This is my ube (purple yam) harvest. I got about 13 kilos. I was able to share some to my friends and family. I also cooked ube halaya for our dessert. Growing ube in a small space is very rewarding! I started planting when we were on lockdown last year.

This is Shifen Waterfall which is located in Pingxi District, of New Taipei City in Taiwan. The falls' total height is 20 metres with a width of 40 metres making it the broadest waterfall in Taiwan according to Wikipedia. I visited this waterfall 2 years ago. It is also known as the Little Niagara Falls in Taipei. I really missed travelling to different places. Since 2020, I just stayed at home due to pandemic threats.

I planted a mulberry cuttings last week of November 2020 in a pot. It has grown tall but I don't know how to maintain it. I only know that the mulberry plant and fruits have many benefits and it tastes good so I planted it. I have picked some flowers from my plant to make a blue tea today! It is called Blue ternate tea from the blue ternate plant.. It is a caffein-free blue colored herbal tea. I usually drink turmeric tea every morning but today I picked some flowers to make a blue tea! It is called Blue ternate tea...a blue colored herbal tea.
