So today is MamaRah's last day in her 30s with her hitting a landmark birthday tomorrow. She is just as beautiful today as she was when I met her when she was 24 and I will always have 10+ years on her. Guess with her love and devotion that makes the luckiest man in the world!

Saw a terrible scene on the news last night. It appeared to show a pregnant woman being rescued from the bombed hospital in Mariupol. She was being carried on a makeshift stretcher and her midriff was pixelated but clearly bloody. Last night was really rough. Was in absolute agony all day to the point of needing painkillers so much I was in danger of exceeding the recommended dose. Pain today has dialed down from 9 to 8 where according to my physio 4 is the start of extreme discomfort. Got antibiotics now so hopefully it will continue to dial down. Not a great start to the weekend.

Latest painkiller is beginning to wear off. Need to another 4 and a half hours before I can have another one. Not sure If I can last. I exceeded limits yesterday - far enough to be concerned when I got a massive headache. Was it my gums or a serious side effect. I really wasn't sure. Pain currently 5/10 but will escalate to 7 or 8 when 4 is the start of extreme discomfort.

Decided not to watch the England game last night but perhaps I should have. With the recent overload of sport for MamaRah though I decided it probably wouldn't have been fair. Just one question - why was Maguire booed at the start of the match? Done for the day. Busy morning and fairly relaxed day. Just finished compiling my figures for the month too and it seems that I have now recovered to the position I was in last October. So I have definitely managed this dip better than previous ones I encountered. What is more I have a huge stack of stablecoin to buy back currency when the inevitable correction comes in. And what is more there is still some way to go because most of my assets are nowhere near their ATHs
