Laws are made to be broken, that's the module of law-making officials and owners, because the law only applies to the poor, and the law of attack is sharp down and blunt up, in fact those who have light penalties are not comparable with their transgressions, while the poor who make a few mistakes, they actually get a severe punishment that is not in accordance with the offense.

Yes legislation violates not even in some aspect but in almost every aspect. Where there is no law, there is no crime, but when the crime is against the poor, it is actually no crime in the eyes of the legislation.
