Good evening noise app family Flexing our meal earlier, in our country we called this "Papaitan" The ingredients are beef meat boiled in a pot with garlic and onion then after hours of boiling set aside then saute it with another set of garlic onion ginger and this time you need to add tamarind seasoning and I don't what hubby put to make it bitter. Bitter but so delicious I've forgot his name hahahaha 😅😍
