On the way
What is on the way? Hmmmm...I know you have a hint after you saw the title but before that let me greet you a pleasant good day to all of you my readers. Hoping you all are doing great in this first day of ECQ (Enhanced Community Quarantine). Lets be cautious and follow all the healthy protocols and stay in our home *(team bahay muna ulit tayo)*. Keep safe guys. **On the way** means about to arrive, reaching on the destination or you are in your way already. But I really dont know why most of us used the line "on the way" but the truth is they are still in bed or taking a bath.....HAHAHA... Is this line hits you? Hahaha Yesterday my friend asked me to join her because she wants to go to the mall to buy a cellphone. Because Im a good citizen (hahaha) and a good friend I said yes. And here it is, our meeting time is 10:00a.m. To tell you honestly I'm not a fan of that so called Filipino Time and I hate to be late. For me its okay that I am waiting than she will wait for me. I don't know if there is someone out there that have the same thoughts with my opinion. And I really dont know that my patience will get tested yesterday. I started to get ready at 9:00 a m. so that I am done at 9:45 a.m., enough to prepare myself and to prepare all my things. Enough time also to look at my phone while I'm getting ready.
10:00 a.m. I grab my phone to message her. Me: Where are you? Friend: Wait, I will be late. Me: Okay, I am ready, just message me when you are near. 11:00 a.m. I am still waiting and looking at phone but no message came. I feel sleepy and bored while waiting for her so to kill my boredom I open my Telegram to have a chitchat in my one group there. Im still waiting and waiting but no sign from her. 11:30 a.m. I can't stop myself to message her. Me: Where are you now? Friends: I'm on the way. Her: Okay, faster. Because she said she's in her way, I grab my bag, I wear my facemask and my faceshield and then I went out. My plan was to take a walk so that I could meet her halfway instead of her coming to my house to make it fast and to lessen the time. I reached to the jeep waiting area but she was still not there. My God I want to go back home. My 100% level of patience go down to 5%. 12:30 p.m. Atlast she came. Me: Oh atlast you came. Friend: Im sorry, something came up. Me: Okay Yes I said okay *pero ang totoo gustong gusto ko na siyang batukan....hehe..* Maybe its obvious on my face that its not okay with me eventhough I said okay. Deep inside me I want to say a bad words but I control myself. She is still my friend despite of that. My face light up when she said Friend: Because you waited for so long I will treat you a lunch. Me: Dapat lang no, gustong gusto na kitang hampasin...hehe.. My God I waited for 2 and half hours. And I start my rants on her. And the next hours is a usual story of the two friends who went to SM MALL. My POV Is it hard to say the truth? That you woke up late thats why you can't come on time. For me its better to say "Oh Im sorry I woke up late" than to say On the way but the truth is she is still in bed. But maybe that ON THE WAY is like an excuses on us. But this ON THE WAY is a PAASA word. *Umaasa kang darating na, pero ang totoo naliligo pa pala....hehe..* Who can relate on this? How about you my friend? Are you using this line "on the way" to your friends. I know many of you are guilty on this. But for me, tell the truth. No if's, no but's and I'll understand. Integrity is telling myself the truth. early bird ako lagi maliban na lang kung may emergency, nalalate talaga ako hahahha. Lalo na kapag practice time, nagset ng ng alas 3 yung iba 4:30 na dadating, panis sa Filipino time.😆😆

Mhy. I just remember my kuya, my friends and my dad. Hahaha. Kapag tinatanong ko kasi sila kung saan na sila banda.Sagot nila. On the way na kami. Tapos, nasa bahay pa pala, kumakain o naliligo pa. Mostly, ganun din ako minsan. 😂😂

I am always time conscious and I hate to be delayed. I prefer you wait for me on the road than me staying and standing on the road waiting for him or her. My patience level would have boiled down to 2% if I were you 😅😅 but since she is treating you for lunch, it's okay then. Lol But one needs not to lie they are on the way. Be clear and specific, that is it.
yeah actually my patience level goes down but since she is my friend I controled myself but next time I will get ready in our meeting time...😂😂😂
