Though we get the best things in life for free but we forgot most of the time to care it. Actually it works what you said abiut the smile. It can be great cure for a disappointed or sorrowful soul but if the smile comes from the love one then it works deeply great. And if I say about the sleep then I just love it more than other things. often people give up in circumstances because the view of life always gives the difference between us and other people, the thoughts of someone who are only focused on what is the goal of his life not to be grateful for what he has. High expectations are one's way of competing with others in every aspect of life so that many failures and disappointments have become a crumbling fortress. happiness we actually have but we just often don't understand it and describe every little happiness that is useful because of the factor of thinking and expectations that are too high to be an achievement. enjoy every little joy in life with family and others because one day it will not be repeated when you will want to feel it. don't wait for big happiness because it requires a hard struggle and have to sacrifice a lot financially but small happiness is something that comes by itself without any sacrifice or free. the point is life is like when you are in the forest and enjoy it with food and drink without having to think about anything else, unlike in a majestic city that has to race through the rigors of life because of competition, the burden of thinking, and guarding wealth so that happiness and enjoyment life is passed just because of worry.

Yeah, I guess we all love that not unless you are a gamer and you love to be awake and hopes that you would not feel sleepy for time is so precious. If only I have a lot of time to sleep. But, awww I need to embrace life. I can sleep but not really all day sleeping. Maybe enough or sometimes time for sleep is not really enough but for as long as life still remains, I do believe we could have a lot of time to do so.
