In my opinion, women dressed best in 1930-1940. Elegant, measured ... If only that fashion could return, let's not look at the street now that all the girls are identically dressed, tight jeans, deep waist and of course a bare stomach ...

I like 1930-1940. and 1950. Fashion is changing and sometimes returns, so we can wear clothes from our mothers. Now, vintage is very popular. So, you can look up in your closet.
I think 60's and 80's, because of style that recovers women beauty on different way. She isn't partly naked, but in clubs of disko music women take control and make men to be a really man.
My favorite fashion style is classic. Of course this needs to be tailored to myself because every man is different, but I rarely bothered to procure clothes that were envisioned as fashionable for the moment.

I can say that 90s destroyed everything! Everything was better before! During 50s, 60s, 70s and 89s everything was much better than now. And everything goes down since 90s!
