Where Does Stress Come From?
Both humans and nonhuman animals get health issues.
Although humans are animals, humans are pretty different from nonhuman animals. Most humans live in a societal setup away from the jungle. Humans have been used to synthetic life for many years.
Both humans and nonhuman animals may get health issues that vary from species to species. Health also may change with age and geographic location.
When humans get any health problem, they seek help from medical doctors. Animals seek help from nature for any of their health problems. They get a cure naturally.
The mind and body work together.
Humans may suffer from a variety of health issues depending on age. Some people may get health problems even at a younger age due to an unhealthy lifestyle.
Mind and body are interlinked through the innumerable neural signals synthesized inside the brain for various physical and mental activities.
The human body and mind work together to result in a healthy life. If one of the two gets unbalanced working, an abnormal situation may arise in the mind and the body. The integral effect is called a health issue or a diseased condition.
Do exercise, eat healthy food, and take ample rest.
Every human must lead a healthy lifestyle.
I am no health expert. I have learned from my own life.
The week I discontinued exercise, I felt a little bit of an irritating sensation in the joints. I suffered when I didn't exercise for more than a month! Diet and sleep are the two balancing friends of the human body.
What I know about a healthy lifestyle is simple.
Do some physical exercise every day.
Your exercise may include yoga, jogging, cycling, swimming, etc.Eat healthy food.
It should have enough carbohydrates, protein, and vitamins.Take ample rest after the day's work.
Sleep at least seven to eight hours at night.
The best would be to consult a professional dietician and a medical doctor.
Mental stress can give rise to health issues.
Physical health is very much linked to mental health.
We should try to enjoy life without worrying about uncertainties.
Since nobody can control or predict an uncertain future, the best would be to live merrily and look at the positive sides of life.
During the so-called COVID-19 pandemic-induced lockdowns, global citizens suffered more mentally than physically. People developed stress due to uncertainties in careers and pressures due to the fearmongering tactics of the governments.
Getting relieved of mental stresses can alleviate most health issues.
So, we must take an active interest in leading a happy and peaceful life. Because it solves most of the problems of human lives.
Conclusion
Even if you are physically very fit, you may sometimes fall unwell.
Don't take it lightly if the health issues are noticeable.
Take appropriate care of it, and go for a health check-up in a nearby hospital.
But, please don't be upset about every small misgiving of life and bring mental stress in your life.
Try to be mentally happy in whatever you do and achieve in life.
Mental stability is the most important power that can keep you healthy.
Mind is the best instrument we possess to help ourselves from the inside.

Sunday Confession of October 30, 2022:
Some people are overprotective and go to a medical doctor now and then.
One of our doctor friends told me about such pretending patients.
These people are fond of visiting a medical doctor and make use of their health insurance quota almost every month.
Don't be that overprotective and bring health issues without any real problem.
It is tricky to judge whether one is ill or perfectly healthy.
Then, it comes to the doctor's honesty and ethics to tell the patients the truth.
