Proper timing of exercise, advantages and disadvantages

There is no substitute for exercise to keep our body healthy and strong. Exercise keeps the body healthy and strong and increases immunity. Exercise is very useful for people of all ages. However, there are certain times to exercise. For example:

1 / After waking up in the morning

2 / in the afternoon

3 / Free hand exercise at night

Exercising after waking up in the morning helps to reduce the numbness of our body and refreshes the mind.

The benefits of exercise are given below:

1 / Exercise boosts our immunity.

2 / Exercise keeps the body and mind healthy and strong

3 / Exercise increases the performance of human muscles.

4 / Protects unstable firmness

5 / It keeps the circulatory system functioning normally

6 / Exercise brings more efficiency in physical exercise.

7 / Helps to keep human body weight normal or reduce excess weight.

8 / Helps to control heart disease, diabetes and hypertension

9 / Helps to increase memory

10 / Increases the supply of oxygen to the human body

11 / Sometimes exercise becomes part of our entertainment.

As well as the benefits of exercise, there are some disadvantages to excessive exercising as follows:

1 / Insomnia occurs

2 / causes pain in the body.

3 / The color of urine changes

4 / Problems at different junctions of the body

5 / may cause stroke

6 / Increases heart rate

So we have to know everything and then exercise. Excessive exercise never brings benefits to the body. At the same time, we have to follow the right diet. Only then we can live a healthy and beautiful life.

No dear i said excessive exercise is bad for our health. Exercise should not be done immediately after eating. Exercise should be done after 1/2 hour.
