Hey read cash fam! Thank God it's Friday just thought I will be sleeping without thinking of an alarm that might wake me up makes me smile. Ahhh finally!

It was indeed a tiring week for me and here I am, having a staring contest on my laptop's screen again. I have some topics in my mind but I could not put it into writing.

I was thinking maybe I was really physically tired. I took a walk again from our office going home to our staff house. As I had mentioned in my post at noise it would take 45 minutes to one hour depending on your pace.

All the driver's are busy again! It's fine with me as at least I got some exercise. I think it's the 3rd time I take a walk for this week. At the office I would take the stairs from 11th floor - 14th (our office). During lunch break I took the stairs from the 14th - 18th floor (pantry). I was catching my breath! it was an evident I was indeed lacking of exercise.

Speaking of exercise, I am now serious that I will go back to my old routine. No, let me rephrase, I am now seriously thinking that I wanna lose some weight. Not that I am already obese but near to Large size. Just last week I bought a garterized denim. I was so confident and took the medium size without having a fit. When I arrived at home I was really disappointed as the pants didn't fit. I mean it still but it was so tight on my thigh and legs. The design was supposed to be loose! I even double checked the size , maybe I mistakenly got a small size. Who knows right? But NO, it was so obvious the size was MEDIUM!

Ahh it was so frustrating! I can't even wear my dresses' due to same reason. So I kept on repeating my outfits over and over again. Sad Life!

I even had a conversation with my husband about it and he just told me to buy a new set of clothes. Tssk, he never believed in me when I told him about " diet and exercise". He is such a bully. Who talaga to sa akin kapag pumayat ako!

Aside from being physically tired, this current weather is giving me a headache. Imagine being in a cold room the whole day? Yes, it's too cold that I am wearing a jacket and sometimes my fingers stiffen. Then going home and feeling youre burning as my room feels like an OVEN! It was so hot! I could even not sleep well at night. I was thinking of buying a folding bed and slept here in the living room BUT. There is a big mirror, it occupies a wall. Some say the house we are staying in was formerly used as accommodation for ladies who are applying as entertainers at Japan. That explains the mirror. So what was the connection? Don't they say that those unwanted visitors can be seen in the mirror? I can imagine myself sleeping, suddenly woke up due to some strange feeling and saw something on that big mirror! Just my thoughts.

Oh, it's already 10:24 PM as of this writing I should be sleeping by now. Hope I can have a good sleep as I was indeed lacking with it. Bags under my eyes are getting bigger.

45 minutes? OMG, ang layo hahaha. Pero magandang exercise nga yan kesa mag antay ng sasakyan ng matagal pwd namang mag start na maglakas pauwi diba haha. Anyways tara na mag exercise, papunta na ako sa large ee hahaha.

Ohh, you should prove to your husband that you can reach what you want to you body. Just make a diet and consistently do exercises and eat more veggies and fruits.

With adequate exercise and the proper routine, you should be able to lose a few pounds in a short time. Just remember to eat healthy as well ๐Ÿ˜Š

It's okay, we all gain some weight in cold weather, because we eat more and move less, but with a good balanced diet and exercise, you can lose weight, do not despair, you can do it. It is not difficult.

That's a lot of walk you did but if you keep at it, then surely you will lose weight in no time. It's a challenge indeed because of the heat. Always hydrate yourself though.
