Last night was really rough. Was in absolute agony all day to the point of needing painkillers so much I was in danger of exceeding the recommended dose. Pain today has dialed down from 9 to 8 where according to my physio 4 is the start of extreme discomfort. Got antibiotics now so hopefully it will continue to dial down. Not a great start to the weekend.
