Hello everyone, how are you all today? It has been very cold over here throughout today and that's mostly because the sun has been hiding behind rain clouds and actually it has been that way for over 3 days now, with light rain falling at intervals. I really love it this way, I will always prefer the atmosphere to be cold instead of being hot as it usually is most of the time.
Earlier today I was talking to a friend who got into some trouble and she was saying there's no way out of it but I calmed her down and let her know there's definitely a way out but she's not seeing it yet, and the only way she won't be able to come out of that problem is if she's dead.
After that conversation, I started thinking about the silly mistakes I made in the past and the problems that resulted from them but at the end of the day I was still able to come out of those situations and they are all in the past now. At that point, I was thinking I won't be able to solve those problems but somehow, everything worked out in the end.
Most of the time we fail to see a way out of a problem because our brain is clouded with thoughts of taking the easy road. Sometimes we even know the exact solution to the problem but as humans, we tend to prefer looking for easier options first and if we can't find any, then we make use of the hard solution.
Take for example, I was feeling very demotivated to write an article today even when I have a topic to write on (that happens a lot lately). My brain was just screaming; "come on, you have been writing every day since this month, why not take a break for today?"
Ok let's break it down; I have a problem of not being able to write an article that ultimately involves two solutions: the easy way and the hard way. The hard way is to just fight through the writer's block and write the article I have in mind while the easy way is to just chill out and forget about writing an article for today.
I already knew I will have to write an article despite the writer's block but that didn't stop my brain from coming up with an easier way out which is to just take a break for today and that's how it usually is in most cases. But, is it actually wrong to think of an easier way out? Absolutely not, it's actually better if we do so.
Thinking of an easier way out is usually how we come up with a smart way of dealing with a problem, rather than just following the usual method. That's how most of the inventions we have today came to life, someone wanted an easier way of doing things and they invented something that will help make things easier.
Someone got tired of doing laundry with their hands and looked for easier ways of doing things and now we have the washing machine, the same applied to a lot of other inventions out there. If people didn't think of an easier way out of a problem, we will probably still be stuck in the stone age right now living under rocks π (or maybe even some worse off civilization, barbarians?)
The way out of a problem actually depends on the size of the problem. The bigger the problem, the more difficult it is to get out of. Some problems require extra efforts to be solved, some require time and sacrifices, others might need lots of money, while some others will require a lot of risks as well as luck. But one thing I have discovered is that a lot of problems out there can be solved with money, lots of money.
The reason I mentioned that some problems might need lots of risks and luck to be solved is that I figured someone might be thinking; "what of someone that is in prison, is there a way out?" Sure there is, but it's going to require lots of risk and luck as well. In fact, it's actually going to require everything I mentioned to be able to get out of that situation (extra efforts, time, sacrifices, risks, luck, and most important; money).
Does that mean there's a solution to every problem out there? Of course not, we are still looking for ways to cure a lot of diseases and ailments out there (like cancer). Most of the biological problems we have as humans are yet to be understood, so yeah, not all problems can be solved.
Sometimes the solution to a problem might not present itself at that point but something might just come up one day and everything will suddenly just click into place and you will be able to solve the problem. Just being at the right place and at the right time can be enough to ring up a solution, or even talking to the right people might also help to make things clearer for you.
Conclusion
As I have mentioned earlier, it's not every problem that can be solved but the majority of them can, as long as it isn't health-related and life life-threatening. My main point is that we should always try to look for ways to get out of a bad situation instead of just giving up as soon as the problem arises. Keep fighting and everything will fall into place at the right time
