I tend to be very positive on many occasions, because I know that there are people who are in quite serious situations, so I always try to give the best of me, with the whole pandemic many people started to get depressed, feel bad and it really has been horrible for everyone, but from there I tried to become more positive and more optimistic and share this with other people, show them the negative side of things but also the good and positive side, nothing is easy, but it is better if we fight for what we want with a smile on our face and thinking positive, than to stay depressed and feel that the world is falling on our shoulders.

I think I also need to get enough sleep, this is the sector where i lack but yeah, also there are times when people are fooled by only being positive, and the key here is we need to be optimistic but also reasonable pessimistic at times when it is needed. I avoid social media and the news. Since Bagyong Agaton happened in Leyte my news feed in fb are full of sad moments you know negative feelings so, instead I diverted my attention to something else like exercising or talking with other people.
