Being loved is one of the most wonderful feelings a person could experience in his entire life. No matter how wealthy and powerful you are, if you don't have people who make you feel loved, wanted, and valued, all those tangible possessions don't matter.

Love makes everything seems possible and beautiful. Deny it or not but everyone needs and wants to be loved. To wake up in the morning knowing that your existence matter and you are not alone. Love that last and is unconditional. The kind of love that transforms every negative thing into sparkling and aesthetically wonderful.

Isn't it amazing? Even the holy scripture stated that the greatest thing of all is love. Without it, everything is void and empty.

Having said that, I am also hoping that the majority of us are aware of the "Love language". For those who aren't familiar with it, let me give you an idea about this and its importance.

What is a Love language?

Basically, we have 5 acknowledged love languages. These are the ways in which a person gives and receives love. The five love languages dictate how a person give love and feel that she's being loved as well. It is very essential in every relationship may it be romantic, platonic or storge kind of love. If you want your relationship to work and improve, you should know the love language of each other in order to give her /him the right approach that will make her/him feel loved and not just based on your own preferences of giving and receiving love. Not because you like receiving gifts, means the other person like it as well.

Now, let us find out the 5 love languages.

• Word of affirmations

These are the people who mostly feel valued through positive words and encouragement. Praising them through words really makes a great impact on their love tank. Also, saying bad words to these people will surely shatter their universe.

• Receiving/giving gifts

These are the people who appreciate gifts and presents. In response, their ways of showing love are through giving as well.

• Quality Time

Undivided attention, dates, and time spent without any distractions will be truly appreciated by the people who have this love language.

• Physical Touch

These are the type of people who feels comfortable, loved, and valued through physical expressions such as hugs, cuddles, kisses, holding hands, and tap on the shoulder. It's not all about s3x. okay?

• Acts of service

It is doing something for the other person that you know they would like. Examples of this are cooking them a meal, washing dishes for them, making them a coffee and so on.

Take note that the way you received love is also the way that you give love. But sometimes, you have to adjust and give love according to other people's love language and not yours.

How to know your love language? You can take a test on the internet that will automatically give you the result.

Now, the big question is...

If you want me to be happy and fill my love tank. You just have to spend time with me with undivided attention. Aside from that, I super appreciate it whenever someone does something for me like making me a coffee or cooking a meal for me hahaha.
