piece of writing easier to understand and give readers a “break” between new ideas to dissolve what has just been read. If you think the paragraph you are writing is becoming complex, or contains a series of complex points, you may want to think about breaking it down into individual paragraphs. When writing a paper, the introduction and conclusion should always be given their own paragraphs. The introductory paragraph should define the purpose of the paper and what it hopes to achieve, while also providing a brief outline of the ideas and issues it will discuss. The concluding paragraph provides a summary of the information and arguments contained in the paper and states in clear terms what the paper has presented and / or proven. It can also introduce a new idea, one that will open the reader’s mind to the questions the paper raises. If you are writing fiction, you need to start a new paragraph in the dialogue to reflect a new speaker. Analyzing Your Paragraph **Check your paragraph for spelling and grammar.** When you have finished writing, it is important that you re -read your paragraph two or three times to check it for misspelled words and bad grammar. Spelling mistakes and poor grammar can significantly affect the perceived quality of your paragraph, even if the ideas and arguments it contains are of high quality. It’s very easy to ignore small mistakes when writing, so don’t skip this step, even if you’re in a hurry. Make sure each sentence has a subject and that all correct nouns are masculine. Also make sure that all the subject and verbs agree with each other and that you use the same tense throughout the paragraph. Use a dictionary to double -check the spelling of words you’re not sure about, just don’t assume they’re correct. Check your paragraph for proper punctuation, making sure you use marks such as commas, colons, semicolons and ellipses in the correct context. **Check your paragraph for relevance and style.** Not only should the technical aspects of your writing be spot on, but you should also try to achieve clarity in your writing, as well as statistical flow. You can do this by varying the length and format of your sentences and by using conflicting words and different vocabulary. Don’t: use long words or “thesaurus found” for their own sake. Do: use well -known synonyms to vary your writing instead of repeating the same word multiple times. The perspective of your writing should remain consistent throughout the paragraph, and indeed, throughout the paper. For example, if you’re writing in the first person (e.g., “I believe that ...”) you shouldn’t switch to a one -tone voice (“believe that”) in half. However, you should also try to avoid starting each sentence with "I think ..." or "I'm fighting that ..." Try to change the format of your sentences, as this will make the paragraph more interesting for readers and help it flow more naturally. For beginning writers, it’s best to stick to short points that clearly state your point. Long, annoying sentences can quickly become incoherent or fall prey to grammar errors, so try to avoid them until you gain more experience as a writer. **Decide if your paragraph is complete.** Once you have re -read the paragraph and fixed any grammatical or stylistic errors, you should have one more glance at it to determine if it is complete. Try to look at the paragraph with purpose and decide if it adequately supports and builds your subject sentence, or if it needs some more details or additional evidence to back up your claims. Don’t: get bogged down in minor edits before you finish your essay. Do: make sure your point is clear before you proceed. If you feel that the main claim of your subject sentence is adequately supported and well-developed by the contents of the rest of your paragraph, then your paragraph may be complete. However, if any important aspect of the topic remains unexplained or unexplained or if the paragraph is shorter than three sentences, it probably requires a bit of work. On the other hand, you may decide that your paragraph is too long and contains redundant or explicit content. If this is the case, you should edit the paragraph so that it contains only the most relevant information. If you think all the content is necessary to your point, but the paragraph is too long, you should think about separating it into many smaller, more specific paragraphs. Questions and Answers **What is the difference between a paragraph and an essay?** A paragraph indicates a single idea. An essay consists of many paragraphs. It usually consists of an introduction, three paragraphs in the body, and a conclusion. **What tense should be used in a paragraph?** It depends on the tense of the whole piece. it is for a formal essay for a class such as English or literature, past or present is good, as long as it remains consistent. For a scientific paper, the past is almost always the tense you should use. **Can I use the phrase "example" in a paragraph?** Yes you can. If you are writing an essay and need to introduce examples to support your claim, you usually introduce them by saying "example ..." **How can I write a paragraph for secondary students?** You can use the hamburger or PEE effect. The hamburger effect shows you how to set your paragraph. Top bread - Introductory sentence (Your point). First topping - Support sentence 1 (Your quote). Second topping - Support sentence 2 (Explanation of quote). Last topping - Support sentence 3 (More details). The last loaf - Conclusion (Ending your point). PEE means Point, Evidence, Explain. Point: The character Amy shows in the text that she is uneasy at the fact that the children entered the store. Evidence: "Jim took a rock and threw it out the store window, then he handed one to Amy but she looked up with an expression of regret and sadness". **How good am I at writing a paragraph?** You don’t have to be trained. You can start with the beginnings of the small paragraph given to you such as “The writer of this text is shown to be the character ...” and you can work from there or “The character known as _ **is feeling** __, Shown which explains ... ”As you get used to writing these verses you don’t need beginners! Remember that you shouldn’t start with difficult words and confusing quotes that you can’t explore. **How do I know if my paragraph makes sense?** Read your paragraph aloud or ask others to read it and give you feedback. **Can I start an introduction with a quote?** Yes you can for example: "My father's expression was full of anger and embarrassment after what I did ..." The quote shown is by part of _ **in the story / text / book. Moreover, the writer did it to show how the father saw what** _ did and how wrong / right it was .... etc. Make it look like PEE, i.e. Point, Evidence, Explain. P: In the text the writer shows that the character Jimmy is a cruel and selfish child. E: "Then Jimmy pushed me out of the way and picked up all the color pens on my desk ..." E: It impacted the reader's .... **How can I think of a paragraph topic?** That depends, if it’s fictional, then maybe something like, “I always question my existence” that’s just something to hook readers. If this is not fiction, then you will need to do some research. For example if you were to do something about turtles, you would write something like, “The turtle shell is a rock, and the inside is the branches”. Write something to hook the reader. **How many words should a paragraph consist of?** There is no exact number, but three sentences with 10-35 words each is a good rule of thumb for most people. **How can I clarify the purpose and main idea of my text?** Your main idea should be about what you are writing or it will not be valid. So, always have the right basic idea. **A paragraph should consist of:** Subject sentence Supporting sentence (s) Final sentence As you read, notice how the verses are divided. If you have learned what a paragraph is through experience, you can divide the writing into appropriate parts according to feeling. There are no hard and fast rules for how long a paragraph should be. Instead, make sure there are natural breaks. Each paragraph should contain a main idea and whatever writing supports it. Always indent before starting a new paragraph. 0.5 ”indentations are standard for English writing. Spelling and grammar errors can get stuck in even the best planned writing. Use a spell-checker or ask someone to read your work if you are unsure about anything. If you are writing a conversation, start a new paragraph each time someone else speaks. The secret lies in: Unity: Have a single idea and the topic needs to be articulated. Sequence: The way you arrange your sentences helps the reader better understand. Coherence: Quality that makes your writing understandable. The sentences need to be related to each other. Completion: All sentences used in a paragraph must convey a complete message. Organize your writing to its purpose. As you wear different clothes for different occasions and different climates, you should write in a style that suits your desires. You should start your paragraph with a good clear and simple topic sentence that contains the topic and the idea of control. Don’t wait until the last minute if it’s for a school assignment. Give yourself plenty of time to plan and write each paragraph. Your assignment will be of a higher quality as a result.

How to Save? Budget? Calculate your salary and how much you can spend in a month. Income minus expenses. When you have no leftovers, wait and make way for some of your salary to be left over. Either you will increase revenue or you will reduce expenses. If you have leftovers, open a separate bank account for savings. If your expenses are even greater than your income, don't open a bank first because you don't have anything to deposit. Moreover, it says that once you have done something that will save your income. You can't combine your spending money and save. That's a disaster. It is better if you only withdraw the money when you book a bank book and not an ATM so that you will not be tempted to withdraw immediately. Force yourself not to move that money as much as you can. If you spend less, you will move it immediately, don't expect to save more. 10% Rule This is an ancient rule. That is to say, for the first time it was the most secret of the first people to get rich. The rule is simple. No matter how much you earn in the kinsenas and end you will immediately deduct 10%. If your income is 10,000 pesos (minus tax, philhealth etc) at the end, save a thousand immediately as well as in the future. The remaining 9,000 pesos you can spend from the rent, food, fare and don't forget to pay for the needs of your family and children. Aging should be regular. Make sure you have something to eat every month. If you have a lot of leftovers and you can save 30% and 50% that's better but just advice, don't save too much on yourself because that will cause stress because it's normal for a person to lose his appetite when he doesn't benefit from something he suffers. Budget to make yourself, your spouse and your family happy. Yes it is important to save but it is more important that your wife and children do not go hungry. Is there anything better than a happy and complete family? Separate long term and short term savings If your target is to save 100,000 pesos in 2 years for your trip to Singapore so that you can be popular with your Facebook friends (100,000 pesos / 24 months = 4,167 pesos per month) you will need to set aside atleast 4167 pesos per month. But if at the same time as you are saving for your Singapore trip, you are also saving to buy a car 8 years from now worth 500,000 pesos, it is better if you separate the bank account that you are saving because when you combine that. you will find it difficult to trace your savings. Especially when you save four or five at the same time. Spreadsheet for book keeping if you know Excel (Microsoft) or something like that make the most of what you know or if not just write in a notebook. Record all the money coming in and out so you can track if you are following your budget. It's also ok if you record the bill of electricity, water etc. to see if the size of the lift and make way immediately. Also record your salary so you can see if you are being paid correctly, especially if you are working overtime. Save the bonus! That is the problem with most of us. As early as September, we have a plan on how we will spend our 13th month pay and bonus. There are two treatments you can do there: Spending bonus Buy a new cellphone as soon as you can become famous among the troops Savings bonus Isn't that just a bonus? If it's just extra money. That means we can survive even without that bonus. E if your newfound live without that spending is better to pull you aside and use in emergency or supplements you long term goal. Emergency fund for me, before you start saving for your goal should be first have an emergency fund. And this is equivalent to three to five months of your salary. This is the only thing hidden in your bank and you will only move it when someone is hospitalized or you lose your job. Why do we need an emergency fund and not just take it from savings? Simple, so you don't ruin your plan and goal. And one more thing, when you fulfill your long term goal and there is an emergency, your life will be a mess. Example: There is no emergency fund. You have already saved 500,000 pesos to buy a car. You put that first and you ignored the emergency fund. You have already bought a car and you are very happy. After 1 week of your purchase, your child's appendix exploded. He played gamble after lunch. You start at the hospital right away. You were charged a downpayment of 15,000 pesos before they operated on your child and an additional payment of 30,000 pesos. You would have pawned a holiday jewelry case by the way. You don't owe anything because everyone you know is out of town. You want to pawn your car with your Chinese neighbor but he doesn't want to because you are new to your subdivision and you might just run away from him and cheat. He is not willing to mortgage but when you sell he is willing. You have no choice but to sell. He charged 350,000 pesos but he will pay you in cash. You did not agree. But you remember that your child is going to die. You have agreed. Example: There is an emergency fund Similar to the story above but after you are taken to the hospital, you pay immediately. The car is still there and alive and your child is still safe. Think about the purchases! We can't control your spending because it's your money and you work hard. Just us, think 7 times before you buy. Does it matter? Can you wait? Should it be high quality? How much is it? It's ok to buy a cellphone but should an iphone? It's ok to buy a house but should it be subdivision? Don’t be a social climber. Let them wear beautiful and branded clothes. If you have the same standard of living and when you look at that bank, it is definitely just coins. If you can't keep up, don't force it because it's not necessary. You can save more if you keep it simple. It feels good when you see that you have accumulated something. You will want to work more. You’ll be happier because you won’t be too praning and irritable. Most OFWs earn a lot but are unable to save because of the remittance. Forget to set aside for yourself and your own family. You may be relying too much on them. There is nothing wrong with helping, but if you want to help first, it is your children and your parents. Hopefully they are not the ones sacrificing when you help others. Hope to learn all the right aging. That is difficult at first but you must be looking at your goal and your plans for life should be even clearer in the Moonlight.

Get Positively: Criticism? Criticism is the most bold way of telling someone they need to get better at any type of subject and a good criticism will still include guidance. However, criticism is probably the hardest “lecture” you’ll ever need to listen to, especially if you’re not ready for it or surprised by it. This article explores the notion that only a few criticisms are worth getting on board and suggests that it’s important that you know the difference between good criticism provoked by unstructured emotional reactions. There is also a focus on how you can benefit from good criticism and learn to both accept and learn from it. **Be discovery**. Not every person who offers a criticism is in the appropriate position to do so; in fact, some people criticize anything regardless of their own knowledge and skills, simply because they feel they are entitled or just arrogant or they overreact to themselves and assume they have expertise when they don’t. Then there are critics who lack an understanding of the facts but plow in all the same, criticizing your work, efforts or even yourself, based on their preferences as opposed to the facts. Discovering the critic without tools is an important part of protecting yourself from unhelpful and disrespectful criticism while still acknowledging valid and constructive criticism. The unknown critic has a problem with the details. When asked to clarify what they really mean, they continue to issue generalizations or simply giving faddish lines that the media or the majority say or something their neighbor’s father’s brother -in -law has twice deleted. once mentioned. They rely on opinion in the area of fact observation. A person’s opinion is just that - their opinion. It may be grounded and solid but it remains an opinion and you have a choice whether to learn or not from it. On the other hand, a realistic observation based on the knowledge and skill of the expert is something you can usually learn from and improve your skills if you are willing to listen to the basic facts revealed. Learn to distinguish between opinion and fact observation. They are rude and unforgiving in their way of delivery. They simply refuse to listen to your side of the matter and remain firmly embedded in their own preferences. A good critic will listen and be genuinely willing to change part or all of their criticism if they get the wrong end of the stick. A set-in-their-way, stick-in-the-mud critic is incapable of moving. (Which should tell you all about their worldview.) They give you unwanted advice along with criticisms, advice that they have no place to give. This advice can take the form of professional advice from someone completely lacking in professional or inside knowledge, anything from psychological, nutritional, legal, financial and health advice, all without a blink of eye on the accuracy of their understanding of the situation, their personal expertise or even the accuracy of their advice applied to the situation in question. **Listen to great critics and learn to dismiss nonsense in vain.** The truth is that few good, deserving critics in any field or endeavor at any single time in history. Because this is what many people *think* they know more but do not have enough background knowledge, skills and expertise to truly criticize with accuracy. Moreover, a good critic not only understands what they are criticizing but they understand what motivates the creativity of people and people (or other efforts). As such, a good critic does not criticize to make them look good; a good critic wants to see the work or creation raised to the best of his ability, to push the creator as hard as the critic knows that the creator can push to perform, create, write, achieve, etc., in order to be the best. possible. A moderate or poor critic is often motivated by jealousy, personal incompetence,  extremely irritable or angry and not interested in what the person is capable of criticizing. Instead, this kind of critic seeks to throw the tall poppy into his prime, trample it all over and run away with happy feelings better about themselves for the demolition of other people’s character. Who *is* a good critic? Partly, that depends on the field in which you are being criticized. Be a parent in rocket science, there will be someone known as a respected and trusted critic. Do an online search for great critics in your field and if you are an artist, writer, photographer, writer, business owner, sportsperson, manufacturer, inventor, scientist, programmer, teacher, librarian, whatever , there will be the words of people you admire and desire to live, while there will be those you identify as envious and debilitating types whose history is less remembered. HL Mencken once said that excessive criticism is “convincing”, so this trait of not being too serious is important to a good critic - the ability to recognize if they have misjudged and apologized. Add your own characteristics relevant to your field of endeavors and you will know when to trust and when to dismiss criticism directed in your direction. **Expect criticism.**It doesn’t make sense to put yourself in the public realm and expect people to adore you and never say a negative word about you. Even if you are adorable and innocent as a kitten, someone will hate you just because they can and just because they are not where you are or doing what you do. And nobody is all rainbow-and-unicorns at any given time-everyone has moments of suspense where their less-than-attractive side slips. Face the fact that criticism will come to you - accept it and learn from it. Then let it roll right behind you. In other words, people criticize because it can and often is born into the depths of their own inadequacies and unfulfilled desires rather than being any real reflection of the matter. After all, aren’t there moments when you turn away from criticism to criticize yourself? At such a moment, you often recognize that it is the green eye or dreaming monster that is speaking and not your purposeful and thoughtful self. It doesn’t matter who you are, how popular you are or how minor your online presence is, once you’ve published yourself online, you’re open to criticism. When your art, filmmaking, writing, opinion, attitude, habit, or whatever is posted online, *anyone*it can be criticized if there is a response button available and thankfully, they will do it! If you’re not ready for anyone to identify what they see as your errors, don’t submit your efforts online until you’re ready for this possibility. And be realistic-the internet is full of instant critics and “trolls”, people who criticize for the sport, for the sake of winding up with you and getting their daily dose of attention-seeking or leaking attention. **Accept the criticism that is important and accept it when you** ***want*** **to be the better you are .**As outlined above, being sober will allow you to know when criticism really matters and come from someone whose words, beliefs, values and understanding are important to you. You’ll be motivated to learn from what they suggest and you’ll be keen to fix what they say doesn’t work from their perspective, all because you have good reason to change. This does not mean that you have to like or even care about such critics as a person but it does mean that you respect their criticism as something knowledgeable and full of guidance on where you should expand or improve. your skills, talents and efforts. **Be careful not to confuse self-confidence with self- deception.** Rejecting criticism from a respected and deserving critic can be a way of staying stuck with whatever you’re doing right now. Not acting on proper criticism can signal that you are comfortable with your current level (perhaps irrelevant) and don’t want to push or forcefully acknowledge a lack of skill or ability. Being overconfident about yourself in the face of shortcomings can hinder your progress and prevent talent blossoming or a necessary change of direction (even if that change means leaving a talent and working on another). Instead of being stubborn, learn to listen to the message behind a well -intentioned criticism. Talented people are often so sensitive to criticism that they think their talent goes to the heart and so there may be good reason for criticism. For example, a world class skier with natural talent may reject the need to train regularly, instead choosing to rely entirely on his or her talent; and then he was beaten by a skier with half his talent but training every day without fail. Failure to address the need to base talent on training is a common sin among many of us! **Find ways to stay calm inside .** Criticism happens, no matter what you do in life but if you have the nature to hyperventilate, cry, lose anger or to give any other form of excessive emotional reaction, learn to comfort yourself to ride the ugliest here done Not being nice when someone tells you “oh, you’re too sensitive” because sensitivity is part of who we are and some of the greatest creators, inventors and leaders *are* very sensitive people. Ignore such thoughtless comment and instead focus on calming yourself. Some of the techniques that can help with this include: *Deep breathing.* Notice all the shallow breathing and make a conscious decision to change it to deep breathing. Inhale slowly. Breathe slowly. Repeat this mantra in your mind and copy your breath until you feel the calm go down. *Use sound*. The sound can be calm, like the sound of the ocean or a waterfall.  Load sounds to your iPod or MP3 and you have an instant soothing mechanism no matter where you are when you meet criticism. Pinch or flick a part of yourself or find another habitual “deflection”.  Make an agreement with yourself in advance that you will practice this particular habit of deflection until it becomes second nature, whenever someone says or does something to you in the form of criticism. It will then serve as a reminder that you will remain aware of the criticisms but not to do so personally or to indulge yourself as a result but allow yourself to pick only the cherry that matches helping you be better. A critic can be a scary character in your mind - and in reality. However, don’t give this person such power  *you* ’re *done* . Respect them but realize that they are just another person either doing their job or expressing their opinions. If that doesn’t work, picture them hugging their children or pets, or if they don’t, doing other very normal, everyday things. **Reflects and responds at your convenience.** Avoid making criticisms that seem to require immediate action. If you respond immediately, it may mean that you are overreacting or reacting badly. And in all reality, change requires patience and time. If you want to implement changes as a result of a trusted and valued comment about your work or yourself, then give yourself time and don’t rush the changes. Criticism is there to remind you of what you *can* work slowly in the future. Relax ... don’t let the criticisms rush you. It’s natural to feel cornered and anxious when there seem to be so many changes needed to improve your direction that you don’t know if you can manage them all. Calm yourself and separate it into small, recognizable steps. And check if everything in a comment needs addressing - there may be some aspects that you agree with while other aspects that you feel are nitpicking or misunderstanding and may be left aside. Prevent yourself from responding if you feel angry, sad, or hurt at someone’s criticism. Critics can boldly show how a person’s thinking is on the positive or negative side of something. If you feel upset as a result of criticizing someone, the best way to handle it is to not say anything until you have fixed your feelings. If it’s online, leave the post alone until you calm down, and if it’s in real life, just walk away until you settle down. One thing you don’t want is to throw your anger or self -pity at someone, only to feel regret later, and the person will get angry with you. **Find ways to work through the comments to gather your response.**Try to write an valued comment, especially where there seems to be a lot involved in the way of changes and new directions. Ask yourself what needs to be done, what is lacking according to criticism and what skills you may need to acquire to improve your work or self. Then ask yourself seemingly unskilled questions, such as: "Am I lacking in self -confidence?", "Am I lacking the ability to draw correctly to head size?" , "I lack the ability to restrain myself from over -talking?" After you ask yourself a question, think again and see if you agree or not. If you do, then the answer is yes, if no, then no. **Open the gift of criticism.**If you’ve changed your view and seen criticism as a gift, you may be amazed at how this shift in perspective can change your approach to criticism. Whenever we feel “under attack”, our responses tend to be negative, defensive and we place barriers that filter out what we want to hear.Instead of looking at criticism as an attack, see good criticism as a gift of support, and be thankful that someone bothered to spend time reviewing or guiding you. They don’t care what you do but they have and they may have just told you the very thing about your job or about yourself that needs to work. If you're really lucky, they may even have given you guides to help you get there. Try to view it as just a bold interview with no cushioned words in it to distract from the pure message. **Express appreciation to a critic.** This step may surprise you but one of the greatest things you can do in life is to let other people know that they have helped you, especially where they helped to turn a better, more creative, more inspired one. and. Even if a critic prefers you to spend a few more moments around can be a great source of inspiration to nurture your true talents, so why not show some gratitude to that person - they can still grow a soft spot for your loyalty. Realize that most people won’t take the time to accurately assess what you’re doing wrong in a way that’s both helpful and explanatory. When the critic does nothing but resent and implies “I can do more than that but I can’t be bothered”, then you have learned nothing. But when the critic has really pointed the way to improvement, you are blessed, not cursed. Someone who takes their time to enlighten you should be welcome. Take a little criticism at a time. Do not unload the whole truck at once or you will think you will be crushed. Always ask if you don’t understand something in the criticism. Showing a willingness to learn and improve will go unnoticed. Be patient with anything that pertains to a criticism. It may be something that takes time to fully dissolve and work. When people like you or your work and people disagree with something, it’s more likely to be true. Create for people who like what you do and criticize in ways that will help you achieve your vision. Not those who try to change your original intent. Critics are there to help you; this is the iron rule managing criticisms. If anyone who criticizes you fails to be an expert on usefulness, or has no respect for your work and fails to show ways to be better, then this is not a criticism but an attempt to drop the tall poppy. Having a knowledge of what a *good The* critic will certainly say in the circumstances is a useful way to overthrow any moderate critic who seeks to criticize but overly misses. You can always come back with something like: "So, if Mark Twain said that, I believed and acted on it." (With the implication that: “You’re not Mark Twain, so what do you know?) Criticisms can be a severe hit on a sensitive person. So if you are not ready, take some time to prepare first. Also realize that sometimes it can only hurt and you will need to figure out ways to look beyond the hurt and figure out what you can do from the criticism.

History of overcoming difficulties: Adjust your hopes and aspirationsl Every person in life has moments when difficulties will prevail, and hands seem to be about to fall. The stories of these amazingly strong people will help many of us understand that it is possible we can cope with any situation and in any life circumstances, the main thing is to believe in ourselves and in your own strength! Nick Vuychich - A man without arms and without legs, stands on his own and teaches others   Nick was born in Melbourne (Australia) with a rare disease: he does not have both hands at shoulder level, and a small foot with two toes bent directly from the left thigh. Despite the lack of limbs, he focused on surfing and swimming, playing golf and football. Nick graduated from college, receiving a diploma in two majors simultaneously - accounting and financial planning. Now, anyone can approach his lecture, where Nick encourages people (especially young people) not to give up and believe in themselves, proving by his own example that even the impossible is possible. Nando Parrado - Survivor after crash, 72 days waiting for help The 72 days of cold captivity suffered Nando and other passengers who miraculously survived a massive plane crash. Before flying into the mountains (which, ironically, happened on Friday the 13th), the young people who boarded the charter plane joked about the incredible date, but they didn’t expect that on this day they would really going to have problems. The wing of the plane caught on the side of the mountain turned and he, having lost his balance, fell with a rock. When it hit the ground, 13 passengers were immediately killed, but 32 people survived, seriously injured. Survivors found themselves in conditions of extremely low temperatures, lack of water and food. They drank melting snow and they slept side by side so as not to freeze. Very little food that everyone did everything to find any living creature for a standard dinner. After 9 days of survival in conditions of extreme cold and hunger, the victims of the disaster decided to take extreme measures: in order to survive, they began to use the corpses of their comrades as food. So the group lasted another 2 weeks, at the end of which the hope of being saved was completely lost, and the radio transistor (sending signals for help) went wrong. On the 60th day after the accident, Nando and two of his friends decided to go through the icy rescue for help. When they left, the crash site looked terrible-full of urine and the smell of death, which wiped away human bones and cartilage. Wearing 3 pairs of pants and a sweater, he overcame great distances with a friend. Their small group of saviors realized that they were the last hope for all who were still alive. The men firmly survived the fatigue and cold that followed them on their heels. On the 10th day of the trek, they still found a path to the foot of the mountain. There, they finally met a farmer in Chile, the first person of all that time, to immediately call the police for help. Parrado led the rescue team using a helicopter and found a crash site. As a result, on December 22, 1972 (after 72 days of a fierce struggle against death), only 8 passengers survived. After the plane crash, he lost half of his family, and in the crash he lost more than 40 kg of weight. Now he, like the previous hero of this article, speaks to the power of motivation in life to achieve goals. Jessica Cox - First unarmed pilot. Jessica Cox suffers from a rare birth defect and was born unarmed. None of the tests (passed by her mother during pregnancy) showed anything wrong with the girl. Despite her rare illness, the girl has tremendous strength. Now, as a young woman, Jessica can write, drive a car, comb her hair and talk on the phone. He managed to do it with the help of his legs. He also graduated from the Department of Psychology, dances the dance and owns a double black belt in taekwondo. In addition to all this, Jessica has a driver’s license, she flies an airplane and can print 25 words per minute. The plane, controlled by the girl, is called the "Ercoupe". It is one of the few models that is not equipped with pedals. Instead of the usual half -year, Jessica took a three -year airplane driving course, where she was trained by three highly qualified teachers. Today Jessica has over 89 hours of flying experience and became the first hands-free pilot in world history. Sean Schwarner - Overcame lung cancer and visited the 7 highest peaks of 7 continents The highest mountain in the world Everest is known for dangerous conditions for climbers, which are called: strong winds, lack of oxygen, snowstorms and deadly avalanches. Anyone who decides to conquer Everest faces incredible dangers at all. But for Sean Schwarner, as practice shows, barriers don’t exist. Sean at one time not only was cured of cancer, his case was truly considered a medical marvel. He was the only person in the world to survive a diagnosis of Hodgkin’s disease and Askin’s tumor. He was diagnosed with cancer in the fourth and final stages at the age of thirteen, and according to doctors ’forecasts, he should not live for three months. However, Sean miraculously overcame his illness, which soon returned when doctors discovered a tumor the size of a golf ball in his right lung. After a second operation to remove the tumor, the doctors decided that the patient would last no more than two weeks. However, ten years later, After conquering the highest point on the planet, Sean is full of desire and energy to persevere and inspire people around the world to fight against disease. You can learn about this and the other mountain climbs, his personal experience and ways to overcome pain in his book *"Continuing to Grow: How I Defeated Cancer and Conquered All top of the world."* Patrick Henry Hughes - A blind cripple participating in Louisville Marching Band concerts Patrick was a unique young man who was born without eyes and could not fully straighten his arms and legs, making his movement impossible. In addition, two rods were surgically attached to his spine to correct scoliosis, despite all these circumstances, he overcame his many physical problems and excelled as a student and musician. Patrick learned to play the piano and trumpet, and began singing as well. With his father’s help, he participated in concerts by marching bands at the Louisville University School of Music. A virtuoso piano player, vocalist and trumpet player, Patrick has won numerous contests and received awards for his strength of will and spirit, because of what it cost the young man to achieve it all. Many publications and television channels write and talk about him, because so much energy goes unnoticed. Matt Fraser - A branded person whose illness did not prevent him from achieving success in show business Englishman Mat was born with a serious illness - foci of both hands (underdevelopment or lack of limbs). This is due to the side effects of the drug “Thalidomide” prescribed to her mother during pregnancy. Unfortunately, this is far from the only case where imperfect medicine and the professional mistakes of doctors can ruin lives. Although Matt’s hands grow directly from the human body, and have no shoulders and arms, his physical disability has not prevented him from being a fully successful person. Fraser was not ashamed of his appearance, moreover, he often surprised the audience by speaking naked. Matt is not only a rock musician, but also a famous actor, whose role was brought to fame through the role of Stamp in the so -called series "American Horror Story: Circus Freaks." By the way, Fraser is far from the only actress in the series whose unusual look is not created using makeup or computer graphics. Fraser proved to many that for business show success it is not necessary to run to plastic surgeons, shredding your body to please fashion trends. The main thing: have the will, hard work and talent! 10. Andrea Bocelli - A blind singer who has captured the hearts of millions with her voice Andrea Bocelli is a famous singer from Italy. Rare musical abilities awakened in Andrea in early childhood, when she learned to play keyboards, saxophone and flute. Unfortunately, the boy developed glaucoma and nearly three dozen surgeries did not give the desired result. As you know, Italians are one of the countries that love football. It was this hobby that eventually removed the boy from his sight when (during the game) a soccer ball hit his head. Blindness did not prevent Andrea from studying: receiving a law degree, she continued her music education with Franco Corelli, one of the best opera singers in Italy. A talented young man attracted attention and began to invite her to various presentations. Soon, a young singer's career took off. Andrea became a popularizer of opera music, successfully combining it with a modern pop style. An angelic voice helped him to achieve success and fame in the world. Gillian Mercado - A girl who gets the covers of stunning magazines despite a wheelchair Few can boast of meeting the stringent requirements of the fashion world. Trying to get to the ranks of models, the girls exhaust themselves with diets and physical exercise. However, Gillian Mercado proved that you can love your body even if it is far from modern ideals of beauty. In early childhood, Mercado was diagnosed with muscular dystrophy - a horrible disease that caused Gillian to be confined to a wheelchair. It seems that the dreams of a haute couture world are not destined to come true. However, our heroine has managed to attract the attention of the founders of the Diesel brand. In 2015, he was offered a lucrative contract and often began to invite to various photo sessions. In 2016, she was invited to participate in a campaign for Beyoncé’s official website. Of course, no one was jealous of Gillian’s fate, as she was forced to go through every second illness. However, Mercado’s popularity helps girls accept themselves because they were created by nature. Thanks to strong personalities, you begin to appreciate in life the gifts we often give. Esther Verger - Many champions with paralyzed legs Esther was born in the Netherlands in 1981. From childhood, she loved sport, actively involved in swimming. However, during the physical exam, the girl often fell ill. Despite many studies, doctors for a long time could not make an accurate diagnosis of Esther. After a lot of bleeding in the brain, doctors finally identified Esther’s problem - vascular myelopathy. At 9 years old, the girl underwent a complex operation, which lasted about 10 hours. Unfortunately, the surgery further aggravated the baby’s condition, where both legs were paralyzed. The wheelchair did not stop Esther from continuing to exercise. He played basketball and volleyball, however, tennis brought tennis to him. Verger has been a Grand Slam champion 42 times. Esther’s hundreds of achievements have been a source of inspiration for people with disabilities who dream of a career in sports. Although in 2013 the girl finally left professional sports, she continued to achieve success. Having received his education in sports management, Verger now holds the position of director of the international wheelchair tennis tournament, is a consultant to the Netherlands Paralympic team and gives lectures. In addition, he established a charitable foundation to help sick children play their favorite sport. Peter Dinklage - Became the star of the screen despite the non-standard appearance Peter is a vivid example of those who are able to succeed despite all obstacles in life. Dinklage is born with achondroplasia - a rare hereditary disease that results in the development of long bones. According to doctors, the cause of achondroplasia lies in mutations of the growth gene, leading to dwarfism. The boy’s family income was relatively small: his mother taught music, and his father (once an insurance agent) was unemployed. Far from the ugliest childhood shines performances in front of an audience with an older brother - a talented violinist. Usually, fame came to the actors early on, but the lucky star was lit for Peter only in 2003 (when Peter was 34 years old) after the release of the movie “Station Warden”. The not-so-good track record in the early years of his career was due to the actor’s reluctance to star in roles in which dwarves were usually involved. Peter flatly refused to play dwarves or leprosy. From 2011 to the present, Dinklage plays the role of Tyrion Lannister - one of the main characters in the most successful series of our time. Michael Jay Fox - An actor, writer, and public figure that even Parkinson’s disease hasn’t stopped on the road to success A Canadian in childbirth, Michael from a young age gained fame in Hollywood. The audience remembered him thanks to the role of Marty McFly in the cult series of films about time travel. The love of the whole world of fans, an amazing fortune (with a total of tens of millions of dollars)-many will envy it. That’s just Macle’s life seems cloudless. The actor was no more than 30 years old when he began to develop symptoms of Parkinson’s disease, although this disease usually occurs in old age. For a long time, Michael didn’t want to suffer the diagnosis: the frantic decline of the disease almost caused by a new problem - alcoholism. Fortunately, Fox (despite all the physical hardships caused by the tremor) continues to act in movies to this day, which strikes us with acting talent. It’s worth noting his participation in the “Lawyers in Boston” series, in which Michael played the Post Office - a wealthy man who broke the law in an effort to maintain his health. Today Michael (in addition to a career in film and writing) is actively involved in supporting people suffering from Parkinson’s disease. In the late 90s, he founded a public organization designed to study aspects of the disease and ways to combat it. Stephen Hawking - A Paralyzed Genius Who Inspires Millions of People to Learn Science Speaking of people who have done the impossible, one cannot mention the cultivation of modern science - Stephen Hawking. Stephen was born in 1942 in Oxford - the British city, known worldwide for one of the oldest universities. There we will study our genius later. The craving for science probably came from his parents, who worked at the medical center. During training (when Stephen was no more than 20 years old), he began to show serious health problems due to the development of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. This disease causes damage to the central nervous system and leads to muscle atrophy, which can then cause complete paralysis. Unfortunately, existing medications only slow down the disease, but do not treat it. Hawking, contrary to the doctors ’attempts, had slowly lost the ability to control his own body and now he could barely move just one finger of his right hand. Luckily for Steven, the talents of the scientists paid off: thanks to the achievements of friends, For many people, a wheelchair becomes a curse that completely destroys the person and desire to do what they love. However, Hawking shows us that even a completely paralyzed person can gain impressive values, flash media headlines and build successful relationships in a personal presence. Stephen’s main achievement was his major contribution to modern physics and the advancement of science to the masses. Serious health problems did not deprive Stephen Hawking of a sense of humor: he loved to make science fiction comics and also appeared in the comedy series The Big Bang Theory, playing his role. These amazing personalities have shown by their own example that infinite power lies in people. Man can survive the worst conditions. Willingness and perseverance will help fight disease and succeed. Science, sports, cinema, music, the world of fashion - all areas of activity will remain accessible under any circumstances. Do not curse fate for all adversity. Find the incentive to win and don’t give up. And maybe one day your path to success will motivate others! I don’t know what made us in our childhood, and how we got to overcome what was considered one of the important “chips” of nursing in the post-Soviet space. Overcome is put next to adaptation, stress tolerance, motivation and willpower. Although overcoming is more likely a path to building motivation, mood and stress resistance. In dictatorial explanations “overcome” is interpreted as “win”, “excess strength”, “achieve”, “succeed”. That is, we are talking about a kind of obstacle that often lies within ourselves, overcome where we achieve our goals, which means that it becomes one step higher in our continued self-improvement. Personal discomfort, laziness, lack of motivation, anxiety and fear, skepticism, physical or intellectual complexity of the task can be barriers. Facing these barriers, we become stronger, more flexible, more patient, more adaptable. Or, on the other hand, is it easy for a strong, flexible, motivated person to overcome any obstacle? I am interested in, and how much should the element of success be present in a child’s life? What qualities does he place and how to model such life situations? And in general, what is considered an overcoming? My parents often turned to me, that the children had completely lost their motivation to go to school (training, music, etc.). When we begin to analyze the situation, it turns out, as an option, that the child is under the brunt of an overload for his age, which, purely physiologically, he does not achieve success within the framework within where he was placed. Moreover, in the view of the parents, the child must overcome this situation, cope, survive. For example, by gentle efforts to get the child into a prestigious gymnasium, they do not leave such schools - only on their feet forward, you have to endure at all costs. The second option is that the child is forced to keep in constant contact with someone (teacher, trainer) who causes him or her fear or expresses irritation, rejecting the child. Naturally, the motivation for learning here tends to be zero. Again, parents see all of this as an occasion for the child to overcome their internal discomfort and adapt to the situation. The third option is that the child does not have the skills for the type of activity he or she is forced to do to control his or her personality, or he or she expresses learning difficulties. Be it a school or a sports section, it puts him in a situation of chronic frustration. And let’s again, tireless parents, remember about overcoming: come, try, you can, you can handle it. Unfortunately, success stories fail, and the motivation again comes to the abyss. And what, the parent asks, to take him? Create comfortable greenhouse conditions for him? But life is not merciful, and he alone can not survive the conditions of fierce competition! Well while dad and mom are around, what happens next? No, better let her study now But one of the hallmarks of successful adaptation is the ability of a person to recover from a traumatic, unconscious or simply uncomfortable situation without providing reasons. Isn’t the creative change of reality, the search for one’s own path, one’s self-understanding and abilities and limitations not born of a million fascinating discoveries? How often are we, accustomed to transcend the irreducible, to endure what we do not have to endure, to humble ourselves where it is useless, we live in the captivity of strict principles, that it is "necessary", "we must "," and who is easy now ". But life can be easy. And what's most interesting-you don't have to pay for it, as supporters of the theory of overcoming difficulties think. Finding your place in life means overcoming the attitudes your parents and school laid out for you as a child, convincing you that you shouldn’t be, for example, a scientist or a singer or a successful man, because you don’t ... more that you haven’t learned to do. But what exactly is the role of overcoming in personality development? Is it all empty? Of course not. Just overcoming ourselves every day, we feel a taste for expanding our abilities, a taste for growth and development, develop a sense of strength, excitement, confidence, motivation motivation . It is important to clearly understand what is going wrong for the child and how to do it well in a positive way. Overcome must include a plus sign This means that the child should not overcome conditions of chronic stress, for which the reward for him ... yes there is no reward. Behind the effort should always be joy, positive affirmation, recognition, attention of parents and, as a result, increased self -confidence and the development of motivation: the desire to repeat the pleasant experience - a bunch of " effort - joy "in the future. There are many examples of how this works in the literature. As a child, I was embarrassed to speak in front of the class, but when I first read my essay at all, the teacher and children liked it so much that since then this extinction in front of the audience has become the best feeling, and for its sake I wish to overcome myself again. There are restrictions in this story - my fear, overcome - reaching the public and positive reinforcement - recognition. As a result, my motivation to write texts has gained a breeding ground. And so it works in all areas. When you offer your child something to overcome, think about what awaits him in passing? The child must be overcome These elders are sometimes amazed at the power of thought and triumph of will, literally jumping above their heads. However, it seems, these adults have a strong experience of believing in themselves in childhood. Apparently, there was a mother nearby, a father who didn’t doubt them for a second. And the child ... his personality only grows and grows stronger, his motives fragile. When we set an extra task in front of him, we are guaranteed to dig his motivation into the ground. No, this does not mean that the child should only perform light activities. But the difficult thing he had to overcome could be done, somehow in theory. For example: many gymnasts overcome pain during twine stretching. A smart trainer will never stretch kids right away in the first months of training. The smartest - sometimes waits a year or more, he waits until the child has invented the beauty of this sport, begins to identify himself with other athletes, wants to be like them . Then he starts pulling the kids. First, the stretching will be meaningful for the child, he sees the purpose and is happy that everyone is close to it. Second, the pain from the stretch is tolerable, it can be endured. And gradually children begin to lift, through pain, at home-here, motivation to action. A short-distance trainer starts pulling the kids right away, in the early days, the kids cry and cry, the parents are careful about overcoming, the coach pulls painfully and in vain. As a result, it is unlikely that young children who have escaped from sports will, in principle, be willing to suffer even the slightest physical discomfort in the future. Difficulties and hardships in life Life’s difficulties are barriers to achieving a goal, requiring stress and effort to overcome them. Difficulties in poverty - contention. One difficulty is finding a bathroom if necessary, another difficulty remains alive. Usually people don’t like difficulties, but - some people meet some difficulties and even the disappointments that accompany them with joy. Difficult - not always unpleasant. A person can enjoy the difficulties of life when these difficulties and failures will open new opportunities for him, give him the opportunity to test his own strengths, the opportunity to learn, there will be new experiences. A difficult psychological situation does not have to live with an unpleasant person and difficult experience. Strong people can always act. Everyone has a hard time in life, but it is absolutely not necessary to make unhappy or desperate eyes, to oneself or to others, to moan and describe. These are not natural experiences, but learned behavior and the bad habit of a person living. The worst thing you can do is emerge in despair, apathy, hopelessness or hopelessness. Despair in Christianity is a mortal sin, and it is a dark experience in which weak people harm themselves in order to take revenge on life and those around them. To overcome the difficulties of life, one needs both mental and spiritual strength, women - the mental flexibility, and smart people show the same. Be strong and flexible! If you see problems with difficulties you’ve experienced - you’re likely to feel resentment and anxiety - you can just solve it, how can you solve any problem: by analyzing the data and thinking how fast to reach the desired result. Usually, all that is needed is (to assemble yourself), to analyze the resources (to think about what or who can help), to think about the possibilities (solutions) and get started. Just put, turn your head and move in the right direction

How and Why to Take Care of Yourself *You must love where you are and where you are going in your place of happiness.* It all comes full circle when you make it a priority to take care of yourself, if society wants you to believe that you should take care of others. But you can’t take care of others if you don’t take care of yourself first. While I know it’s easier said than done, you will definitely reap the benefits almost immediately when you attend to yourself before you attend to others. What does it mean to attend to yourself first? As such, it means eating well, getting regular check ups, exercising, dressing properly, engaging in hobbies that keep you mentally stimulated, and spending time with friends and family. Every day should be spent attending to your needs. Your body, mind, and spirit ask things of you every day and demand your care so that they don’t start to feel deficient and you don’t start to show symptoms. You need to pay attention to yourself to happily give others the attention, love, and friendship they need. Eat Well and Love Yourself The foods you put into your body are an indication of how much you love yourself. Having french fries occasionally is not a crime against you and your body, but drinking a Coke every day is. Depriving yourself of the right amount of water needed to hydrate your body is another crime. True love for yourself means putting only the best in your temple to help it function at its best level. One of the many benefits of good eating is it helps with how well your body will serve you, including in the appearance department. We all love to see our best, and what we put into our bodies affects how we see and feel. Some foods, for example, help to clear the skin and make hair shine. Aging should not be painful. Aging gracefully can and should be supported by your diet. One of the keys to a child’s appearance is that you think (that is, if you think you are young) eating right. Eating in a way that shows that you love yourself will be seen internally and externally as you become an adult. You want to be proud of every milestone you have reached at your age. Below I have compiled a list of foods that are known to be anti-aging: * yogurt * chocolate * Spinach * fish * nuts * Avocados * blueberries * kale * pomegranates Food has an energizing power. Eating well and clean will give you a clear mind. Eating nutritious foods and treating your body can result in increased sensitivity, which means you’re emotionally coming out right now, with unconscious awareness. You are able to show up in life and practice more tolerance for yourself in the emergence of your emotions. Feelings of laziness, emptiness, or hopelessness can be controlled through a better diet. With a clear mind, you can be present and notice what is around you. You are able to make better decisions and stick to them. Whatever you feel, you need to be the one to feed your body and let it know that you love it. Feeding yourself is an important way of spiritually connecting with yourself. Getting a Checkup I know, they can be a pain, but annual doctor visits are necessary. You need to know your current state of health. If you have a medical condition, do you take care of it? You need to incorporate your health needs into anything. You can spend a life trying to fulfill a desire, but if your health is not in order, whatever you achieve makes no sense to you, because you will not be able to enjoy it. Choosing to sacrifice your health for someone, event, or achievement is slowly hurting your body and your self-esteem. You need to make sure that you are not deficient in any vitamins and that all parts of your body are functioning as best they can. Spiritual Analysis The spirit must also be examined - daily. While no one is talking about getting a spiritual evaluation, you have to disobey your spiritual needs. A spiritual examination is not something that happens once every few months but several times daily. Diagnosis occurs when you wake up in the morning, before you go to bed, and throughout the day when decisions need to be made and challenges arise. Spiritual tests are an important part of taking care of yourself. When you take care of yourself, you show the love and compassion you have for yourself and for others. When you are deprived of the spiritual, you cannot drive your own beliefs, let alone others. Your conversations are always full of doubts and questions, and you are resisting God’s truth by not operating in faith and instead focusing only on what is happening in front of us. Your relationship with God must be intact before you can have a healthy relationship with anyone else. Putting it together means getting your spirit in order. Exercise Your Self-Esteem It's time to take care of your health. A healthy individual is glowing, confident, and energetic; makes better decisions; and runs wisdom. And exercising body, mind, and spirit is a good place to start. Let's look at some ways to do this. Physical activity can improve your self -esteem and, of course, is an important part of loving yourself. By exercising, you are not only saying that your mind, body, and spirit are important, but you are also saying that wherever you see room for improvement, you are here. You tell yourself you’re not going to give up and *you’re* not putting your physical need at the bottom of your to -do list. Through exercise, you can release stress, treat depression, and help your body produce the strength and stamina it needs to make it through your day. You can also use exercise as a way to reach physical goals and to improve your appearance. When you meet a physical goal, your confidence increases and you wonder about yourself and your ability to achieve whatever you want. You feel better about yourself! Exercise is not only physical but mental as well. Frequent mental exercise, even daily, will help you deal with future tasks and challenges. Here are some mindfulness exercises to get you started: LEARN THE NEW LANGUAGE. Not only does it help boost your brain power, but it also helps your ability to multitask, improves memory, expands your perspective on the world and other people, sharpens your reading skills, and helps you express yourself, solve the problem, and negotiate. Challenge your playmate. Trying new foods, as well as trying to identify the ingredients in your food, is fun and helps to improve recognition and memory. You can also do this by testing your knowledge of wines as you taste the wine. MAKE MATH PRODUCTS IN YOUR HEAD. Get away from your phone or calculator and figure out that math problem with good old pencil, paper, and brains. Tell a story. Telling stories challenges your brain to focus on details and to tie emotion to those details. Plus, great entertainment! Along with physical and mental workouts, we also need spiritual ones to keep our faith in top shape. Like any muscle, if you don’t use it, it will become weak and not equipped for the job at hand. Here are some great spiritual exercises: PRACTICE BEING A GIVER. You can do this through tithing and dedicating your time to helping other people. Identify your blessings. Acknowledge your blessings, and give thanks for them. SHARE YOUR TESTIMONY. Tell your story to those who are willing to listen. You can help them on their journey as you share your testimony about how great God has been to you and loves you. FAST. Detox the body and the mind, and focus on what is private between you and God. EXPRESSED TIME IN THE BODY. Doing so allows you to feel spiritually connected to all living things and to understand what it means to be one with God. Stay in the beauty of your present and of all the gifts of the planet. Self-Reflection: Dressing Well The world will tell how you feel about yourself in the way you dress. You can challenge this until you no longer have the strength to say another word, but the truth will always remain how you dress is a direct reflection of how you feel about yourself. When you dress with confidence and confidence, it is an outward way of showing that you respect yourself. The daily attention you give to yourself shows that you are always showing your best self, even when you don’t feel it. When you look good, you feel good, and your actions depend on how you feel. Self-neglect can lead to feeling bad, not looking good, and indifference, and this includes if you pay attention to your sense of style and self. When you stop neglecting yourself on the outside, you are more likely to stop neglecting yourself on the inside as well. Mentally Stimulating Hobbies It really is great when you take the time to improve yourself. Establishing interests in certain areas of life, such as art, your community, your church, sports, and other extracurricular activities allows you to grow in terms of communication skills, emotional development, and cultivating new ways of thinking. If you have a list of activities that intrigue you, why not take the time to try one now? There are many benefits to taking up a hobby and participating in new activities. I will just list a few of them. Getting a new hobby: * Increases self -esteem * Your interests are varied * Develops relationship skills * The ability to contribute works Mixing what you like with what you want to know is one of the best ways to diversify your interests. This diversity will allow you to meet new people, to have different conversations and perspectives. It allows you to appreciate your world on a larger scale. Here are some activities and hobbies that can help you do that: * writing * horsemanship * Singing lessons * Knitting * Gardening * swimming * calligraphy * Learning a new language * Sculpting * Interior design / renovation * Playing the violin * any church activity that hinders your interest * Take part in local theater productions * Take a class to learn a skill like Photoshop It is in the openness of your heart as you try new hobbies that you also discover what you are truly passionate about. You give yourself the opportunity to mingle with people who share your interests and passions. If so, you may be expressing a part of yourself that may take a backseat due to stress or routine or people in your life holding you back. Making time for your activities allows you to put *you* first and to discover an aspect of yourself that you may have asked for or taken for granted. You are not too old or too young to live today.

If You Ever Need Something To Warm You Up, Grab A Friend It’s hard to watch your friend suffer at a difficult time. You care about them and you want to do everything you can to make them feel better. Unfortunately you don’t know the right thing to say or do. You don’t want to hurt or hurt them more but you want to help. People’s feelings can be delicate and you need a strategy to deal with them effectively. Take the initiative. Your friend may be too arrogant to let you know they feel anxious, or they may not be the type to show their emotions. Don’t wait to tell them wrong. If you know your friend is having a rough time, make sure they know you care and you’re there to talk to them about it. Don’t force the conversation to happen. Just let them know that you realize they are going through a difficult situation and they can go to them if they need to talk about it. Say something like:*"I apologize for hearing about your grandfather's passing. I want you to know that you are very important to me and if you need someone to talk to, I'm here.", "I know you didn't get into the college you expected you to. I'm always around if you want to talk about it.", "I heard you didn't make the basketball team. I know you really trained for it. If you want to let off any steam, I'm there.", "I'm sure it's been really hard to cope with divorce. Let me know if you want to discuss it."* Listen to your friend. Make the conversation about them. Show interest in everything your friend has to say. Make eye contact, keep a worried expression on your face and point your chest at them as they talk. Don’t take the time to talk about yourself and don’t try to “fix” your friend’s problems. Most of the time people just need to be heard and they don’t want to hear answers. Make sure your friend knows they have your full attention. You may want to tell a story from your own life to relate to your friend, but you better serve them by being quiet and letting them talk.Keep your opinions to yourself. Your friend will feel worse if they think you are judging them. Never say *"I already told you."* Even if you warned your friend about a situation in the past, the done is done. Being right is not as important as being there for your friend. Encourage them to remember the good times. Try to remind your friend about experiences they enjoyed. You can bring out times when the two of you are happy or ask them to tell you about the memories that make them happy. Be sure to let them tell a story. Remembering happy moments from their past will help bring them back to the state they experienced when the events took place. Say things like: *"Do you remember the time we went to the beach for spring break? What was your favorite part of that trip?", "I know you really miss your uncle. What’s the funniest thing he would do at your family gatherings?", "Loki is a good dog. What is she like as a puppy?"* Offer compassion without being arrogant. Everyone feels emotion in their own way. You may have had a similar experience to your friend’s experience, but that doesn’t mean you know exactly how they feel about it. If you act like you know exactly how your friend is feeling, they may think you disqualify their emotion. Try to show your friend that you care and that you realize how strange they feel. Say something like: *"I don't fully understand your problem, but I want to help you get through it.", "There's no way for me to know exactly how it affects you, but I'll try my best to help you cope with it.","I realize what you're going through is deep in person and I appreciate you sharing your feelings with me."* Let your friend know you are proud of them. Negative emotions can eat into a person’s self -esteem. Your friend may need help rebuilding confidence. Tell them why you think they are good. Unleash their past success. Remind them of situations that impressed you with the way they handled things. Let them know that you are glad to have a best friend who has all their great qualities. Say things like: "You're an amazing parent. You raised very good, talented kids.","Do you remember the time we lost on that hiking trip? I'm glad you have the skills to guide us home.", "I'm really grateful to have a friend like you who's smart, caring and fun around." Take action to help your Friend. Help them with their day-to-day responsibilities. Bad feelings can drain your friend’s energy. Your friend will have a hard time getting up and taking care of obligations that can lead to more stress. See if you can take some pressure from your friend. Ask what you can do to lighten their load. Go to the market to choose groceries for your friend. Get your friend's kids out of school. See if there's any yard-work you can do around your friend's house. Offer your friend something to eat or drink. Some foods have been shown to help people become better. Hot drinks, such as tea or coffee, can have a calming effect on a person’s emotions while spicy foods and chocolate can cause the brain to release endorphins (a hormone that makes you happy. and content). Be careful that you do not encourage your friend to use food to deal with all their problems. Continued comfort eating can lead to binging which can cause a variety of health problems. A little alcohol can help boost your friend’s mood, but too much can have the opposite effect. Hug your friend**.** Show your friend that you care by wrapping arms around them in a warm, genuine hug. A hug has incredible healing power to make a person feel better.  Psychologists theorize that hugs will calm and protect us by reminding us of what the baby will be like in the womb. Give your friend the right kind of physical attention for them. Your friend may not need a hug but you may just want to hold their hand for a while or give them a rub rub to help them release stress. You can also do something beautiful for them like paint their nails or do their hair. Use your better judgment. Always ask questions before hugging or initiating any type of physical contact with your friend. Some people don't want to be touched when they feel weak. They may prefer to have their own personal space to deal with their issues. Invite your friend to do something fun. If your friend has been stuck all day not feeling well, they can benefit from a change of scenery. Try to get them out of the house. Make plans to do something you both enjoy. Doing something social can help them think through their issues. If your friend doesn't feel ready to be close to large groups of people you can invite them to do something just for you. Some ideas for pleasure travel include: hiking, joint exercise, riding go carts, come out to eat, attending a festival, and watching a movie.  If your friend can’t deal with their depression, they may think for a moment to commit suicide. If you fear for the safety of your friends, beware of warning signs that they may be planning a dangerous one. Some common behaviors of people who commit suicide include: expressing intense anger or guilt, personal hygiene is neglected, obsessed with death, becomes dependent on alcohol, giving away their favorite possessions for no reason, organizing their affairs, looking to obtain guns, pills or other tools to commit suicide. Talk to your friend about suicide. If after watching your friend’s behavior you are still afraid that they may commit suicide, talk to them about the topic. Don’t act if they admit they think so. If you act surprised or judgmental, they may shut you down and you can’t help them. Try to make them comfortable to be honest with you. The questions you should ask if you suspect someone has committed suicide are: "Do you feel bad that you're thinking about suicide?","Have you thought about how you can do this?","Do you have a need to do this?","Have you thought about when you're going to do it?" Be understanding. Talking about suicide can be an intense experience. Prepare yourself to deal with your friends ’emotions. You never know how they might respond. They can shout, cry or hit things. Do your best to stay calm so you don’t aggravate the situation. Remember that they are only acting because they are in great emotional distress. You feel that your friend is threatening your personal safety, get out right away. Make sure your friend gets the help they need.If you think your friend is at a moderate to severe risk of suicide take a emergency call. If your friend is at low risk of suicide but still needs to talk to someone, call the national prevention line. suicide. Encourage your friend to visit a mental health facility and enroll in therapy sessions. A person who is in distress or at any risk of suicide should not be left alone. Stay with your friend until they are in the care of a professional or a trusted family member or friend. The risk levels associated with a person committing suicide are: Low risk: Your friend has some suicidal thoughts but has no plans to do so and is told they will not commit suicide. Moderate risk: Your friend has suicidal thoughts and a vague idea about how they can do it. Their plan was not too deadly and they said they would not commit suicide. High risk: Your friend has suicidal thoughts and a specific plan about how they will do it. Their plan was very deadly but they said they would not commit suicide. Serious risk: Your friend has suicidal thoughts and a suicide plan that is extremely deadly. They are going to commit suicide. Community Questions and Answers **If your friend is deeply upset by the death of his father, how can you disturb him?** You can invite him to do something fun so he can think about the issue for a while. However, he probably needed time to grieve. He may need time to think about his father before he is ready to let go of the sad feelings. **What do I do if this advice doesn't work?**Give your friend time to feel better.  Ultimately your friend’s feelings are their own and you can’t change it. You can however, do everything you can to be there for them. Emotions are experienced in different ways. Don’t compare your emotions to your friend’s. Take it out Don’t be disappointed if your friend doesn’t feel like it right away. Try to help them feel a little happier each day. Recognize the loss of your friend. Say exactly what happened to validate your friend’s feelings. For example say: "I'm sorry your aunt died, can I do anything to help?" And lastly don't leave your friend’s side until they get professional help if you’re worried they might commit suicide.Never judge your friend’s emotions. You’re just there with them. Don't wait for your friend to approach you. If you think something is wrong with them, ask if you can help.

Build Your Self-Confidence Self -confidence - a combination of effectiveness and self -esteem - is an integral part of humanity. Self -efficacy is the inner meaning or belief that we can achieve different tasks or goals throughout life. Self -esteem is similar, but it is more related to the belief that we are generally competent in what we do and we deserve to be happy. A self-confident person likes himself, is willing to take risks to achieve personal and professional goals and thinks positively about the future. On the other hand, a person who lacks self -confidence often feels that he has not achieved his goals and tends to show a negative outlook about himself and what he hopes to achieve in life. The good news is you can build self -confidence in yourself! Read on to find out how. **Identify negative thoughts.** They can sound like: “I can’t do this”, “I’m sure I’ll fail”, “No one wants to hear what I have to say”. This inner voice is thoughtless and useless, because it prevents you from increasing your self-esteem and self-confidence. **Make negative thoughts positive.** As you identify negative thoughts, turn them into positive thoughts. You can do this through positive affirmations, such as “I will try”, “I can succeed if I work”, or “people will hear what I have to say”. Start with just a few thoughts a day. **Refuse to let negative thoughts happen rather than positive ones.** Eventually, positive thoughts should take up more “brain space” than negative ones. If you are more resistant to the negative mindset with positivity, this habit will be natural. **Maintain a positive support network.** To keep your spirits high, connect with people close to you, whether family or friends. Also, stay away from people or things that make you feel bad. Someone you consider a friend can really feel bad for you if he or she constantly makes negative comments or criticizes you. Even a family member who offers well-meaning opinions about what you should do can damage your self-confidence. As you cultivate a positive attitude and take steps to achieve your goals, these opponents can become more apparent. Limit contact with them as much as possible during the process of building your self-confidence. Take some time to think about which people really make you happy. Set a goal to spend more time with people who support and make you happy. **Eliminate reminders of negativity.** Avoid spending time surrounded by things that might feel bad to yourself. They can be reminders of the past, clothes that no longer fit, or places that don’t match your new goal of gaining self -confidence. While you may not get rid of all sources of negativity in life, you can still minimize its impact. This will help you go a long way in building self -confidence. Sit back for a moment and think about all the things that bother you, like friends, a career that doesn’t make you happy or an unbearable life situation. **Identify your talents.** Everyone is good at something, so find out the things *you are* doing it with excellence, focusing on its talents. Allow yourself to make them proud. Express yourself, through art, music, writing or dance. Find something you like and cultivate a talent related to that interest. Adding different interests or hobbies to your life will energize you and increase your chances of meeting friends with similar tastes and values. Following your passion has a therapeutic effect and makes you unique and fulfilled. All this helps to build self -confidence. **You are proud of yourself.** Not only should you be proud of your talents or skills, you should also think about what makes your personality. Perhaps it’s your sense of humor, a sense of compassion, ability to listen or deal with stress. You may think that no one should admire your personality, but if you look closely, you will find many qualities. Focus on them, write them in a notebook. **Receive compliments with elegance .** Many people with low self -esteem find it difficult to accept compliments. They assume that the person who paid the compliment was deceived or lying. If you respond to a compliment by looking up and saying, “Yes, of course,” or by shrugging, you should redefine that answer. Accept the compliment and react positively (saying “thank you” and smile works great). Let the person know that you value the compliment and are trying to reach a point where you can accept it sincerely. You can add praise to the list of positive qualities about yourself and use it to boost self -confidence. **Look in the mirror and smile .** Scientific studies about the “facial feedback theory” suggest that facial expressions may encourage the brain to register or intensify certain emotions. So by looking in the mirror and smiling every day, you can be happier with yourself and more confident in the long run. It will also help you feel happier with your appearance by accepting it. Others are likely to return your smile, so in addition to feeling happier with yourself, you may also get a boost in self -confidence because of other people’s positive responses. **Dealing with Emotions** **Be comfortable with fear.** You might think that self -confidence is not fear. This is not true. Fear means a person will soon grow as a person, just overcome it. You may be afraid to speak in public, to introduce yourself to someone you don’t know, or to ask for a job promotion. When you are able to deal with fear, you gain self -confidence and you immediately feel more excited! Imagine a baby who has learned to walk. Many possibilities await him, but he is afraid of falling when he takes his first steps. When he overcame his fear and started walking, he opened a big smile on his face! This is you, leave your fears. **Be patient with yourself.**  Sometimes, you have to step back to take two steps forward. Gaining self -confidence doesn’t happen overnight. You can try something new, but you won’t achieve that goal. If possible, remember what lessons were given to you. Not reaching a goal on the first try is an opportunity to learn more about yourself. Self-confidence needs to be nurtured and cultivated, one at a time. For example, you may request a job increase and no one receives a response. What lessons can you learn from this? Contemplate how you acted in that moment. Is there anything you can do differently? **Strive to find balance.**  Like everything in life, building self -confidence requires balance. A little self -confidence can prevent you from reaching your goals and feeling good about yourself. On the other hand, it’s important to be realistic - you shouldn’t underestimate the time and effort required to achieve your goals. **Stop comparing yourself to others.** If you want to build self -confidence, you should focus on improving your own life, not on changing it in the lives of your best friend, older sibling, or celebrities you see on television. To build self-confidence you have to accept that there is always someone more beautiful, smarter and richer, just as there is always someone more attractive, smarter and less wealthy than you. All this is unrelated, the important thing is concern in the pursuit of your own dreams and goals. You may not be confident because you are convinced that everyone is better than you. However, ultimately, the only thing that matters is to be happy by your own standards. If you have no idea what those standards are, it is time to conduct a conscientious objection before proceeding. In addition, studies have found that time spent on social media often encourages people to compare themselves to others. While everyone tends to post only achievements and not the facts of everyday life on social media, the lives of others may seem more incredible than ours. This is probably not true! Everyone’s life is declining. **Identifying insecurities.** What does the little voice inside your head say? What makes you uncomfortable or ashamed of yourself? Many things can cause this sensation, such as pimples, regret, classmates, a traumatic past or a negative experience. Identify, name and write on paper all the things you feel are unworthy, ashamed or inferior. You can then tear or burn the paper to be better about these aspects. The purpose of this exercise is not to make you bad. His goal is to let you know the problems you face and give you the strength to overcome them. **Learn from mistakes.** Remember that nothing is perfect. Even the most confident people have security. At some point in life, we may feel like we have nothing. This is our reality. Accept that the road of life is full of holes and often these feelings of uncertainty come and go, depending on where we are, who we are, our mind or emotions. In other words, these feelings are not consistent. If you make a mistake, the best thing you can do is acknowledge it, apologize and have a plan not to repeat it in the future. Don’t let a wrong step make you think you have nothing to do to achieve your dreams. Maybe you’re not a good boyfriend and that’s why the relationship ended. This doesn’t mean you can’t change your behavior and find new love in the future. **Avoid perfection .** The penalty of perfection allows you and prevents you from achieving your goals. If you think that everything should be done perfectly, you will never be truly happy with yourself or the circumstances. Strive to learn to be proud of a well -done job, rather than wanting everything to be absolutely perfect. If you have the mindset of a perfectist, you are sabotaging your search for self -confidence. **Practice gratitude .** Often, the source of insecurity and lack of confidence is the feeling of not having *enough* of something, such as emotional validation, material goods, money or luck. Recognizing and appreciating what *is* , you can fight the feeling of being unsatisfactory and having something missing. Finding inner peace accompanied by true gratitude will work wonders for self -confidence. Sit back for a moment and think about all the things you appreciate, from good friends to perfect health. Sit down and write a thank you list, write down all the things for which you are grateful. Read the list and add new items at least once a week to get a stronger and more positive mindset. Caring **Remember.** It involves many small steps. One of them is maintaining personal appearance, such as showering daily, brushing your teeth, using dental floss and eating tasty and healthy food. It also involves creating time for ourselves. , even when we are busy and when others monopolize much of our time. It may not be like this, but when you take care of basic needs, you tell yourself that you deserve the time and attention it takes to take care of yourself. When you start believing in yourself, you are on the right path to increasing self -confidence. **Take care of your physical appearance.** You don’t have to look like Brad Pitt to start building self -confidence. If you want to feel better about yourself and how you look, take care of yourself by showering every day, brushing your teeth, wearing clothes that suit you and your body type. and take care of enough time to take care of yourself. This doesn’t mean that visuals or superficial styles will make you happy, but trying to preserve your appearance will send the message you deserve. **Exercise regularly.** Physical activity is part of personal care. For you, it could mean a walk, for someone else it could mean an 80-kilometer bike ride. Start where you are now. Exercise does not have to be complicated. Many studies show that physical activity is important for a more positive outlook on life, and a positive attitude contributes to the development of self-confidence. **Sleep well.** Seven to nine hours of deep sleep each night will help you look and feel well. Sleep helps you have more energy and a more positive attitude. Getting enough sleep helps you control your emotions and stress stress effectively. Setting Goals and Taking Risks **Set goals small and possible .** Often, people set unrealistic or unattainable goals and end up with too much challenge, or never start chasing them. This is a major barrier to building self -confidence. Gradually adjust to these small goals, making larger and possible goals. Imagine you want to run a marathon, but are afraid of not reaching that goal. Don’t try to run 40 kilometers on the first day of training. Start where you are. If you don’t run, set your goal to run only two kilometers. If you can easily run five miles, start with ten. For example, if you have a messy table, cleaning the entire table at once can be a very difficult task. Just start by removing the books and returning them to the shelf. Even putting all the papers in a pile organized later is a step towards meeting the goal of cleaning the table. **Accept the unknown.** People who lack self -confidence are afraid of not succeeding in unpredictable situations. So, it’s time to stop doubting yourself and try something completely new, unknown and different. Whether you’re traveling to a new country with friends or allowing a cousin to make a blind date for you, the behavior of accepting the unknown can help you become more comfortable with your own skin and feel that way. you are in control. of your destiny - or rather, with no problem out of control. If you discover that you can succeed in a situation you didn’t find before, your confidence will increase significantly. Spend more time with courageous and spontaneous people. Because of this, you will soon end up doing something unexpected and feel better about yourself. **Address the aspects you need to improve.** There may be some things you don’t like about yourself that just can’t be changed, like your height or the texture of your hair. However, there are likely to be many things you see as weaknesses, but can be resolved with a little dedication and diligence. Do you want to be happier or perform better in school, create and follow a plan to achieve that goal. While you may not end up being the most popular boy in school or the best student in the class, a plan to change for the better can help you go a long way in building self-confidence. Don't be too hard on yourself. Don’t try to change everything about yourself. Start with one or two aspects you want to change and move on from there. Keeping a journal in which you write down your progress toward your goals can make a big difference. This will help you think about how well the plan works, that you are proud of the steps taken. **Try to help others.** When you know you are kind to people and you make a positive difference in the lives of others (even if you are only kind to the person serving you breakfast), you know you are a positive force in the world - which increases self -confidence. . Find a way to help others as part of your weekly routine, by volunteering at the local library or helping a younger brother read. Helping will not only benefit others, it will build your confidence, making you realize that you have a lot to offer. You don’t have to help a stranger feel the benefits of good deeds. Sometimes, someone close to you, such as your mother or best friend, may need your help just like anyone else. Don’t be afraid to push your limits physically or mentally. The pressure will help you to see how easy things are to achieve and thus improve your skills. *Get out of your comfort zone.* You will be able to provide an extra dose of confidence through the hypnosis technique known as “My Inner Peace” to initially experience the rewards of a long -term goal by reducing stress. Don’t dwell on mistakes or rely on weaknesses. They are a healthy contrast to your qualities and can also show you where you can improve. There is no feeling as enjoyable as being good at something we used to be so bad at. If you need to improve on a daily practice or activity, practice.

A Massive Bitcoin run up and a case for much darker future What people are saying about Bitcoin being in a bear market. They're saying that $62K was the exact top for Bitcoin, which was, by the way, 3x it's previous all-time high in 2017, so still not too shabby. But what are the reason people are saying this? Well first and foremost, a very troubling statistic in the amount of Bitcoin wallets that hold more than 1000 Bitcoin. We've seen the largest drop in these addresses in the history of Bitcoin. These wallets called whale wallets are often indicators of big money coming into crypto. Throughout the bear and the bull market, after finding a bottom, these addresses had continually increased over time, never seeing a drop like this is such a short amount of time. But is this really a big deal? Well, i dug deep and found some interesting stats to go along with it. First the number of whale addresses with over 10K BTC has already been in decline for a while, and i mean that kind of makes sense. There certainly aren't a ton of people opening new addresses with that much BTC with it hovering around $60K. So basically, this means anyone who sells down to below 1000 bitcoin gets lost from the statistic probably forever, which means that it can be a little misleading. But here's where things get very interesting. The number of Bitcoin wallets holding over 100 bitcoin is actually on an uptrend and just recently saw yet another spike. This spike seems to coincide with the decreasing number of addresses with over 1000 Bitcoin. What can we surmise from this? Well, it seems to me that as the price of Bitcoin is rising dramatically, whales are diversifying their addresses, and we could be seeing some of the big time custodian solution doing this as well. The more addresses you have, the better in mu opinion. At least if one address got hacked, you can be safe in other places. But something else to think about is that we've never seen a gigantic whale address drop that coincides with the end of a bull market. Whales are smart. They dollar-cost average out for profits over time. So they will be taking profits all throughout the bull market, not waiting for some warning sign to get out. On the flip side though, some people are saying we do have a gigantic warning sign that we need to pay attention to. And it's called the Pi chart. And we aren't talking pecans. Meet the Pi Cycle too indicator. At first glance, this looks like a pretty chart, but it's hiding a dark secret, the top of the bull run. In history, this chart has been deadly accurate in picking out the top of bull cycles. The shortened version of you're looking at on this chart is that when the green line touches the orange line, the top is in and the most it's ever been off by is three days. Now as you can see with the image zoomed into the last month, these two lines are extremely close to touching each other, which would basically be a death cross. So, what are we looking at right here? The blue line is, of course the Bitcoin price. The orange line is the 111-day moving average. And the green line is the 350-day moving average. When this two lines cross it's a death cross indicating the top of the market. So why call it Pi? Well, when you divide 350 by 111, the number is very close to Pi, 3.14. Specifically, 3.142 is what 350 divided 111 gives you. Look into bitcoin.com points out that when you divide 350 by any number 111 is the closest number that will derive the equivalent of pi. But all you really need to know here is this quite worrisome, honestly. Here's the thing. While we're extremely close to a cross, the lines have not actually crossed. We need Bitcoin to move up in the next few days. I can actually see the lines touching and not actually crossing due to large Bitcoin move to the upside. But next week, if the price of Bitcoin were to go down below say $50K or so, we could be in big time trouble for the bull market. And I do have to say this as we get from the bearish and bullish scenario. There certainly is a scenario that exists like what we saw in 2013, a distinct two-part bull cycle. This will be a bull run up maybe to $80K or $100K or so, and a large dip of 50% before a full recovery and real moon show later this year. The reason for this could be some type of large catalyst event like a stock market crash, or something similar. But as of right time there's nothing really in my opinion to indicate a gigantic crash like that. It is possible though, so keep that in mind.

Skills For Getting Rich Have you ever heard of lack of money? lack of money is a little bit of a problem? you know what lack of money is never, ever a problem. What i mean by that, lack of money is simply a symptom of the problem, but is not a cause of the problem. What the problem really is, is a lack of skill. Have you ever heard stories of lottery winners? who suddenly a win for money coming into their lives, millions of millions of dollars, only found themselves. A few years later broke, bankrupt. Actually sometimes, worse off when they were financially. Now, why is that? they have money but they don't have the skills of the rich. I am rich, not because of my money, cause i started with no money. I was in debt, i was hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt. I am rich because of my skills. So today i am going to write this article, to inspired you the seven skills that i have mastered. There are seven skills that i believe you need to understand and master, if you want to be rich. Now, as i go through each skill, I want you to ask yourself a question and comment below and rate yourself from zero (0) to ten (10). Zero being absolutely horrible, like you suck and Ten being world class. So here we go! Skill number one: the ability to talk to customer persuasively. I call that ***closing*** skill. Do you know how to close? Can you articulate the value of what you do to your potential clients? Do you know how to ask powerful questions that compel people to buy? Are you comfortable talking to strangers presenting your ideas, demonstrating your product or service? Closing Skills i believe, is one of the most important, if not the most important skills you need to master, if you want to be rich. When you are talking to customers, you're closing, when you're talking to vendors, try to persuade them to give you better terms. Guess what? you are closing. When you're talking to your employees, you are closing. So that's skills number one. The number two skill that would make you rich and that is the ability to speak to groups. I call that ***public speaking*** skill. You see, do you know the number one fear that most people have in life? it's not snake and it's not even death. The number one fear that most people have is public speaking. Now, why do so many people, why are they afraid of speaking to groups? most of the time, because they worry about if they gonna sound stupid, or how do they look, or they are afraid because they might say something wrong. All these thing, but you look at great leaders, almost all great leaders, they're all great public speaker, such as @steve jobs, right? such as @Tony Robbins, Warren Buffet. One of the skills that changed my life is public speaking. So ask yourself, are you afraid to speak to groups? Do you know how to present your ideas to groups? Can you communicate with conviction and certainly? Can you interact with your audience? maybe you get sweaty palms. Maybe you are like me, in the beginning, your face will turn pale, your knees would be locked. That's okay. It is a learnable skill, but in order to be rich, public speaking is one of the most valuable skills that you must master. The third skills that will make you rich and that is the ability to communicate with words in print, or what i call persuasion in print. I refer that as your ***copywriting*** skills. Now, notice that i said copywriting skills. I am not talking about being all grammatically correct, although it is good to do that, but i'm not talking about what you learn in school called academic writing, i am talking about communication. I am talking about, maybe it's your webpage, your video. I am talking about your email. How do you communicate with the written words? now, why is this so important? because, in the day to day communication, the email you send, all the social media posts or the agreement, the contract, your lending post, or your blog. A lot of that is written communication and when you know how to communicate effectively through the written words, it gives you a tremendous amount of leverage. Let me give you a perfect example: let's say you created a social media post and you have a decent amount of following, that gives you leverage, because what you see and what you write, that is seen by hundreds of people, thousands of people. In my case, it could be millions of people. In fact, copywriting is the very first skills that i developed and that's the skill that changed my life. How i went from losing money and not making enough money to earning. So copywriting. Now that is not taught in school. School taught us writing, but it did not teach us copywriting, so that's skill number three. Skills number four: and that is the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with your team. I am talking about your ***leadership*** skill. Im order to be an effective leader, you must be an effective communicator. Do know what the vision is for your company, and are you communicating that with your team members? Do you communicate clearly, the vision, to your team? Do you know how to create a good culture within your organization? You see, all of that is leadership skill. Business is not a solo sport. Business, not only is it an intellectual sport, but it is also a team sport, it is an organization. You are only as good as your team. It is very very important to develop, that leadership ability to be able to inspire, to motivate and lead your team. Skills number five: and that is the ability to manage and organize your time for maximum results. Some people refer that as time management. I refer that as ***priority management*** because, at the end of the day, we only have 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and 365 days a year. You cannot actually manage time because we all have the same amount of time. However, what you can manage, is your priorities. What are the important things you've got to focus on? one of the important things that would move the needle, that will help you move closer to your goals. The problem is, school never taught us how do we manage our priorities, right? You do your homework, your taking exams, your taking care of your family, you're doing a bunch of different things, but most people will never take the time to slow down and look what we do, and ask ourselves, okay, why am i doing this at all? What is the pay-off of these activities? We never ask ourselves those profound questions, and at the end of the day, priority management really is self-management. How do you manage yourself? and, if every single day, you can manage your time efficiency and effectively and you focus on just handful of things, that two or three things you know, if you keep doing will get you the results that you want. So, rich people understand that and realize the value of their time, and that's why they avoid, what j call, minimum wage activities. If someone can get the job done, costing you less than what your time is worth, we delegate it. So that's skill number five. Skill number six: that is the ability to read financial statements. I call that ***financial literacy*** skill. Now, this skill is not taught in school. In school, how do we measure how well we do? your school card. Are you getting an "A" a "B" or a "C"? In the real world, in the business world, we look at the financial statements. Your financial statements, they are your score card. It tell us how well you are doing financially. How well are you managing your money? Now, you may thinking, "Well are you asking me to be an account, or take an accounting course, or be a bookkeeper, things like that?" No, but you do need to understand the language of money. Financial literacy, that's the language of money, how money works. Your balance sheet, your income statement, your cash flow statement. When you look at the statement, you look at numbers and you're like "Oh my God, man, i don't know what's going on", or "I'm not making enough money this year, in this poll", or "I'm having a loss this year business," or can you read between the lines? What is it telling me? What is the story? How am i managing my money, right? and you need to understand the basics of some of these vocabularies of money: credit score, return to investment, profit and loss, capital gain, capital loss, depreciation. A lot of these words, that is what you have to understand. You cannot improve something you don't measure. So, financial literacy, and it's extremely, extremely important skill you must master, if you want to be rich Skill number seven: and that is the most important skill out of them all, and that is the ability to manage your own mind. I call that your ***mindset*** skill. Frustration, negativity, fear, envy, depression, limiting belief, procrastination. How do you manage your emotions? how do you manage your mind? You see, you could get all of the other six skills right, and you can master all other six skills, but if you don't have your mindset right, it is not going to work. What are you feeding in your mind? how many times do you know exactly what you need to do to accomplish your goal, to achieve result, but you cannot get yourself to do it because of procrastination. Maybe, how many times in your life you have opportunities slip through your fingers and you cannot get yourself to step up and take action because of self-limiting belief. Or, what about, how many times that you know that other people believe in you but you don't believe in yourself because of self-limiting belief. That's all mindset skill. So, those are the seven skills that will make you rich. *Lao Tzu said "it best knowing others is intelligence, but knowing yourself, that's true wisdom. Mastering others is strength, but mastering yourself, that's true power."* @MarcDeMesel awaiting for your comment below, regarding on this article.

How to Comfort a Lonely Person Sadness is a common and kind emotion in you that wants to comfort a friend, relative, partner or acquaintance who is sad. You can help someone by showing interest (empathy, caring and appreciating feelings, for example), helping them feel better and doing certain activities with them. **Showing Interest** **Come closer.** To help someone who is depressed, you need to come forward to talk. How to do the approach depends on the relationship with the person. Get closer and start a conversation. You can start with something trivial like, "Hello, how are you?" If he simply responds “well”, say he looks sad and offers to talk. If the person rejects the offer, respect the decision. Be understanding and be available if he wants to come out. You can try a different approach later, if you wish. **Offer protection.** Say you are there to support him. Say how much you care about his well -being. Offer help and try to break the ice with something like, *"I know you're sad. I'm here for you"*. Ask what you can do to help. Try saying something like, *“I want to help in some way. Can I help you with anything? We can talk if you want "*. **Show compassion.** Being aligned with the emotions of others is part of being empathetic. If she is sad, show concern. Try to see yourself here to understand these emotions. Do not laugh if the person is sad or crying. Express love and understanding. Use physical contact: offer a hug or hold her hands, if it will make her comfortable and appropriate. You can also ask if you can give a hug. **Appreciate the emotion.** Many people sadly respond to adversity, which can be normal in a complex situation. Appreciating or neutralizing grief can help you replace the feeling of discouragement with acceptance. Say something like, "*I understand you're sad, there's perfect sense in this complicated situation. I'm sorry you went through this."* Don’t try to suppress emotions. Never say something like *“Don’t be sad”.* This type of comment diminishes other people’s feelings. Another way to neutralize emotion is to clarify grief, sadness and loss. Try to explain that the feelings of rejection, anger and other emotions inherent in grief are completely normal in this type of situation. **Let her cry.** Crying can increase the feeling of well-being by releasing trapped emotions. Encourage the person to let the emotion flow. Stay with her once crying. Offer him a handkerchief, strike his back (if appropriate) or encourage him to take it all out. One thing that is appropriate to say is, *“It's okay to cry. It’s good to let go of how you feel every now and then. "* Avoid making comments that ask her to stop crying. The signal you send when you say something like this does not properly release your emotion and you are bothered by his grief. **Actively listen.** Active listening is putting total focus on other people and their experience. Don’t think about what to say next, just listen to what he says. Ask clear questions to show that you are attentive to the conversation. You might say, *"As far as I understand, your grief is because you lost your dog and you want to find it, right?"* **Make room.** Respect other people’s space and preferences. If she doesn’t want to talk about the issue that is bothering her, it can still help her get along well by doing the activity together. To show that you understand the need for space, you could say, *“I understand if you don’t want to talk or if you want to be alone. I am here for you if you want to chat or make."* **Helping the person feel better** **Be optimistic and hopeful.** You cannot be filled with the grief of others. You need to adjust your emotions and not be impressed, otherwise you will not be able to help those who really need it. Take a break from the conversation first. One reason you have to go to the bathroom, for example. Take a deep breath and release your emotions as well. **Offer a gift.** According to the five languages of love, many people see gifts as a way to show love and support. A gift can cheer up someone who is sad, and the behavior shows that you care about him or her. Give gifts such as flowers, a card, or your favorite chocolate. If you are short of money, write a letter or make a gift yourself. **Help to change negative thinking.** Negative thoughts (and fiction) can increase grief or guilt. Some people tend to personalize events or situations, and this can end up creating unnecessary negative emotions. An example of what one might think: *"It's my fault that Fido ran away."* Help him redirect this kind of thinking by offering alternatives and gently disagree. You can say something like, *"You love your dog and you do everything for him. Maybe he just left and can't find his way home."* Some people try to predict events in a negative way, saying things like *"I'll never find my dog."* This thought was useless, because he did not know what would happen. You can say, gently, something like, *“Are there no more possibilities to see you? Hopefully we can bring him back.”* Avoid blaming others. Encourage the person to focus on the situation rather than thinking about how others contributed to the problem. In addition to increasing anger, thinking will only prevent frustration from resolving. **Help solve the problem.** Sometimes grief prevents the person from thinking rationally and managing to resolve the conflict. Encourage him to look at emotions as a source of information. Sadness says something is wrong and needs to be resolved. Then, you can help him think of an alternative to try to solve the problem. For example, if the dog lost the person, you might say, *“Let's think of a solution. What do you think we should do first? ”* Offer possible solutions. You could say, for example, *"I have an idea! Why don't we call the animal shelters to see if anyone has seen him?"* **Doing Tasks Together** **Encourage positive coping mechanisms.** Try to help by finding healthy ways to deal with a problem. It is a way of dealing with negative feelings and situations and being able to express yourself without causing more pain or harm. Some examples of these mechanisms for dealing with grief are: religious or spiritual activities, creative (artistic) exercise, activities related to nature, physical training or meditation. Avoid alcoholic beverages or excessive substances. In addition to being dangerous, none of these will help to reduce grief. To alleviate the use of beverages or medications, offer alternatives. You might say, *"I've read that drinking alcohol as a way to deal with a problem ends up creating another and reduces the ability to deal with emotions and the situation itself. Why don't we just watch a comedy film ?"* **Interfere with the person.** Sometimes people talk about a situation and hold on to negative thoughts. Interrupt your friend to help him or her alleviate that feeling. Some examples that can help with distraction: watching a fun movie, listening to live music, dancing, naming things in the room and playing a game. **Spend more time together.** Spending time with the person can be a comfort and a huge support to them. Support is important to help a person overcome grief. Do creative activities. Some ideas are painting, drawing, playing musical instruments, writing music and making candles. Enjoy nature. Have a picnic in a nice place. Go to the beach and relax on the sand. Exercise. A run, or just a walk, are great options.

How to be successful The definition of “success” varies from person to person. Whether you have an ambition, a dream or a goal in mind, you just need to set specific goals to get the ball rolling. Stay focused, stay motivated throughout the process and don’t give up when something goes wrong. With a little dedication, you will soon achieve what you want. **STEPS:** ***Method 1 of 4: Thinking of Goals*** **Define “success”.** You can’t be successful if you don’t know what that means. Everyone has a different perspective, and many think of goals that bring happiness. Only then is it time to set goals that are important in your path. Write your definition of success on a sheet of paper. Do you want to receive an "x" salary? Living in a specific city? The ability to support your family? Then think: with this success, is it possible to travel? Save enough for retirement? Have a healthy social life? If you don’t fully think, think about what else brings happiness into your life: staying with your family? Travel? Have fun? What do you do if you don’t have to work? Then, find out what needs to happen to fulfill your desires. **Identify your main goal.** Think about what you want to do and what gives you pleasure. Then use that information to think about your purpose in life. You will be more motivated if you know what you want to do. A goal is *much* easier to achieve when it has to do with personal preferences. Think about where you want to be in five, ten and 20 years. What can you do to get there? If you have doubts about your goal or purpose, consult a professional counselor or quality psychologist. Think of goals that count. For example: don’t try to “be a better professional”, but “increase productivity by 30% and be late for work five times a year at most”. **Separate your goal into smaller steps.** Define your idea and find out what you need to achieve the goal. The process is easier when it is split into simpler parts. For example: your goal in creating a technology company seems impossible to achieve? Break it down into smaller parts, such as drawing up a business plan, finding investors, getting a loan, or thinking about product ideas. Follow the SMART methodology - that is, think of specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and timely goals. **Set a deadline to meet your goal.** Think of a period that is relatively short, but doable. Then, find out if you have enough time for the smaller part of the process. For example: “appearing in a comedy television show” may be impossible in a year, but “doing a stand-up comedy show for an audience of 20 people” is not. Think of specific steps for smaller goals. For example: “participate in an improv group” in one month or “participate in an improv contest” in three months. **Identify the resources needed to achieve your goal.** You may need tools, knowledge, financial resources, skills (such as public speaking) or people (such as employees or advisors). For example, you may need a loan to start a business. For this, in turn, you will need a bank credit. If you want to work in music, you may need to invest in your instruments, a website, etc. ***Method 2 of 4: Time Management and Productivity*** **Set up a personal schedule.** Create task lists with goals for each day of the week. Stratify what you do to stay motivated and have a clear structure even on the toughest days. Use a mobile calendar application or a physical calendar. Write each date in a specific way. If you have a low memory, activate cell phone alarms. Be realistic about the duration of each task and set aside more time than you think is necessary. **Minimize distractions to the maximum.** It’s almost impossible to stay fully focused on the same task all the time, but interruptions affect efficiency. You can also take some breaks, but return to your goal when it's time. If possible, work in a quiet place. If not, put on headphones or ear protectors. Don’t ask anyone you’re busy at work. Say this time is very important and, if necessary, turn off your cell phone or keep it in a drawer. Take a five minute break each time to focus again. Take a short walk, have a snack, stretch your body, etc. Don't do more than one thing at once. This can reduce your productivity. Focus on one task at a time. **Record tasks with others whenever possible.** Outsourcing the process saves a lot of time. Do not try to play the role of superman: give people less important roles so you can focus on the main part of the goal. For example: if you are writing a book, ask a friend or an editor to read the text. Don’t try to edit it yourself; contact third parties and ask for suggestions for changes. If your business needs a website, hire a web designer who doesn't have to do everything yourself and still get a professional result. **Trust people’s skills.** Just success is hard. Part of the process involves assembling a capable team. If you don’t trust others, you probably won’t get the results you expect. Consider many factors when deciding who is reliable and competent for your team. Study the qualifications, experience, references and the like of each candidate. Confidence is a very exciting factor for people. If you trust someone, he will *want to* do everything right so as not to fail. You trust people because you *need to* . Don’t try to do everything yourself; pass tasks on to others. Don't forget to trust yourself! **Find an educator to guide your progress.** That educator should be someone who has more experience than you and understands the subject: a teacher, a boss, an older relative or even a family friend. He will also enjoy knowing that his students have achieved success. To do this, there are many ways to help: *Networking* : it's about creating a network of contacts with other people seeking mutual benefits. You can exchange experiences, opinions or opportunities with them. *Solve problems* : The educator will help you develop ideas that work in difficult situations, as well as explore what needs to be changed to make the process better. *Create strategies* : because you are more experienced (both in terms of successes and failures), perhaps your mentor may have a more strategic view than you do. Take advantage of this experience to think about the future. **Keep learning as much as possible.** Don’t leave your student side - you never know when you’ll come up with a brilliant idea! Always listen to people, study and gain new skills. All the new information can help you connect ideas and use them to improve your life. Read books, watch documentaries or take online courses to learn more. Find topics that interest you or that have helped in acquiring a certain skill. Find out all you can about the industry, your company, one of your interests or your goals. What do successful people in this area do to succeed? **Take calculated risks .** Successful people always think and act more broadly. Don’t wait for opportunities to fall into your lap. Get out of your comfort zone and pursue your goals. Analyze the risks, find out if your chances of success are high and move on. Regardless of the situation - whether you are a marathon runner or looking for solutions for large technology companies, for example - partnering with the competition will help to raise funds, spur your progress and even generate of new professional relationships. You go first; do not follow people. Develop the courage to do something different. Not all of your ideas will work, but you can still be successful with some projects. Develop these options, even if you are not famous or wealthy. **Think of a problem to solve.** Look around and think of ways to contribute. Are people having difficulty or complaining about something? How can you make their lives easier? Can you make a product or service that meets this requirement? Some examples of common problems: *Social problems* : can you imagine a social problem that needs a re-invention or reform? For example: the way social media changes the way people interact. *Technological problems* : Can you help people make better use of technologies? For example, large technology companies are creating more powerful computer processors to improve the user experience. *Strategic problems* : can you help someone solve a strategic problem? For example, consultants help other companies and people to increase productivity, profits, etc. *Interpersonal problems* : Can you help people get along with each other? For example, psychologists and marriage counselors help patients deal with the complexities of interactive and day-to-day relationships. **Use technologies as tools, not chaos.** Technologies can be great allies, but they can also generate a huge waste of energy and productivity. Use these resources to your advantage, but don’t lose. Use a calendar or an application to mark your goals, meetings and tasks. Cross out the items you have completed to stay motivated. Listening to music confuses people at work. If you need this feature, listen to jazz or classical music so you don’t get lost. Talk to your colleagues and bosses in person to avoid falling down on emails. Organize your inbox to separate what is useless from what is important. ***Method 3 of 4: Adopting the Right Attitude*** **Think of your success.** The clearer the image of your success is in your head, the easier it will be to make it a reality. Remember that you can still fulfill your dreams, even if you stumble a few times. Take a few minutes each day with this visualization. Think of yourself as a successful movie character. What are you doing? Where did this success come from? Enjoy the feeling and use it as a motivation. Make a motivational mural. Use popular images and phrases from magazines or websites and paste the poster in a place where you spend a lot, such as your office room or home kitchen. Start self-motivating when you think of your success. Successful people believe in themselves and in their mission. **Express curiosity for everything around you.** Successful people have an unsatisfied curiosity: if they don’t understand how it works or don’t know the answer to a question, they will follow it. This often leads to a process of self -discovery - which is important as a result itself. Ask questions about everyone around you. For example: ask the vet how your dog is different from someone or talk about gardening with a neighbor. If you come across something new, do some research on the topic. What can you find about him? Talk to people about experiences and successes. You may discover something new about someone you’ve known for years. Curiosity makes people more interested in everything. End the fun throughout the process instead of just thinking about the ultimate goal. **Live with successful people.** Being surrounded by committed people is exciting. You can exchange ideas with them and meet new people who support your development. Study celebrities through books, works and biographies. If possible, inspire your trajectory with them. Knowledge is accessible because it is powerful. Make an evaluation of your own life. Is there anyone you know who has been successful in your search for yourself? What is this person doing now? How does he view life? Seek advice. Avoid people who bring you down. They only hinder your progress. **Have realistic expectations.** It takes self -confidence to be successful in any endeavor. However, that’s not all: you need to have realistic expectations. If you’re too ambitious, it’s harder to get where you want to go. Create flexible expectations. For example: instead of expecting absolute success in your new job, think of something like "I can practice a little. If it doesn't work out, I'll find another job". Remember variables that are not in your control. What you *can be* controlling is your reaction to situations. For example: if you have an unexpected expense, say it is a temporary obstacle. Listen to constructive criticism. Although these situations are difficult to deal with, they can help you identify areas where you can improve. Learn to expect the worst. It is impossible to be successful without making a mistake or two every now and then. ***Method 4 of 4: Termination of Failure*** **Try again when you are faced with a setback .** You *quit* making a lot of mistakes. However, do not hesitate: life often gives us many opportunities to fix things. What will define your success is your ability to shake the dust and try again. Don’t let go of everything just because of one weakness. Don't make excuses. Don’t try to blame your failure on someone or something. Accept your responsibility to determine what you need to change. Learn from your mistakes. Every failure is an opportunity to learn. If you have learned nothing, you are likely to make mistakes in the future. On the other hand, if you take a lesson from the situation, you will not waste time repeating the same thing. **Don’t rely on your failures or mistakes.** Accept the fact that life is not fair. Instead of brooding, think about what you can do to make the world better and use situations to your advantage. For example: if your work environment is toxic, take the initiative and try to communicate with your colleagues. Talk about your past successes and motivate them to keep going. Sometimes, unexpected things happen that happen. For example: a marathon runner has an accident and has a broken leg. In these situations, think of new goals or alternative ways to achieve success. In the example of the marathon runner, he or she may choose a sport that does not require as much effort, such as swimming, or decide to recover with physical therapy. **Find happiness in other parts of life.** Success is no guarantee of happiness. You can also be happy when you achieve a goal, but don’t think that it will bring you a feeling of eternal joy. Instead of just focusing on your goal, create balance in your life in many different sectors. Don’t push people away. Don’t leave your interpersonal relationships, because they are among the most important things in life. For example: what is the use of inventing a cheap and efficient way to produce nuclear fission, but not having friends or close relatives? Give more value to experiences than things. It’s not - not money or things - that brings the most happiness in the long run. Focus on creating memories and bond with the most important person in your life. **Try to be positive even if you fail.** A person can be *much* most effective when using the brain to guide actions (and not the other way around). If you make a mistake or fail, don’t be afraid to start again; be happy to receive a second chance. **TIPS:** Not everyone will support your desires. Some people are disgusted or insecure. Be prepared and ignore them until you find someone who is happy for you and by your side. That alone is no guarantee of success; requires determination and consistency. Doing something sometimes doesn’t make a difference; the important thing is that you repeat this thing until you get it. Always follow your definition of success. Try not to get stuck with what other people want *your* life. **WARNINGS:** Don’t worry too much about people’s opinions. Focus on yourself. Be polite and respectful. You don’t have to initiate anyone to succeed.
