I am committed now to sleeping early because of health reasons. Three months ago, I almost sleep late every night, and so this caused my period to be delayed for almost a week. It is not common for my period to be delayed that long. So I was so worried that I might have a lingering disease. I suspected that staying up late is the culprit.
What I did is I made the routine to go to bed around 10:30 PM to 11:00 PM. After two months, my normal cycle is back. To answer the question, I sleep around 7-8 hours. I am always up early no matter what time I sleep.
Probably because of my body clock. On the weekends, I got extra one or two hours of sleep. Yes, I think it is enough and I really make sure to make it a habit to have a complete rest.

Yes, I joined a gym before. I always have aches in my body because I sit for long hours. Sketching and working out make my body lose. Also, it is a way for me to release my stress. One hour a day to dedicate to working out is not really hard. You just have to manage your time. And if you really like to be healthy, you will always find a way.
**My goal is not to have that perfect body**. I just to be fit and healthy. I want to live long and strong. I am happy with my body right now. :)

I am more healthy today compared to five years ago. I used to drink soda and chips almost every day. It was so bad because it causes oiliness and acne in my case.
Now, I am more controlled by what I eat. Also, we are not getting any younger, and our metabolism is not like a 16-year-old's. So, a soda once a week is enough for me.
I replaced it with iced tea or water. It is a little sacrifice that will have a big impact on your health. Sugar creates cravings, so lessen them as much as you could.

Like a real one, I think it was years ago. But if we are talking about just going to the health center to have the general check-up, I think when I had my booster shot.
The nurse checked my blood pressure and all. I am happy that it is normal and no complications at all. One reason that I want to stay healthy is that I do not like to stay in the hospital. Just the smell of the hospital makes me think of getting injected, HAHA!

Yes. Like I said, I do not have that fast metabolism like I used to. Our body slows down as we age.
Too much sugar and salt in our bodies are the biggest sabotage to our health. It make not make a quick effect now but it will eventually.
So one sacrifice that I do is I am only allowing myself to drink soda once a week, or if there is an occasion. For salt, I also limit myself from eating junk food. I mostly substitute it with fruits or bread.

Yes, but I care because if I am in my best shape, I am confident. I do not do it for others. Do not mind others what say about your body shape. We do not live to please someone. Always remember that we do things that we like because we like to do them and not to impress others. Life is not meant to be a life pleaser.
By the way, how you guys are holding up your crypto game? As of writing this, Bitcoin cash is around $106~ I am planning to buy more in Binance. Also, my earnings here are stored in my wallet and waiting to pump a little bit before Christmas.

First Time To Try Lemon Dou! | My Review
A few days ago, I check out an alcoholic drink called Lemon Dou. Based on what is on the packaging, this is a Japanese recipe of a lemon alcohol. It has a 9 percent of alcohol content on it. A can is about 330 ml. So, I ordered 5 cans in total. The total bill was just over $5.
My package arrived just in time because it is the weekend. I opened the package with so much bubble wrap. The seller really took care of the package. That is a plus for me! I noticed that I did not buy the variety one. What a bummer! I refrigerated one can for later's consumption.
I was supposed to drink around 8:30 pm, after dinner, but there was a webinar so I pushed a little later. I started drinking around 9:30 pm. I then went downstairs to prep my drinking session.. yipeee~
I really like my alcohol super cold. Who drinks warm beer, though? That will sabotage the whole vibe, right? My side food was potato chips just the plain salty ones and seaweed.
I laid my drink and food on the table while I browse for something to watch. I chose Shark Tank to watch. While the video is playing, I opened the can and poured in a glass of ice. So satisfying to hear the sizzling sound as it touched the ice. The froth in the drink makes it more looking delicious.
I took the first sip, and oooooh~ was blown away by the flavor. It tasted like iced tea to me with a hint of calamansi (lime). The taste is like screaming "zesty, fresh, lemony flavor". As I take a sip, I also munched on some potato chips and seaweed. Surprisingly, they go well together.
I was halfway through my drink and I did not feel anything at all. Ya girl can tolerate this $h1t I guess, haha! By the way, do you watch Shark Tank? My favorite shark is Mark Cuban because he is so down to earth!
So why am I drinking? Because crypto is dumping, huhu! No, kidding. I just really want to know how this alcoholic drink tastes and it was recommended by my good friend /BFF @J.M!
By the way, noise.app is tipping BCH again, Yipee! I got $0.12 the last time I checked my phone as of writing this. Hmm, I do not think that crypto will be totally gone because there are a lot of great projects on the blockchain. Also, many big companies such as Tesla are invested in crypto. So I just HODL for now.
I finished the can in about 30 mins! Yey!
Pros
1 Very refreshing flavor. Love the zesty and citrus taste.
2 The packaging is so cute! Probably can be an aesthetic object if you are snapping some photos for your Instagram feed.
3 Affordable. A can is about PHP 52 pesos, USD 0.87~
Cons
1 I do not feel the kick like I had expected.
2 One can is not enough for me to get tipsy, probably two will do.
3 I need that "alcohol" taste more.

We know that everything can happen overnight. In a snap, crypto can be gone. What will happen if this will come true?
I wrote this blog in connection to what I wrote last time. You can check it here. Since the collapse of FTX, which lead to the brutal bloody market, some people on the internet began chanting "crypto is dead". Some withdrew their money from the exchange platforms because of fear. Well, as a small fry like me, it will not really affect the whole crypto world if I do something about my portfolio.
Personally, I will be sad and devastated. I invested some of my hard-earned money in crypto in the hopes that I will earn some. I do not expect to be a whale. Little drops of earnings are just enough for me. That is how shallow my happiness is. I just do not like my money to go below what I invested.
Also, for me, crypto's transparency and decentralization can combat a lot of corruption and transparency issues.
I truly believe that one day Web3 will dominate the game. Decentralization makes you the true owner of your account. You have the power to decide what to do with your account. Also, it is like a public space. Everyone can see you, everyone has a copy of the data, thus no one can tamper it. Don't you like that?
Doubts crept to me (of course I am a human being too, I got scared) I was contemplating if I am going to withdraw some of my coins. This is the psychological effect of the dump, FUD “**fear, uncertainty and doubt**.”
So, bottom line is, I do not believe that crypto is dead! It is just a hurdle on the way, but will not stop crypto.

What I Understand and Know About Crypto Today
What is happening to the crypto world today? I am not really following what is happening to the market today because of my schedule. I only know snippets from here and there. Most of the news today is not so good, so that reflects the bloody market.
In this blog, I will write about what I know and what I understand from the news, social media platforms, word of mouth, etc. I am not an expert, just a lurker, and reader.

So, FTX is one of the biggest crypto exchanges. Apparently, they are having issues with their liquidity state which will be then bought by Binance but did not further pursue it after a thorough investigation of FTX's internal data and loans.
It all began when there is a report from Coindesk about the balance sheet (that seems fishy) of Alameda. Alameda is part of the FTX company. Alameda is sort of the backup sum of tokens saved up for the future for FTX.
CZ tweeted that all Binance sold off all its FTT. The total is over $500 million US dollars. This then leads to a big drop in liquidity because of the withdrawal, making FTX collapse.
CZ offered to buy out FTX but then it later on back out.
What do I think as an investor?
I knew of crypto way before I invested in any coin. The first coin that I knew of is Bitcoin. As an ignorant, I easily can say that it was bait on the internet. I do not have a deep understanding and learning before, so it is easy to say it is a scam.
I started two and a half years ago. I can say that crypto has a lot of potential especially in being transparent and decentralized.
I am not a big investor in the crypto market, but of course, I hold a couple of coins. I cannot imagine that crypto will be totally erased. That is why I do not put all my money on crypto because for me it is some sort of a gamble.
For now, I will just hold my coins. I will take this blood market as an opportunity to grind more.
I cannot do anything but wait patiently until the market is booming again.

Last time in the Discord server, we were talking about astrology, mainly zodiac signs. I do not really depend on my day or luck on the zodiac because first, I believe in working smart and working hard have an outcome, second, I am a very logical person. I do not believe in "luck". But you know, there is no harm in believing in zodiac signs or reading. As long as you are not stepping down someone or doing weird stuff, you are perfectly fine.

My zodiac sign is Leo. For Leo peeps, we are under the fire element. It says that people with Leo signs are brave, artistic, confident, passionate, and independent.
Brave- Hmmm, I think I am the opposite, haha! I am a scaredy cat which is why Halloween is my least favorite season. I am not fond of watching horror movies or listening to scary stories when I am alone. So, I can say that this is not accurate, lol.

Confident- I am confident when I am speaking my mind to others, well in a professional setting because I have to, not want to. I do not have a choice but to be confident or to stand up to what I want to say because it is the company/people who are at stake. But when I am just being casual, I am really shy, haha! I am socially awkward, especially with people with that I do not get to interact with usually.
Passionate- Yes. If I really want something, I put my heart 100 percent. If I am passionate, I get competitive. Being passionate is the drive to make things happen. For example, I am passionate about making chibis in my new collection. I do not feel forced to do it, in fact, it makes me happy!
Independent- I can say that I do not follow the crowd. Like I said earlier, I speak my mind. There is always inside of me to tell what I like because at the end of the day ikaw rin mahihirapan if you do not say what you like and do not like. It is also best to compromise on things, and that is totally okay. We should exchange our thoughts in an amicable and not offensive way.
Conclusion
Bottom line is, we have different views on zodiac signs. Some people really base their life, career, love life, etc. on these signs. Some people just see it as something made-of. We cannot force everyone to believe or not believe. At the end of the day, it is we who will be the judge of that. As long as we get along and are kind, there is nothing to believe in zodiac signs.

Reading about crypto news
There will always be a roller coaster ride in the crypto world. It will not always be green days thus not already RED days. There are many factors affecting the bloody market now. I am not really tracking what is happening now, but I do hope that people will not be discouraged to invest in crypto. I just hope that it will recover a little bit before Christmas.
Cooking time! Kimchi Fried Rice for Breakfast
Sunday for me is my free day to do anything I want. Also, it is to sharpen my cooking skill! Yeah, I do not have those magic hands. My cooking skills are only limited to boiling and frying. At least I can make food out of it, right? I am afraid to touch complicated ingredients because I might mess up the cooking and the food will just go to waste. For now, I will stick first to perfecting simple dishes.
This morning, I am in the mood to make kimchi fried rice. Perfect to pair with spam and sunny side-up egg. These are the ingredients: kimchi (forgot to take a picture of the jar), onion, garlic, crab stick (imitation), cheese, salt, and pepper. Put oil on the pan until it is hot. Put first the onion, garlic, and kimchi. Let them cook first until the garlic is a little bit brown. Put the rice and cheese. If the cheese is already melted, it is ready to serve.

I have a new anime about to finish. I already made a blog about this anime two days ago. I was really hooked on the plot and the characters. It is not a love story this time, like romantically. I am happy that I watched this anime. I still have 4 episodes left. Probably will finish it tonight (post-anime depression incoming~ lol).

I made a drawing for the Splinterlanns contest
Every week, Splinterlands has an art contest. My goal is to have an entry every week if my time permits. I already finished it so I can post it on Monday. Of course, I have to think and blog about the process of making it. I will not drop the drawing here kasi baka ma spoil, hih.
Fixing our Christmas lights!
We just put up our Christmas lights tonight. We bought solar-powered lights this time. It only costs PHP 300 pesos/ 5.24 USD online. I think this is a nice deal already because some lights cost around 500 pesos tapos hindi pa solar. The lights are pretty long. I think it is 10 meters. Though the quality is not good, it already suffices us. We do not really need fabulous ones. Also, it will just add to your electricity bill.
Conclusion:
That is what roughly my Sunday is all about. I just stayed home the whole day. We went hiking yesterday and my legs are like jelly ace whahaha! I might also blog about our hiking/sightseeing soon!

Ohayo! Good morning! 🌞 Happy Sunday y'all. Woke up early (as usual) to cook kimchi fried rice. It is our last kimchi in the fridge and I want to make the most of what was left. I made a kimchi friend rice, suny side up egg, and spam. 😊
Very easy to make just put everything on the pan, haha! 😅🍳

Today is a lot. I woke up at 6am thought we will be off at 8am, but my companions were so slow. HAHA! We went sightseeing, just a fresh air in our lungs. 😊
What I enjoyed the most was the mushroom burger. So good! I actually want this version of burger. It taste like sweet onion. Also, a healthier version one too! 🍔

Watching the First Episode of Barakamon
I always make time and way to at least have an anime in my list to watch. I always feel this "anime depression" whenever I finished an anime. It is a feeling of being sad when you finally finished an anime. So to fill that void, I watch another anime, and the cycle goes on and on, haha!

The last anime that I watched was Toradora. It is rom-com anime about students having circling feelings for each other. What I really like about the movie is the story of Kitamura. He cannot express his feelings to his crush who is on the student council. He did not like for her to be away to pursue her studies abroad. On the other hand, the student council do not like to confess any feeling to him because he will do anything for love, in a heartbeat, he will do it. That is why the student council just wants to keep her feelings to herself.
Another character story that I liked was Ryuuji's mom. I see another dimension of the story besides the younger generation in the anime. It is more on the side of being a mom, her sacrifices, her hopes for her child, and her being a mom.
These were the reasons why I love anime. They are not just for kids (which most people, especially boomers, view it). There is more to anime.
Back to the topic, I just watched the first episode of Barakamon. The first scene is when the main character is slashing out his calligraphy brush on a large canvas. He just swayed aggressively the brush, and the ink splattered to the walls and ceiling. He laughed as if he is going crazy. He fell on the floor reminiscing what happened in the passed. The scene was taken back to when he was in a calligraphy exhibition. A senior was looking at his art and was disappointed with his work saying it was too mechanical and fixed. Out of anger, Seishu punched the senior. This made a scene in the room.

The first episode made me want to watch more. I did not expect this anime to keep me going, because I thought it would be boring (Well, for now) because it talks about calligraphy which I thought has a small room to make the anime a good plot. As for now, I am enjoying it, especially the animation.
Also, the OSTs are catchy!
I would recommend this anime to those who love art, especially calligraphy.
Hmmm, now I am thinking of practicing my calligraphy, hehe!
