Cagayan Valley is where my father born. I first visited this province when I was 2 years old as my father said but ofcourse I am just a toddler that time so I don't have the knowledge about it but it is still memorable to me because my father told me that during that time they had an accident on the bus and we used the window to go outside and be safe.
