Soft fork by definition doesn't require any upgrade. Miners dont need to use that. Soft forks means you follow tighter rules than the normal consensus rules. For example if the network is 1 MB, but you create 300 kB blocks, that'd be a soft fork. Hard fork is widening the rules, 2 MB... because it breaks the consensus of 1 MB and if someone doesn't follow, it results in the split.

The Philippines continues to be enjoying being one of the world's leading  suppliers of conventional copra meal goods, Enabled carbon & coco coir, coconut oil from a decreasing sector induced by the  unpredictable price of Copra recovered in the world economy, the  sector and the situation was reversed when  high-value products have been  made, enlarged and diversified.  Among the goods that are currently  penetrating. The markets include virgin coconut oil, coconut methyl ether, coconut peat, coconut beverages, coconut food products, and things for crafts. Food products based on Coco are rapidly gaining awareness because of their health and Values of aesthetics. Not to mention the fact that individuals are now turning to more balanced and natural healthy foods. *Though coconut is one of the two commodities of agriculture that earns the country more than Each year, its huge potential to earn even more has never been exploited due to numerous problems bugging the industry. On average, the production of nuts was 13.8 million or 46 nuts per tree per year, a billion dollars in export revenues. While exports of coconut, mainly from processed products such as oil, are expected to increase this year, the enormous potential of the coconut industry has yet to be exploited and measures need to be placed in place to include poor farmers in order to benefit more from the crop.* **What, then, bugs the local coconut industry?** The supply chain is largely unorganized and unorganized, in addition to low output per tree and aging trees. Dispersed smallholdings that affect input supply, primary production and marketing economies of scale. Small production lots and elevated transport translate into high logistics costs, which impact both farmers and processors. In the global scene, there are market threats from tariff and non-tariff barriers such as minimum residue levels and labeling regulations. Addressing low yields at the farm level can be an excellent move to helping realize the coconut industry’s potential as a bigger generator of export dollars. Obviously, the low yields are caused by poor genetics, nil fertilization, and limited replanting of tree stocks. Conflict is Okay (CIO) A day ago, my girlfriend and I had a small argument about giving and having time with each other. She was demanding quality time with me, and I was pointing out that I was with her the whole time. The debate went horribly for hours until we started bringing out past issues and negative attitudes of each other. Eventually we got so burnt out and almost called it a quits. To those **who are, or were, in a relationship,** this sounds all too familiar right? This cat-dog argument is as classic as to the *"which-came-first-chicken- or-egg"* debate. It's a battle. I come to fight every now and then which I rarely win. And yet, here I am writing about conflict management. Yes, I am a person who deals with conflicts in my personal relationship, conflicts at work, conflicts at home and even conflicts in the social media. And yes, I am writing on how to manage and resolve your conflicts in your life. You see, I found out that it is normal for anybody to experience conflict, but resolving it is not impossible as long as you are guided by a set of skills. **Conflict is a normal and healthy part of every relationship and human organization.** After all, two people can't be expected to always agree with everything at all times. LIL (Lost In Life) If you're somewhere between mid-twenties and thirties, welcome to the club! Welcome to adulthood. True or False there are times that you experience a serious Iow point in your life. You question if you're pursuing the right career or that you'll ever be happy with any career. You look at the mirror and ask yourself what ever happened to the younger version of you who is full of life, idealisms, ambition and positive energy You fear that youth is slipping from your hands, not you want nothing more than the stability that adulthood brings. Entering adulthood is such a tough time. It's the time in life where we are thrown with a mix of successions of transitions graduation from college, finding a job, figuring out where and how to live, and searching for a life- long partner. All these make us feel doomed to end up confused, alone and worried if the future still holds a blue sky for us Worse, this trial of confused identity, misguided purpose and hopeless transition makes us feel lost, anxious and panicked. But you . are not alone, there are a lot more people out there who feel like this. This time of great anxiety in life is the quarter life crisis, and it's very real for a lot of young people. I have witnessed a lot of friends and colleagues quit their jobs and pursue other careers only to quit again. Some continuously change from one city to another not knowing what they really want. And a few long-term relationships have been ended because of the sudden ear of being stuck in it forever. For me, quarter-life crisis hit me with the anxiety that I will grow old, stagnant in my present profession, while I see my colleagues travelling abroad, getting big pay checks, driving brand new cars having their dream weddings and settling down in their own home. A crisis in your mid and late twenties is practically inevitable, and you're not the only person to feel this way. Successful and happy people from all walks of life have experience a similar crisis and even your parents did too. Your situation is not unique and what you're going through is totally normal according to renowned developmental psychologist, Eric Erikson in his 1950's theory of psychological development, emerging adults find themselves in the confluence of two major life stages, namely Identity vs. Confusion and Intimacy vs Isolation. The stage of **Identity vs Confusion** encompasses the teen years and even those who are in their twenties or early thirties. It is this stage where your sense of identity develops-who you are, where you came from, where you stand for, where you fit in the society in other words, this stage is when you figure out who you want to be when you grow up Failing to figure this out may result in insecurity and confusion. Along the way, trouble and conflicts will come so expect the worst and be fluid about it.Once you start creating realistic, manageable plans to deal with your biggest stressor, you'll have much easier time keeping yourself out of the same type of crisis in the future. The struggle of quarter-life crisis is real. At this stage we may know what we want out of life, but we don't know how and we don't know if it will happen This period seems to be a 'make or break juncture which will define whether our lives will be successful or a failure We are all very cautious at this point, almost feeling wary and worried at the same time. But no matter how lost and anxious you fed, remember that your situation is not unique Countless people have made it through, and so will you.

Our Dog: Before and After Hello Good morning Everyone! I just want to Flex our dogs before and after. Dogs are consider to be **mans best friend.** Dogs are social herd animals who rely on attention and affection, making them the perfect choice for the best friend of a human.  Since dogs have been domesticated to the  point that they need us to live, and we seem  to find that we need them just as much,  people and dogs have formed a symbiotic relationship. Too many out dogs die because of vehicle. :( I felt very sad. Coz I love them. When I am came from school they welcomed me and stand to my feet. That's why we decide to chain our new dogs.

Problems and Some Solutions in Mechanizing Philippine Farms Leave even ****like****. "👍" Thank you! :) The mechanization in the Philippines is on the upswing as farmers now show more willingness to mechanize their farm. This is according to the Philippine center for post-harvest for development and Mechanization or **PhilMech**, but Philippines is still left behind compared to other asian countries like Japan and Thailand having an advanced farm mechanizations. The majority of farmers are tenants. Average monthly income of farmers is also limited by mechanization. Equally, the education and training of farmers and operators is insufficient and needs to be stepped up by both government agencies and machinery firms. Among the problems faced with the use of agricultural machinery, the high cost of equipment rated first followed by the high cost of small fuel Scale of farm holdings and high repair and maintenance costs. Other problems faced were:  local computer unavailability, unpaid bank loans and unavailability of spare parts. Among the issues affecting agricultural mechanization in the Philippines are appropriate combination of hand tools, animal draft and mechanical power technologies for each specific condition and introduction of appropriate level of technology as determined by financial capacity of farmers. These need to be given attention by both government and private sectors to maximize production. Filipino farmers' knowledge of farm mechanization and land reform seems to be very low, and they also have financial difficulties when considering the adoption of farm mechanization and land reform. It is therefore very necessary to raise awareness among farmers and  also to provide financial subsidies to farmers who are willing to implement mechanization and land reform. However, the Philippines is classified at low-mechanization level (Suministrado, 2013). Several reasons are: low buying power of farmers, abundance of rural labor, very small landholdings per farmer, high cost of machines, and government policies not favorable to mechanizing agriculture. Promoting farm mechanization in the Philippines has also been constrained by the small-sized, unaccessible rice fields especially during the rainy season, irregular, and non-geometric-shaped farm areas. Mechanizing these lands can be inefficient due to too much maneuvering in operations like land preparation and harvesting. The use of machinery and other large-scale agricultural practices is hampered. Therefore, in order to improve farm mechanization and the application of advanced technology to small farm production systems , it is important to rearrange small farm lots to economic clusters. This includes the reformation and reallocation of land parcels to achieve economies of scale, as well as the grouping of farmers into functional groups. **The Philippine government had to pursue farm clustering and utilized farmers’ organizations to implement mechanization programs**. While the scheme enhanced farmers’ awareness on the use of farm machinery, its utilization was not fully maximized due to inappropriateness of the machines to the random lay-out, irregular-shaped and small-sized farms. Unavailable access roads prevented machines from easily traversing each rice field. Irrigation water was also not efficiently utilized at farmers’ level because of uneven landscape of rice fields. The Philippine government together with our dear Agricultural Engineers must take act from this situation. Budget must be doubled in agricultural sector. Philippines are very rich in agricultural land, it may be the solution for a high economic growth of our country.
