Interesting to see that Russia's Duma (Parliament) passed a law today that means anybody found guilty of spreading fake news about the Russian military can receive up to 15 years in prison. May I suggest the first indictments under such law be reserved for Mr Lavarov and Mr Putin.

Wouldn't that be wonderful, if countries could actually police themselves?
