October 25, 2021 Greetings everyone! How are you all today? First day of the week, I hope everyone is enthusiastic and happy to face the whole week. Yesterday, my friend @Janz tagged and asked me to join her challenge. After reading her article, I decided to join. Well, it always makes me feel good everytime I reminisce my journey as a mother. Now, I have another chance to look back my experiences. Experiences that made me realized that I am a strong person because I was able to survive the journey full of depression and hardships. But I will not hark back the sad memory lane this time. I will take a trip down on the happy memory lane that I had. Here I go... Baby Bump Photo

Please bear with my face. I look so haggard on that photo because I was in a long trip at that time.hihi The photo was taken at Lintaon Peak located at Baybay Leyte. I was 7 months pregnant when this picture was taken. I had a review for the licensure examination but I got bored and became somnolent listening to the lectures. I can't absorbed the topic that was being discussed so I decided to skipped from the session. My partner opted to have a road trip to ease my blandness. And as a person who loves trip, I agreed. We only used motorcycle in roaming around. I enjoyed our trip so much. I was able to visit and eat on my favorite fastfood which is Jollibee. We started out trip 1 in the afternoon and we got home 7 in the evening. My Newborn Daughter Photo

7th Day of November, year 2019 at 8:00 in the morning, I heard the loud yet the sweetest sound. It was the cry of my baby. The cry that melt my heart. When I first saw her, I had a mixed emotions. But my happiness overruled all the other emotions I had. She was so tiny and very delicate. I can still remember the feeling when the nurse put her in my chest. I am very glad that she didn't give me a hard time in delivering her. During my labor, we were 5 in the room and I was the only one who didn't move much. I was just in my bed lying while enduring the pain, while others were moving back and forth. I saw one who cried out of pain and asked for help to her mother. Before, when my baby was still inside in my womb, I always talked to her. And I can say that she really listened to her mama because she also moved everytime I talked to her. Time really flies so fast. Yesterday, she was just so little and I always carry her but now, she can run and move anywhere she wants. She grows fast. My partner always told me that he can't imagine letting go of our daughter when she will study in college. I laughed at him and told him that that's life. We can't hold our daughter forever. We have to set her free and let her spread her wings. I understand my partner tho because he loves our daughter so much. Two weeks from now, my daughter will be celebrating her second birthday. We are currently preparing the necessary materials for her celebration. I already bought her dress and shoes for her big day. In fact, I made an article about it. Though we only want a simple celebration, my partner wanted to have a pre-birthday photoshoot. We are planning to perform the photoshoot this weekend. I hope the weather will be good for us for we planned to take the photoshoot outside AUTHOR'S NOTE My journey of being a mother is very memorable and unforgettable. My heart is filled with happiness and joy everytime I see my daughter. She becomes my life now. She filled the holes inside my heart and I will love her for the rest of my life. Being a mother is not easy. It lays down big responsibility on your shoulder that you need to carry forever. But it is the greatest feeling that a woman could ever feel. This is it for today everyone. I thanked madam Janz again for tagging me in this challenge. I wrote this article with a smile on my face for it made me recall my happy journey of my motherhood.
