Still thinking what would be our lunch for today. I cooked some veggies yesterday and planning to cook veggies again as we have some green papaya here. Not a fan of meat actually. I only think of then that's why I cooked meat but if I were to choose I always want vegetables.

When I was a child I don't want to eat vegetables then my father told me if I continue not eating any of it I will not be taller as my classmates so I encouraged myself to eat veggies and look at now I really love vegetables 💚

My husband shift is closing this month so we need to change our morning routine. Starting today I need to prepare breakfast for him before going to his work. I cook some fried eggs , eggplant and banana. Then a garlic rice .

When I woke up this morning I go to the kitchen and make a coffee. A hot coffee that end up cold because I do household chores while sipping it. I have no time of sipping my coffee and feel relax , if you are a mom you can relate to me. Cheers to all multi Tasker mommies. Sa kanila kami nagpupunta Everytime na nagcacaptured ako ng photos ng mount Arayat. Tanaw na tanaw sa kanila yon e. At ayun nga nakwento ng asawa ko sa kanila yung tungkol sa noise hehe at nag register silang mag asawa. Kaklase ko nung college Yung asawa nya at pamangkin naman ng pinsan ko. This is the DIY lamp that my husband made last night when the electricity lost. It was made of rock salt , coconut oil , toothpick and cotton balls. We saw it last year on Facebook and see if it's legit and yeah. It is legit and working hehe.

The kids are still awake because we are still waiting for my husband break time. They need to adjust also in my husbands schedule. They will sleep by 2 PM now unlike last month that they need to sleep at 12 PM. I am already starving and want to eat my lunch but I also want to eat with my husband so yeah.. For some people this flower looks so common but for me I am always fascinated seeing these. I also want to planted some in front when we have already a house. And just recently I found out that this cosmos is edible that make me love them more hehe.

Banana coated with some batter ♥️ We have some bananas here and my son wants some pancakes so I made it in 1 😅

How to cook this? bananas , baking powder , cake flour , sugar , milk , egg , water. Put all the ingredients expect the bananas and make a batter , coated the banana and fry hehe. Simple , delicious and healthy for kids.
