From the moment I woke up this morning, I began thinking about the people I have ever had contact with.
And I noticed that my loyalty to them is based on two things: my perception of the depth of their loyalty to me and the chances of creating value through our interactions.
Loyalty is a quality that is beginning to fade in modern day society and a trait that is becoming rare to find. There seems to be so much resentment, anger and impatience in the world today.
People want instant gratification, but rarely do they want to give anything of value in return. The need for instant results has made a lot of people cynical.
Loyalty can be reciprocal
When we treat those around us with loyalty and respect, they will do the same for us. The truth is that if you want loyalty, you need to work hard on creating loyalty in other people.
If you want loyalty from your spouse, children, employees and co-workers, then you have to give them loyalty first. Show them how much you care about them (not just on Valentine's Day), or when they need something from you all the time.
Being there during unexciting times
Treating others with loyalty means always doing what we say we are going to do even if it just a small thing such as buying lunch or going out with your friends when you said you would.
Being loyal also means following through on commitments that might not be very exciting but are important to other person such as making a doctor's appointment for your spouse or taking out the trash even though it is not something that you would like to do
Forgiveness and Loyalty
If you want your spouse to be loyal to you, then you must show him or her that you are loyal. You must trust them and only want the best for them. You must also be willing to forgive them when they make a mistake.
When your children do something wrong, you must be the first one to forgive them and show unconditional love toward them. This action will create an atmosphere where they will want to be loyal and loving toward you because of your loyalty to them. When someone is disloyal to you, instead of being upset by it, act like this is an opportunity for you to show your loyalty.
It is what create relationship
Loyalty is what creates a relationship between people and businesses. There seems to be many young people who have lost the value of loyalty, mostly because they have been taken advantage of so much.
I have also noticed a trend where I go out of my way to do nice things for people that really seem to mean nothing to them. They don't have time to reply, they don't even say "thanks".
Some people take are ready to take advantage of you being nice. Even when some people say "thank you", they rarely go out of their way to do something nice for you when you need their help.
It's extremely rare to find someone in life that is truly loyal.

Thanks
I really want to thank my loyal readers, my sponsors; for being loyal to me. Thank you so much.
Mehn, loyalty is gradually fading off from us. The loyalty I knew was the pure one, reducing oneself to mingle with people that are low your standard, forgiving and pushing out respect to people around. But now, what we see as loyalty is very far far off.
