If you need a positive change, you need to change your mindset first

Looking at the past can make you feel insecure and afraid to move forward. There are so many people stuck to their past, they are stuck because they find it difficult to forget the past or maybe forgive themselves or someone else for whatever had happened before.
A prequisite to moving ahead in life is for you to look forward. Looking back is easy because you'll always have things to seepp and remember, but you must look forward. Therefore, a step to take in order to move on from your past, is for you to change your focus.
Focus on the future but do not worry about your future.
It remains essential for you to focus on your future in order to succeed and progress.
One thing to do to move ahead in life is for you to be able to think ahead. There are lots of great opportunities ahead of you, but if you continue to think on the past, you will definitely miss the opportunities. Dwelling on the past makes you lose sight of the future. This can make you loose out on opportunities in life without even enjoying the present.
Looking back will always slow you down and make it hard for you to move forward and do great things. We must have the courage to forget the past and focus completely on life ahead.
The best thing you can do for yourself is to focus on what is ahead instead of what is behind. Also, you must be sure that you are thinking about the future in an effective way.
If you think about your future in a general sense, it will not help you at all when the time for action comes.

When you live with an unsolved problem for a long time, you start thinking, this will never change. So, your circumstances change, you'll need to change your mind to see new possibilities. These are some kind of thoughts that kind of mindset has;
-You're stuck in a situation that has become unbearable, and you keep thinking the situation will remain the same.
-You refuse to acknowledge that the things that have happened to you have made you stronger, wiser and more determined.
-You become so caught up in feeling sorry for yourself and worried about other people's opinions, you lose perspective on how to turn things around.
-You believe change is impossible. The unknown or unfamiliar is scary and seems risky, so staying put is easier than trying something new.
If you need a positive change, you need to change your mindset first. I know that sounds like a cliché, but it's true.
I'm not talking about positive thinking, I'm talking about changing your mind.
Let's say you've been thinking in the same way for a long time. Now, you find yourself in a difficult situation. You're not doing well in your career or maybe you got into debt. Whatever it is, your situation doesn't look good and it seems like there's nothing you can do about it.
As determined as you are, inside you feel paralyzed by fear and frustration because you know that no matter how much you try, you'll never change things because your perspective is stuck.
Change is hard and sometimes our circumstances are beyond our control. The way I see it, change is inevitable. When you have a problem, your current situation is already a change. Change isn't just about improving yourself. It's about changing the way you view life. That's why I always say, if you want to make a big change in your life, you need to change your mindset first.
You can't solve problems using the same mindset that created them in the first place.
Change is hard, but it's not impossible.
Every day we have to solve new problems. If you have an unsolved problem in your life right now, you shouldn't be depressed. Instead, you should be strong enough to change your mindset to find the solutions that will help you solve this problem.
