Wishing My Country Has
Now that the election is over and a sure leader will be replacing the Duterte Administration in a minute, I cannot help but think of the things that the incoming administration will be doing to improve the country.
Many are disappointed and many are not about the result but bottom line is, that whoever will seat should serve the country and the people wholeheartedly. It is hard but we have to accept what the majority voted.
Thank you, sponsors!
In this article, I will be listing some of the infrastructures or investment that I want to be included in the plan of the Marcos Administration. Yes, it is just 6 years and that is not enough to make a massive, functioning infrastructure. But this is what I like my country to have.
So let us start!
1) Bullet train

Because The Philippines has many beautiful provinces, I want to visit them one by one. It would be easier if we have a very fast train. I can reach these provinces in a lesser time. But that is not the only reason why I like a bullet train. Aside from cutting a long time of travel, it might be a solution to the traffic. I know the feeling of just sitting in traffic. In fact, there are lots of money wasted because of it.
2) Nuclear Power Plant

The electricity charge here in The Philippines is so high. One of the reasons is that it is not owned by the government. It is owned by a private company. It would be lower if the government can subsidize the charge. I know some people will not be liking this idea because of the effect of the nuclear power plant. For me, everything we do, there is a consequence. What we can do is mitigate the effects. But we are a third-world country? There is nothing wrong with trying. You will never know if you will never try. Nuclear power plants would magnet for big manufacturing industries and will make more jobs. Instead of people going abroad to earn, they can just stay here with their family.
3) Submarine

Submarines are used by militaries to protect the water territories. Right now, the dispute between the Philippines and China is still going. We do not have a solid verdict on it. But it is obvious that it is under the territory of the Philippines. It is also a boost to the morale of our beloved military. They are our protector so by just showing them that the government care by investing in high-powered is a very good gesture. Also, submarines may also be used by our scientists in looking for deep-ocean creatures and whatever is in there.
Final Thoughts
Now that the Duterte Administration is exiting, I cannot help but miss them as early as now. I am not pro-Duterte to be honest. I do not like the way he talks like cursing on television, etc. because kids are watching. Also, he still opened the airport while covid is in its early stage.
But I have to admit that with this administration, I felt that there have been many improvements. Yes, it is not perfect and I am also mentioning here the war of drrgs. There are many holes, but I feel much safer walking in the neighborhood alone in the middle of the night.
I do hope that the next admin will continue the good projects. I hope for the betterment of my country, The Philippines.
That is it for today. Thank you for reading. I will see you at the next one.

When the leader has a great love for the country and his countrymen, you'll surely miss him when he's done with his term.
