Hello my family. How was your day? I hope fine. Weekend and I was busy. You know the reason. Well, too many house chores and I had to do it alone. While doing this, I felt pain on my back. At first it was ok but then the pain increased. I was forced to take rest. After sometime, I called a renowned doctor and explained everything. He warned me about doing extra work, forbade me doing additional work and finally advised me to do some yoga. Yoga? Seriously? Ok, fine. How can I deny his advises? Because everytime it works. While thinking about yoga, I decided to share the matter with you people. So let's talk about yoga.

What is Yoga?

People think that yoga is a kind of free hand exercise. I agree a part of it. But let me add something so that you can understand it better. Well, yoga is not only that but also a kind of posture added with some breathing exercise. It connects the body's inner and outer forms. How? It helps to manage the stress and anxiety of our body by bringing the disciplines of mental & physical forms. It has an impact on our diet plan, meditation as well as behaviours. The best part of it, you can use yoga sessions according to your lifestyle and work pressure. Professional yoga trainers will help you on this matter by providing easier yoga plan, then gradually upgrade them to the complex. But relax dear, not everyone need that hard sessions. That's the beauty of yoga.

By practicing different angle of yoga, your body actually moves from one angle to another angle. It helps to flow the blood in a normal and smooth way through your veins. You will enjoy body flexibility, range of motion, better strength and improved balance of your body by interacting new poses and moves. Less injuries increases the hunger of doing more yoga. Your daily activities will suddenly gain some pace as you will enjoy your day. Why? Because your fitness has increased.

  • Over Weight? No Problem

Yummy foods make you lose control and jump on it. I understand. We all love to eat. But over weight brings nightmare in your life. You are tired of it. What to do? Yoga, my dear. But it doesn’t ensure 100% relief. It will control the feelings. Joining gym & lifting heavy dumbbells will not help you to reduce weight if you can't control your eating disorder. Yoga will help you on this point.

  • Improves Chronic Health Conditions

Yoga helps to control your blood pressure. Everyone knows the problem of blood pressure irregular flow. High pressure or low pressure, both are bad for our health. Yoga helps in this situation. You can add some other options too including cancer, insomnia, fatigue, depression & mood swings.

I put this one for last. Nowadays, who don't have this one? Very few will answer in negative. Well, too much work pressure, having better life style, maintaining relationships increase the stress on us. To reduce this we depend on medicine and consult specialist. But yoga can bring a smile on your face. When you do yoga, your mind remain focused on it which leads other tensions away from your mind. Your body & mind feel calm and quite. Yoga needs full concentration as well as total balance which leads you to embrace a cooler and stress free side of you. Best for everyone.

In this world, we are all running after different things. We are having less times for us. To take care of us we need to do more yoga. Because you will have better control over your body hazards. Now, sit down. Take a deep breathe and let's do some yoga. Best wishes for you.

I actually thought that yoga is really boring, I'm more of an explosive type of guy and wanna move around. Let's say my energy is 100% or nothing at all. Same here with me I have a upper back pain but it is because of playing basketball. And I just thought that the only benefit of yoga is stress relieving, lol. I didn't know there's a lot to learn from it
