The Manifest of The One Law
The One Law: .No Being shall violate another Being. is the single foundation of all Freedom all Liberty all Authority You may do whatever, wherever, whenever ****that which violates no other Being****. Your body, your property, your life, your freedom and liberty: These are extents of your Being. The One Law recognizes no differences between Beings based upon anything other than physical actions and willing consents. Consent is an affirmed participation - a collaboration. Consent defines what does not violate a Being. Action upon another Being **absent Consent** violates the Being. Your Freedom to be and do comes with the reciprocal responsibility to honor the Liberties of others. Freedom You are free to be and do whatever, wherever, whenever ****that which violates no other Being****. Examples: Free Expression "Freedom of Speech" is one example. What you say, or write, or demonstrate, or otherwise non-violently express can never be regarded as violence against others. Guilt of violence belongs solely to **those who physically commit violence**. You are free to express whatever you wish, wherever you choose, whenever you can ****in a manner which does not physically violate another Being****. Right to keep and bear arms https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Right_to_keep_and_bear_arms_in_the_United_States Anything you own or possess that is safely secured from harming others can never be regarded as violence. Guilt of violence belongs solely to **those who physically commit violence**. You are free to own whatever you choose ****in any manner which violates no other Being****. [ The One Law does not prohibit self-defense: Whatever creature initiates violence against a Being of The One Law cannot be described as a Being and is, therefore, an outlaw - outside the protection of The One Law.] Your Freedom is infinite Your Freedom as a ****Being who violates no other Being**** is limited only by the Liberties of other Beings. Liberty Liberty is the absence of being violated by others. Your Liberty describes "where Freedoms of others end". Any creature which violates your Being is outside the protection of The One Law. Examples: Rape, Intrusion, Seizure, or Confiscation Your Being is not property of anyone else. Only You possess the Authority over every extent of your Being. Anyone violating any extent of your Being is an outlaw - outside the protection of The One Law. The extents of Your Being is yours to live in any way you choose ****in any manner which violates no other Being****. Slavery You are not a slave to anyone. Only You possess the Authority over every action of your Being. Any creature violating your Authority over yourself is an outlaw - outside the protection of The One Law. The extents of Your Being is yours to live in any way you choose ****in any manner which violates no other Being****. Authority The One Law bestows Authority upon you as a Being. These are Authorities over your Freedom and your Liberty. Authority of Freedom That ***you do not violate any other Being*** creates the Authority within you to be and do whatever you wish. You have the *inalienable authority* to be and do whatever you choose as you wish ****that violates no other Being****. You need no permission from anyone else to be and do whatever you choose ****that violates no other Being****. Authority of Liberty That ***you do not violate any other Being*** grants you the Authority to not be violated. No one has Authority to violate you in any manner. As a Being within The One Law you have the *inalienable authority* to not be violated by ****any creature****. Your Liberty is infinite Your Liberties as a ****Being who violates no other Being**** can not be defined or constrained by anyone.
The Eye of The One Law lets you program yourself instead of that thing underneath it if the power is unplugged. If I have omitted anything you regard as important let me know, I will add it. It's like opening your mind to new opportunities but this time, you want them to be for your own good and the well being of others, as it says, without harming others.
Thankyou I learned about law.
I really need you to clarify the part where you said the keeping of arms provided it's not to harm anyone is acceptable by the law, to what extent can we keep arms?
An Excellent question. As a Being within _**.No Being Shall Violate another Being.**_, you _have the Freedom to buy, fabricate, own and keep anything_. The problem with keeping something like weapons arises if it harms anyone by accident or misadventure. **Simple Example:** By itself, a weapon in a cabinet or hanging as a display on a wall harms no one. If by some event it falls on someone and hurts them, however, whoever owns the weapon has by his own actions harmed someone. The owner is responsible to keep it safely secured. Another example might be a child finding it and hurting himself or others. The owner must keep it safely secured. There can be no objection to keeping a weapon safely. Some weapons, however, can not be kept safely, such as: + nuclear weapons which always leak radiation + biological weapons which will eventually leak + chemical weapons which will eventually leak --- **Almost anything can be used as a weapon.** It only becomes a weapon when used against someone. The only reason any "Being" should ever need to use a weapon is in a situation of **self-defense against immediate violence**. In that situation whoever begins the violence is no longer a "Being" within **The-One-Law**. I hope this clarifies, others may have more perspectives to share.
With you, the human right is everything, and it is the starting point of all freedoms
To be precise, it is The-One-Law which defines Freedom. I am merely a messenger who, for reasons I may never comprehend, stumbled upon the message. --- Live Well and Prosper
This is a very interesting topic. Be kind and gentle with one another. Human beings are all created equal.
Be very kind and gentle with one another no matter what and for as long as possible Human beings are all created thesame way and equal.
Interesting but still i think that simplicity of the law doesn't cover everything, here is an example: Mother who has the child and then decides to leave it on its own, since child is young it will die without mothers care but this would be alright according to this law because mother doesn't need to consent to take care of the child and child can't force mother to consent on limiting her freedoms in order to take care of him. There is part about responsibilities that is missing here.
Excellent point. I always enjoy considering new perspectives. x I disagree, perhaps we need a different forum to hack this out ? --- In brief: 1. There can be no "Law" which imposes 'obligations' upon anyone. Any such "Law" violates whoever it applies to, as it would legitimize coerced violence against consent. x 2. Responsibility is a very personal choice. No one - not any person of any kind anywhere, aside from some kind of 'omniscient entity' _[be very careful here]_ has any ability to know all aspects of any personal choice. To give anyone the authority to inflict violence on behalf of someone's ill-informed opinions is a perfect example of what is wrong with Democracy. Example: mothers caught up in event such as [The Holodomor](https://archive.fo/TS1UH) are coerced to make this kind of horrific choice. No one has any authority to decide what choice others make. If, as in the example given, a mother abandons a child, then, and only then, can The-One-Law be applied solely as a consequence of a dependent being violated by neglect.
> dependent being violated by neglect When you put it like that I can see how the law can be applied to cover that case from my example 🙂. I know about Holodomor, if I remember correctly remember it was caused by communist regime (Soviet Russia) not democratic one, but I get what you mean.
