"Pull it off!" that is what I said to myself if there is something to do and I'm so anxious to start with. We are all like it right? If we badly want something to work out and accomplish, say "Pull it off, let's make it happen!"

Since Monday, if you noticed I barely had time to make an article and share with everyone here, if I log on I would simply go around commenting a bit and leave. I am just physically exhausted during the day to fulfill my tasks online at night. Work is getting so toxic - I got some referrals from our physiatrists in 2 hospitals and this has been not the usual since last March of this year because of the pandemic, so I really don't have much choice but to grab it. Thus, since Monday, I've been travelling for homecare patients, 3 patients a day, traveling per se is so taxing but what option do I have. There is more money in homecare Physiotherapy! Just mind-setting myself to pull it off every single day. And while working each day, there is a bigger picture in mind, a greener pasture as they say so, yes! Pull it off!

I've been listening to this song for a couple of days now, the title is "Pull it off" by Alex Bruce. You can listen it from HERE. Actually, I find her amazing because she's so good on her craft at the age of 12 y.o. The lyrics is a plus though.

This lyric of the song is so apt to put in the background of every brand new day you wish to pull it off. The lyrics tells a lot of meaning. Fill in every membrane of your body and every fragment of your being with motivation, and keep inspiring yourself of that bigger picture. Unshackle every burden that might hinder you from that goal, like complacency, negativity, laziness and etc., these are little demons that hold you down in reaching any goal you want to achieve. Shake it off!

This part is so powerful. Living every day like your birthday, why not? We always get excited on this moment of ours, right? So it is always possible to feel excited every single day for something we all wanted for our dreams and for life! Let us do this for ourselves, keep every motivation steady, working for it each day. And in the right time, reap the results - our goal, eventually our dreams.

And yes, who does not hate that crab mentality? "if I can't have it, neither can you" attitude. We can be fierce in chasing our dreams, tough and not backing off, but we should be sensitive to the people around us working out on the life they're living at hand too. Pull it off with love!

Whatever goals you have in mind, whatever dreams you are chasing and working on. Pull it off!
