Simply finding a way to accurately describe the answer took time. The answer had several parts.: The "Who" is a spirit - neither a tribe nor a person. Asking "Who" was almost, but not quite, a mistake. "Who" started the lie is a 'spirit' - not a human. Some may point at some tribal or geopolitical cults, but any such blaming is a recursive mistake that cannot be solved. Such an intersection only occurs by volition, not by coincidence. Volition behind inspiration is a continuation throughout history. It resembles, in some ways, a wind that blows where it chooses seeking out what weaknesses it can prey upon. Ignorants and Gullibles **embrace and worship** this spiritual deception for security, power, wealth, and popularity. What they do not know inspires them to merely believe that there exist simple shortcuts to their goals cutting through other people's lives. Epiphany - Context in Conflicts Resolution Epiphanies are the neurophysiological effects of contradictory problem components realigning into a solution that resolves major contradictions. Epiphanies are also notable by the physical effects they can cause. Epiphanies occur when a problem resolves. The circumstances leading to an epiphany seem to include an intense problem that has value personal and specific. This could be an intellectual, social, or physical problem which some substantial, potential, personal risk, or reward, induces stress. a significant amount of time the stress remains unresolved. The longer stress builds and interferes with normal life, the stronger the epiphany can be. the value that resolution of the risk (or reward) offers. This may have multiple dimensions such as social, physical, and other considerations that compound each other. The value must be substantial to trigger an epiphany. the amount of effort devoted to solving the problem directly affects the impact of the epiphany. The more effort is devoted to solving the problems, the more the mind and body is stressed and thus altered by the stress. The effort retrains the brain, breaks old thought patterns, and increases sensitivity to thoughts related to the problem. The amount of the stress of this effort is compounded by the amount of time before resolution. Another 'magnifier' of epiphanies is the focus applied to solving the problem. Focusing upon the problem can supercharge the effects of an epiphany. Bogotá: BCH Opportunities Bogotá has opportunities easily recognizable to crypto-nomads. The cryptocurrency trends are all in the right direction to offer valuable opportunities for people in the city. ATMs There have been many ATM efforts in Bogotá Many I could not find as they had moved, closed down, or simply do not function. I found one ( not pictured here) which had fees too absurd to consider even photographing. ATM fees are a problem caused by issues the operators are unable to address. Such is life, but solutions to this exist. Some ATMs do still function and can be simple and easy to use: For tourists, ATMs are a lifeline, but they are not an economy. ATMs are nice crutches but we can improve upon this. *No, I will not discuss that here*. Marketplace economies The real value of crypto is in marketplace economies. The needs that come first are: food lodging transport communication Of these four crucial economies, very little is addressed in Bogota ***at this moment***. In the context of what is occurring at this moment in global financial markets this could be improved. (e.g. - You can buy phone credits through bitrefill but all that does is make some guys on the other side of the planet rich. Better this kind of opportunity is given to local residents.) Re-engineering economies This is an opportunity to re-engineer economies toward the utility p2p economies enjoy. El Salvador seems to be on a path to avoid importing USD inflation. Real-life events that occurred beginning with the arrival of the Covid crisis hinted this would lead to something more than just a logo. The 'portal' symbolizes the safe space of welcome acceptance and collaboration within *The-One-Law*. When you speak to the "Eye of The-One-Law" you are effectively speaking out from other sites of "Eye of The-One-Law". Again, your subconscious will hear from those others as well.
