Hello my family. How was your day? I hope fine. Weekend and I was busy. You know the reason. Well, too many house chores and I had to do it alone. While doing this, I felt pain on my back. At first it was ok but then the pain increased. I was forced to take rest. After sometime, I called a renowned doctor and explained everything. He warned me about doing extra work, forbade me doing additional work and finally advised me to do some yoga. Yoga? Seriously? Ok, fine. How can I deny his advises? Because everytime it works. While thinking about yoga, I decided to share the matter with you people. So let's talk about yoga.
What is Yoga?
People think that yoga is a kind of free hand exercise. I agree a part of it. But let me add something so that you can understand it better. Well, yoga is not only that but also a kind of posture added with some breathing exercise. It connects the body's inner and outer forms. How? It helps to manage the stress and anxiety of our body by bringing the disciplines of mental & physical forms. It has an impact on our diet plan, meditation as well as behaviours. The best part of it, you can use yoga sessions according to your lifestyle and work pressure. Professional yoga trainers will help you on this matter by providing easier yoga plan, then gradually upgrade them to the complex. But relax dear, not everyone need that hard sessions. That's the beauty of yoga.
