You Are Good For Nothing!! - Part 1!!

"You are good for nothing, what did I tell you and what did you do here??.. why would you even join the company if you cannot learn one squat about the process.. leave my room right now you useless idiot...we gave you two months of training for what? for this?"

Angela crumbles the paper in her hands and threw it on the face of the newly joined employee Mark. Mark looked down in guilt and shame and apologized for making mistakes but Angela was not having it. She banished him from entering her office again and gave him an ultimatum that if he does not learn the process within a week and does his work without any mistakes, she would fire him and also give him a awful rating that no company in the city would hire him ever again.. Mark was on the verge of tears and Angela saw him almost choking on his tears but she did not have any patience for him. "Enough is enough with these idiots" she thought as she left her office...

Angela was in her office parking waiting for the security to bring her super expensive Tesla out. It was still bright outside as Angela is leaving early that day, she has a date with one of her childhood friend Sam. Sam had been pursuing her from his college time to go on a date with her as Angela is was and always had been Sam's biggest crush. Angela got into the car and put the restaurant's address and turned into auto-pilot mode as she took her makeup out to get ready on the way. She thought she can go on a date, have some dinner with Sam and return back to office and finish her day's work. She is not at all serious about Sam and just wanted to go on a date one time so that she can get rid of Sam and his continuous messages about their date which she promised him a long time ago that she would go out with him.

Sam was standing outside the restaurant to receive Angela. She looked at him up and down as she came out from her car after parking it and she couldn't believe her eyes. This dude looks nothing like the old Sam she knew.. Sam wore glasses and he was a nerd, just like Angela was. Looking at him brought her a gush of so many nostalgic college memories..

"Sam??? is this really you? what happened to the nerd I know.. did you kill him?.. Angela questioned Sam as he gave a smile. "God he's handsome..." Angela thought to herself and looked at him with a fear that he might hear her thoughts.. Sam came to hug her but Angela quickly moved as if she just wanted to give him a handshake and Sam respected her decision. He took her inside the restaurant which Angela has been a regular customer at. "I'm surprised you picked this restaurant. This is one of my favs, did you stalk me or something?". Sam smiled again and each time he smiled, she found herself melting to his beautiful face. She never looked Sam in the way she is looking now.. Sam was quiet the nerd, minded his own business and used to get bullied a lot, just like Angela did.. No girl ever gave any of their attention to Sam and he was always lonely..

"How's your business going? and congratulations on your new project.. I heard you put a lot of hard work to achieve it.".. Sam uttered these words and Angela came out of her trans that she went into from Sam's smile.. And now his voice... his damn husky sweet voice.. "God, please help me survive this evening...let me not do anything stupid". Angela thought to herself and adjusted her voice as she spoke a couple of things about her business. Sam just kept his stare right on Angela's face as she excitedly expressing her work and she suddenly noticed Sam looking at her and she locked her eyes on his.. Her stomach filled with butterflies and she ran towards the restroom by screaming back "I'll be back in a minute". She looked at him and he acknowledged her by nodding his head while not changing his constant smile... "That damn smile..." she thought..

"What is wrong with you Angy??" Angela questioned herself looking into the mirror and noticed her reflection in the mirror can't stop smiling.. "Oh Stop!!!!" she told herself and she is scared whether she is falling for Sam as she is feeling new things that she never felt before.. Her stomach, chest, every body part feels new, unexplored and different.. Her heart pounded asking her to fall in the hands of Sam. Angela hated her feelings.. "what the heck, am not a normal girl. I'm a boss.. a self made woman.. and no man had ever achieved anything in just few years I had achieved. Besides, you know first hand from college how boring Sam was, now stop falling for him, it's stupid" Angela gave a quick lecture to herself and she stepped outside the washroom and went straight to her table...

"Are you Okay Angy??".. Sam asked..

"Nobody calls me Angy.. I'm Angela for you Sam". Angela replied

"ummm, alright, Angela"

Sam moved his hands in the air to show that he is sorry and asking for apologies and there is that damn smile again... Angela instantly forgot all that lecture she gave in the washroom and she smiled back saying "that's fine Sam".

They ordered and the food came to their table within minutes.. Angela was surprised as she is a regular in that hotel but they take a lot of time to make food. Today even though they have good amount of customers eating, their table was served quickly.

She was silently eating her food when out of blue, Sam held Angel's hand and she almost choked on her food as Sam uttered the words "We have come a long way aren't we??"...
