Importance of impacting discipline To start with, what is DISCIPLINE? Discipline is a practice of training people to obey rules or codes of conduct using punishment to correct disobedience. There are some types of discipline namely: School discipline Self-discipline Home discipline and Church discipline **School discipline** is the action taken by teachers or school organizations towards students when their behaviors destruct the ongoing education activities or breaks the rules created by the school. There was a class in a particular school that half of the students tinted their hairs brown and the other half tinted theirs blue The teacher entered the class and decided to beat all of them. She started to beat them but when it got to the turn of one boy, he rebuffed. He collected the cane from the teacher and cut it into pieces. Other students in the class were surprised. The teacher took that student to the school disciplinary committee. Meanwhile, one of the daughters of the owner of the school was part of those who tinted their hairs. This resulted into the lay off of one of those who said the students should be punished. ***Don't hesitate to discipline children. A good spanking won't kill them. As a matter of fact, it may save their lives.*** **Home discipline** on the other hand is the action taken by parents or guidians towards children when their behavior is against the behavior to be proud of. Home training takes place here. Wee have the training on house chores, dressing, morals and etiquettes. ***Children just naturally do silly, careless things but a good spanking with each them how to behave.*** Parents have a lot to do on their children. Charity, they say,begins at home. Whatever behaviors a child exhibits outside the home, it began from the home. Parents have to inculcate good morals in their children so that they can have peace at the end of their lives because, it is written, train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old , he will not depart from it. If you have not read the first part, kindly check my profile and you will find it there. Once leprosy is confirmed, the leper would tear his clothes, shave and put on a covering up on his upper lip. He would live in company of other lepers in the outskirts of the town and not amongst healthy people in the town/ city. Anytime he/she enters the city, he would shout "unclean unclean" so people would avoid him/her. It was a shame. He would suffer separation from others, from family and from friends. And just like I said the other time in my last article that this leprosy is just like sin. Leprosy starts with a little spot and spreads. Just a little something; lying, stealing, unforgivingness will destroy the whole soul. It's just like mosquito. When you see the record of those that have been killed by mosquitoes this year you'd be surprised but I don't think you have ever heard this year how many people have been killed by Lions, by giraffe it is very uncommon. It is little things that kill and sin separates man from God now in this world and also in eternity. God made provision for our cure and that is confession and believing in the sacrifice of Jesus Christ on the cross. Only then can we be saved. *Thanks for your time.*

Lessons from leprosy Hi dear🙋. How are you doing? I believe you're great. This article is about the identification of leprosy which in medical terms is called diagnosis. Leprosy is a communicable disease that causes painful white areas on the skin and can destroy the nerves and flesh. It makes the flesh to be insensitive to any kind of feeling. No matter what you do to the part of the body that is affected by leprosy, the owner of the body will never feel anything. God cares about us and He commanded that a leper should be kept away from others to prevent spreading. This leprosy symbolises sin and its work in man. Leprosy can be seen physically but the power resides deeply in the body. Sin also resides within the soul of a man. It causes unwholesome change in character and behaviour. Just like leprosy, sin separates man from God and has no remedy. It must be cured and cleansed by the blood of the lamb for restoration and renewal of relationship. The priest in the old testament were given details to ensure accurate diagnosis in order to prevent error in judgement. Christian leaders today have great responsibility to keep the congregation pure and preserved from any pollution of sin. There should be no impartiality, judgement must be fair. All believers are priests. The symptoms of leprosy are: bright spots on the skin boils burns beard hair falling Plagues in garments and houses Israelites had dark hair. So, the whitish change was an evidence of leprosy. In case of doubt, isolation for 7 days for re-examination. We experienced this just like the time of covid-19 where a person who is suspected to have covid-19 will be quarantined and actually isolated for a period of 14 days to be sure if a person is infected or not. So just like this, in the case of leprosy as well, if the person is confirmed clean after 7 days, he will have to wash himself and return to the congregation. You should watch,lest sin arise in your heart. Leprosy can appear where in boil has healed. You should be careful to avoid danger of nursing past offences or misunderstanding. You must forgive and forget. Sins that are confessed, repented and forgiven pose no danger to the church and we should not instantly impose sanction without thorough investigation.

My Bitcoin increase Good morning lovely ladies and gentlemen in the house this beautiful day. How are you doing? It has been a long while that I related well with everyone here as in asking after the welfare of you all. I'm happy to write today. We all have been facing various challenges lately. The market was very favorable to those of us who had an amount of Bitcoin in our wallets. Before Bitcoin went down many months ago, I had $45 as savings in my wallet. A day came and I decided to check my wallet. I was surprised as $45 reduced to $24. I was shocked. I decided not to withdraw it but hope that it will increase someday. I once mentioned it in one of my articles here and @FashTioluwa@FashTioluwa commended my effort of patience. Anytime I needed money urgently, I would withdraw a little. I withdrew until it remained $10. Just last month, June, I was surprised again. Bitcoin increased till my savings increased to $32. I was very happy. I see it as the reward of my patience. I appreciate God for that. I also want to appreciate @TheRandomRewarder@TheRandomRewarder who was once the biggest tipper. I live a fake life My father had a maid when I was young. She was very hard-working and respectful. She was loved by everyone. I became jealous as no one paid attention to me: the only son of my parents. She was 19 years while I was 20. We never attended school although, I wasn't interested in cracking my brain to read in any school. I had decided to stay at home to play and hang out with my friends. The maid suddenly grew interest in going to school after seeing one of our mates that graduated with good grades. She informed my dad and he said there was no problem. He said that he would try by all means to get her educated. She was very happy. My dad traveled with his business partner and by the time he returned, he handed over a huge amount of money to the maid for her school fees. I was very furious. My dad noticed this and asked what the problem was but I told him there was nothing wrong. I planned on what to do to her and one day while all my mum and dad were not at home, I saw her preparing herself for school. She had already bought a school bag, two pairs of socks and a pair of sandals. She was still talking alone and praising herself when I saw her practicing the way she would walk whenever she got to school. I could no longer bear it. I went in, locked the door, grab her two hands and dragged her to the bed. She struggled but I ended up defiling her. I rose up after being satisfied and warned her never to inform anybody about what had happened. she took the bed with years and she didn't rise up to the following day. When my parents returned, I greeted them and they asked after the maid. I told them she was still in her room they asked whether she had cooked but I said no. They were surprised she didn't come out to greet them as a usual practice. When my mum got her room, she was dead; blood stains were found on the bed sheet as well... to be continued.

I am ready to die There is this set of students that whenever I want to punish or beat them for any offence that they have committed, they will begin to beg and say a particular kind of prayer that will make you weak to flog them. Prayers like 'you will not die', 'you will not die young ', 'your mummy will not die', 'you will have money', 'God will bless you' and so on. My response to them has always been that if God says it is time, no prayer can prevent my death. What is death? Death means different things to different people. For a person who obeys the word of God in totality, death is just a changing room where the soul robes itself in immortality. It is a transition from this evil and corrupt world to an eternity with God in heaven where there is neither pain nor suffering. But for an individual who is an enemy of God, death is just a transition from this world to an eternity with Satan in hell fire where the fire is never quenched and the worms never die. The believer is never scared of death. In fact, he or she will be happy to leave this world of suffering to be with God; only that we cannot commit suicide because if we do, we cannot see God. Are you scared of death? There is a solution to that fear. All you need to do is to confess your sins to God and promise not to go back to them anymore. Then, you will have a clean record before God because He will use the blood of Christ to wash all your sins away. You will not be afraid to see God anytime any day.

Frame of mind While discussing with a group of students five days ago, we talked about the frame of mind of students while reading; especially in English language. It is said that when there is distractions around, reading comprehensively cannot be achieved. That is why it is convenient and easier to read and assimilate in a quiet place void of distraction. If a student is too excited, one's mind will not be in what one is reading. Imagine someone gives you a huge amount of money, and you have to read. It could lead to reading a page of book several times and yet, one will not be able to explain what has been read. If a person is also sad, comprehensive reading will be difficult and the last thing we talked about is that the physical state or the position of the body can also hinder effective reading. The best thing to do is to read when the body is fresh and the mind is also fresh. This reminds me of the experience I had when I wrote an English examination many years ago. I read perfectly well and I was adequately prepared for the exam. But when I was given the question paper everything suddenly went blank. I could not read to understand the passage despite my preparations. This was due to the noise coming from my mates coupled with the fact that my principal was also in the exam all. I guess it was fear that made this happen. I cried in the hall that day. So, it is important that a person be in a good frame of mind and body for good success. Eat and sleep well.

Burial tradition After the burial, a family meeting was scheduled for the following morning, Monday. We could not cook that night but one of our relatives brought food for us to eat. We ate and slept but my aunt could not sleep well because of Grandpa's passing away. She only ate bread that night too. The following morning, which was democracy day in our country here, the scheduled meeting held and we were told that the father and cathecist of the church would collect some amount of money for the service they rendered [preaching] during the burial. I was surprised. How would a person collect money for what God has called him to do? He was paid and we were also told that we would cook for all the neighbours, choir, men of the house, wives of the house and some on. This was to cost not less than an estimate of $200. They said it is the tradition in our hometown whenever a very old person dies. This tradition is very very irritating to me. How would a group of people expect me to cook for them when I just lost my beloved one. They gave us the estimate of 200 people to feed. Can you imagine that? If my loved one had not died, won't they eat in their various homes? This is barbaric. Is this the tradition in your hometown too? The family later agreed to postpone the cooking to a more convenient time, never to have time again.

Grandfather is gone It is barely three weeks ago. My grandfather was admitted in a church hospital. He was there for two days. He was placed on series of treatments but he responded to none of the treatments. The doctor ran some tests on him too but the results would take two or three days. My grandmother and Aunt stayed with him in the hospital. My dad was informed and he decided to travel home early on Sunday morning to check up on him. On Sunday morning, as my dad was dressing up for the trip, my aunt called to inform us that granddad has passed on to glory around 1a.m. The news shook my dad. He came to inform me too and I could see he was about crying. I had to encourage him that all is well. He could no longer go home alone, we all had to follow him. We stopped by one of his siblings' house to pick her up as well. The journey was a very silent one. We got home safely and my sister and I went to our room straight. My dad and his sister went to see the corpse of their father. They both shed tears. It was later that my aunt came in and told us to come and see the body of grandpa. Tears formed in my eyes as I looked at him. His face looked like a person sleeping peacefully. It was decided that the burial would take place in the evening of that day. Some boys were called to dig a portion of land for the burial. Other rites like bathing were done to honor the dead before the burial. The coffin was bought and Grandpa was placed in it, never to be seen again. Service was observed in church before we proceeded to the burial ground. I shed tears as my grandfather, who usually called me a very special name, was lowered into the grave. After that, the children and grandchildren were called to pour sand into the grave. We did that and the grave was totally covered by the boys who dug it. The boys were given snacks for their work. This happened on 28th May,2023.

Bitcoin wallet Good morning beautiful house. Long live read.cash. When I saw some Posts here this morning that some writers didn't see their money again, I was scared. You know what I did? I quickly unfreezed my Bitcoin wallet and checked the balance. I that it reflected and I was relieved. My saving grace was that I linked my Bitcoin wallet with read.cash account. I tried to withdraw my money from here directly to Luno wallet as my usual method of converting to my nation's currency but I couldn't see my money to transfer it. I have not opened my Bitcoin wallet this year due to the red market. I feared that it might reduce totally. Last year, I had about $50 in my Bitcoin wallet but one day that I opened it, it reduced to $24. I was very sad. Since then, I will make sure I check how the market is in my Luno wallet before opening my Bitcoin wallet. I think that the inability to see our money here is due to the evident changes on this platform. Readcash is still under upgrade so we need to be patient. Some writers here said that @TheRandomRewarder er upvoted their posts with $0.00 as seen in the notification. I saw it too but when I checked my Bitcoin wallet, the correct amount was shown there instead of $0.00. Those who wear good cloths can be abnormal Good day family. How is work today? I believe some of us should be back home by now. May God crown all our efforts with good success. Today's article is from a personal experience. Come along with me as I take you through this journey to understanding that those who wear good and exotic clothes may be abnormal. It is not everyone who wears good clothes that is normal. The first thing you will notice in order to know an abnormal person is his hair. It will be rough and unkept. The next place you will look at is his legs. His legs will be dirty including his clothes. The final thing you will note in an abnormal person is his speech. His or her speech will not be coordinated. He or she will speak words that are not understandable. But what can you say of a person whose clothes are gorgeous and smart, the hair is well-kept but the problem is with the speech. I know a woman from personal experience that got married many years ago but all of a sudden she began to act as the husband in the home. She would spend her salary without the husband's consent and they were operating a joint account. They had loans to settle yet, the wife would collect her salary and travel without informing the husband. There was an exact incident I remembered. This woman took over all the properties they jointly owned and then one day this woman went on her knees and began to Beg her husband that she was sorry for all she had done and handed over some documents to her husband. Her husband forgave her but after sometimes she began to say she didn't offend anyone. She will plead with you today and tomorrow she will say she did not offend anybody. Sometimes, when her husband talks to her to change their ways she would be saying things that are not related to the issue on ground. I once advised her husband to take her for a medical check-up [mental check-up] but he is scared because if she gets to know the husband's intention, she will call the whole world to inform them that her husband says she's mad. The husband has explained to a medical doctor and the doctor confirmed that it is possible that she is not mentally okay. How then do we take her to the hospital? Please I need your suggestions. Learn to say NO Hello friends in the house. How are you today? I say happy new year to some of us because we have not interacted this year. I pray that by God's Grace, we shall also see the end of this year in health and wealth if Christ tarries in Jesus name Happy New Year once again.💝 Someone was sharing something important with me yesterday about 'saying No'. He told me the story of a lady who got admission into campus undefiled but by the time she would get to final year, she was defiled. When her friends and fellowship members got to know, they asked for what the man used to entice her. She said the man did not use money, he didn't use phone neither did he use clothing. He merely used proposal. People were amazed that she lost her dignity just because she could not say no to a proposal coming from a man who was still feeding under his own parents. It was obvious that the man wasn't ready for marriage but just because she couldn't say no, she lost a precious thing. I pray that will not be your portion🙏. She later explained that she was spiritually sick at that time and that was the reason why she lost the strength and grace to say ' no'. I pray God will give you the Grace to say ' NO ' to sinful pleasures and desires. Learn to say no to sin. Learn to say no when your friends entice you to do evil. Learn to say no to alcoholism. Learn to say no to that cigarette. Learn to say no to the flesh who wants you to sleep instead of praying. Learn to say no when the flesh wants you to play instead of reading. Learn to say no when you are about to be lured into prostitution. Learn to say no when you are being deceived that theft is a good means of survival. Learn to say no when someone is pushing you to commit an abortion. Learn to say no when to that wrong proposal. Learn to say no to take over a position that is not entitled to you. Learn to say no to defraud your boss and customers. Learn to say no to being lured into lack of contentment. Learn to say no when you are tempted to commit fornication or adultery. One of my favourite songs says thus *God help you to follow his banner and serve him wherever you go and when you are tempted to my brother, my sister God give you the Grace to say NO.* Thanks for reading💖

Lost a close friend Good day friends. Who is a friend to you? To me, a friend means a lot. A friend is a person who I can trust and trusts me too. A friend is someone who can correct me when I go wrong and I can correct too. A friend is someone who helps in times of need. A friend is someone that I can keep my secrets confidential with. A friend is someone that we can pray together, share the word of God together. Do you have a best friend? I do have a best friend. Because I don't want to trust people too much again I've been through a lot of emotional trauma due to friendship. I once had a friend named Tolu, of blessed memory. She was a very close friend who later betrayed . I have another friend lately and although we are still friends but not too close again. She didn't betray me actually but she did something I didn't like so she has been avoiding . JESUS CHRIST is my best friend. Do you think having many similarities is necessary to become friends? Having similarities is necessary for friendship because I believe birds of the same feather flock together. Even if you don't have any similarity I don't think there's any point in making a friend. Have you ended a friendship with someone? I have ended the friendship with someone before because the person betrayed my trust so I had to withdraw a little and cut the friendship although we live far away from each other. But we speak on phone often before that time. Have you lost a best friend? Like I said earlier, the best friend I have cannot die but a close friend died two years ago. She was very close to me but she died due to having sickle cell. She was a sickle cell patient so she died the first month she got admission into the university. Do women or men make better friends? Women make friends and I believe each of them make good friends. Men can be good friends. Women can also be good friends. I pray that God will lead us to the right friend. Do you believe in soul-mate friends? I believe in soul-mates friends because there are some friends who abound in death and in life. Don't take the lead 27TH MARCH, 2023. Hello 🙋 writers. Happy Sunday to you all from the bottom of my heart. Yesterday was very hectic for me that I could not write an article here. I woke up around 4a.m. yesterday and had my quiet time. I started preparing breakfast till ten. After that I did the laundry till 1;30pm. Then I started to prepare the Sunday School lesson because I would be teaching the congregation today which I have done already. As I was on it, I was doing other things too and so by the time I finished it, I was fagged out. I didn't even know the time I slept. Even as I write now, I feel sleepy. Permit me to share some lessons from our Sunday school class. Our study today is from the book of exodus chapter 25 to 27 and at the beginning of chapter 25, God command Moses to speak to the Israelites that they bring an offering and the offerings should be brought with a willing heart because God loves a cheerful giver. As Christians, we should give our best and our all to God because he gave us his only begotten son as a sacrifice for the redemption of the whole world. One of our song says 'our talent may be few, it may be small but all we need to do is give our best, our all freely and regularly'. The Tabernacle that God instructed Moses to build was for his dwelling place. Today, it means that our body is the Temple of God as seen in 1st Corinthians 6:19 to 20 Here we see that emphasis is placed on our body is a temple of God and wherever God will dwell must be holy because God hates uncleanliness and unrighteousness. Even though we God dwells in our body, we should also build physical house for him, a place of worship where it will be convenient. It is necessary because God is not pleased with us when we do not care to make the house of God conducive for worship. I really learnt some other things like making the house of God conducive which means I have to always go early to church to clean the house of God. Another thing I learnt is that as the children of Israel moved from the land of Egypt to canaan, they spent 40 years on the journey due to their disobedience and stubbornness to God but throughout all those years, they did not buy a single clothing and they did not buy a single footwear. This means that God provided for all their needs. This is a consolation to me today that whatever I am passing through, even though in my country here things are very difficult I believe God is my provider, I believe God is my sufficiency and he's always helping me. God also instructed Moses on how to pattern the Tabernacle and today as we work for God as Christians, we need to follow the pattern of God in whatever we are doing. Even in evangelism, we should not use our own wisdom but we should ask for wisdom from God. It is not our work that we are doing, we are doing the work of God therefore we should follow the manual's instructions. The last lesson I will share with us is that God instructed Moses to keep the fire burning on the altar. This signifies that are spiritual life must keep burning for God in holy living, in evangelism and prayer. We should beware of false doctrines. No matter where we find ourselves. we need to keep the fire burning. Keep on the firing line. Thank you all for the advice you gave as comments and replies in my previous article. She steals. How can I help? 24TH MARCH, 2023. FRIDAY Hello 🙋 writers. How are you doing? Last year, at the end of the second semester of my semi-final year in higher institution, I was appointed as the assistant general coordinator of my school Christian fellowship. The finance record of the fellowship was handed over to me. I would record the amount of offering collected on each fellowship days. I kept the cash too. Last month, we were given a month break from school due to the presidential and governorship elections. I changed all the old naira notes in my possession to smaller denominations due to the naira redesign policy. On the 26th of last month, February, I calculated the amount we have gotten and counted the cash too. I wrote the total in a sheet of paper and kept it separately and kept the cash in the notebook. Just two days ago, as I was about to sleep, I wasn't feeling sleepy so I just thought of doing something. Then my eyes went to where I kept the finance record bo. As I took the book, I noticed that the cash that had become smaller in size. When I opened and counted the money, I realised that more than half of the total amount was missing. I began to think about whether I took money out of it or not because I don't like accusing others of what I'm not sure of but I suspected someone who usually come to my room. I thought and thought and discovered I didn't take out of the money. I decided to watch and see if the money will get missing again. The following morning, as I was preparing for school, I took my bath. As I was taking my bath, I noticed a friend of mine entered my room and closed the door. Previously, whenever she enters my room, she would open the door and not close it. I will be the one to tell her to close it due to mosquito but this time around, I did notice that she did not leave the door open. So, immediately I finished taking my bath, I checked the money and discovered that a little part was missing again that was when I discovered it was this my friend who took the money. Immediately, I confronted her and she couldn't even deny it because I caught her red-handed. That was how I collected my money from her and I told her that she would pay for the rest that was missing. She must pay for it. I don't know how to help her because she hasn't been like this before. She really broke my heart because I was surprised. I was flabbergasted. I never thought she could do this. Not at all. So that's just it. I just want your advice on how to help her. On my knees Once I traveled alone in darkness of night Once I traveled along far from God and right oh I knew I was lost and in my despair I fell upon my knees in prayer. Way down on my knees way down on my knees Praying to my God everyday; Praying to my lord Jesus Help me please take all my burdens away. Oh Satan tried to say the Bible was a lie that Jesus did not love me and I am going to die; But way down on my knees way down on my knees He took my burdens away. This is the song that played in my heart this morning. I sang the song together with my choir members in church some years ago. It has been a long time but it just dropped on my heart and I picked up my pen to write because it would make a good and interesting artic. Thinking about the first stanza of this song, it talks about a man born into this world. He had too many troubles despite knowing God. He traveled far away from God and the things he new that was right. He did all manner of wrong things as he drew far away from God. At a point, he realized his wrongdoings and discovered that he was also lost. He was far from reach of all the children of God. That was when he fell on his knees and prayed sincerely to God. He went down on his knees praying to his God everyday. He prayed and asked for help. He requested that all his burdens be taken away. He said Satan deceived him to believing that the Bible was a lie, that Jesus did not love him and he was going to die and spend eternity in hell. But he refused to listen to the lies and deceit of Satan. He continued to pray and pray on his knees and surely God delivered him. I know that God will surely deliver answer his prayer because the word of God says whoever will call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. He will not be cast out. He will receive the mercy of God and forgiveness too. If this song applies to you, my reader, do not hesitate to turn back to God. He will receive you back not as a servant but as an heir. Remember the prodigal son. When he sincerely returned back to his father, he was received and celebrated as a son. Isaiah 1:18 says ' come now and let us reason together says the Lord. Change is constant Good day friends. How are you doing today? How is work/school. I believe you are taking good care of yourself and your family. I pray that God will continue to take care of us all. I woke up this morning not feeling too well. Some parts of my body swelled up yesterday night till this morning. I didn't know I would be able to go to work. I planned to inform my colleague through a phone call but I later changed my mind. I decided to go. I've been at work since morning till around 2p.m. I was the only one in my office because my colleague, who I planned to call was absent. I wanted to call him but my phone battery was flat and there was no power supply. The Power Holding Company restored power at 11am and I was able to charge my phone. It was later today that my colleague called to inform me that he went on an assignment and would soon be around. He arrived later. We began to print some documents for use ahead of tommorow and Friday in case there would not be power supply. The wife of my boss gave us a bag of rice to share among ourselves. I left after collecting mine. I kept others in a safe place because other colleagues had left. Only three of us were around. Immediately I left my place of work, I went to a pharmacist's shop to complain about my health. I got there and luckily, there were not many customers. I lodged my complaint to the pharmacist and he prescribed some drugs that were quite expensive. I had no choice but to purchase the drugs. I logged in here when I got home and discovered some changes here. The first thing I noticed was that the comments I wrote were not sending. I thought it was my phone that was malfunctioning until I saw a complaint article here. The second thing I discovered is that the notification bell had changed. It was now more beautiful. Another thing I also discovered is that the name readcash is now read#. I also noticed that I could not add images to my articles. Don't bite the hand that feeds you 21ST MARCH, 2023. TUESDAY Hello 🙋 writers. Hello family. How are you doing today? I believe God is taking care of you. Today, I will be writing about an incident that happened in my place of work. I got to work at 6:49 a.m. today as usual. I got to my office and eat my breakfast after which I read some important books, awaiting the arrival of my colleagues. Work began at 8 a.m. and I was halfway into my duty when I suddenly heard a loud noise outside. I peeped through the window and saw a female colleague very angry. Permit me to call her Mrs Marcia. I wondered why that action so early in the morning. She was taken to a corner away from with the piercing eyes of other colleagues for her to come down. I looked towards the gate and I saw the wife of my boss also. I saw a senior colleague trying to calm her [my boss' wife] down. I couldn't get the exact reason for the chaos and I didn't want to leave my work. So, I minded my business. As I finished my duty, I went back to my office together with another colleague and asked him what the problem was. He explained that Mrs Marciagot to work this morning along with her children. When my boss' wife was passing by, she saw the way Mrs Marcia and her children were dressed and she was not pleased with it. She therefore called Mrs Marcia's attention to it. According to what I heard, Mrs marcia flared-up and began to fight with my boss' wife and that was what led to the loud noise as other colleagues around also tried to calm the situation. Mrs Marcia said she also lost her gold in the process of the fight. We had to wait for the arrival of my boss to settle the quarrel and get the full details. Even though I have not yet known the full details of what happened, I still believe that Mrs Marcia should not have quarreled with the boss' wife. It is uncalled for. Even if my boss' wife was the one at fault, she should have allowed peace to reign because in the end, it is Mrs Marcia that will will be laid off. If I were in her shoes, I would have allowed the sleeping dog to lie but I feel there is more to this story. There's something between the duo. Around 11am, my boss called a general meeting of the staff. At the meeting, my boss talked about something related to our work. He asked us to make suggestions on how our customers will pay for the service we have rendered before the end of this week. He then spoke about the incidence that occurred this morning. We were made to know that Mrs Marcia is already on suspension till further notice. I also got to know that while Mrs Marcia was insulting my boss' wife, her daughter could not bear it and so, she insulted Mrs Marcia too. Some of us begged that she should not be laid off but when we heard of other things she had been warned about before which she didn't take to, we could no longer fight for her. A new phone Hi friends. Happy Monday. How has been your day. Mine has been quite stressful. My boss asked me to help with some assignments and I also had to do some other things for future purpose. I'm off work now. I'll soon be home. I appreciate your kind gestures and comments on my previous articles. I'm very excited and grateful that my friends have not forgotten about me. It feels good to be back here after about three months break. Thanks to @TheRandomRewarder for bringing us back together again. A relative of mine longed to buy a new phone last year but due to his financial status, he could not succeed in his ambition. The kind of phone he wants is just to browse news and watch films. The one he was using before is very slow and it hangs a lot. Last month, he travelled to the city and saw the advert of itel A60. He decided to purchase it considering the fact that it has 4G network with lots of space for him to download films. It was also the latest edition in the series. He priced it and guess what? It was the same amount he had with him. He later changed his mind to come home and buy it here because if there is any complaint about the phone, he would be able to report in time. When he priced in a it was a little bit higher than what was told in the city but he had no choice than to buy it. When he requested for the phone, he was told that the phone was not yet available because it was New edition and he should come back the following day. I follow him the following day and when we got there, we were told the same story that the company driver was still on his way. So, we had to look for another one to buy. The salesgirls that we met there told us about lot of phones of 64GB and 4G network and the rest. So later we eventually settled for a higher one in price and storage. The salesgirls told us about something called "easy buy" that is you will pay any amount you have with you and then the remaining amount, the interest will be added and then spread over a particular period of months. We settled for three months. He paid an amount and then interest was calculated on the remaining amount for him to pay. We started the process of the buying. A lot of questions were asked like" where do you live? Do you work or still studying? Where do you work? When did you start working and where? What is your highest qualification. Where is your house address? When do you collect salary and the rest" They even took pictures. Can you imagine? It was so funny and it took a lot of our time before we eventually went home and then we began to explore the phone and the rest. It has fast browser but it consumes a lot of data within minutes. It requires a 4G sim card too. We had to purchase that with NIN. It has some essential features and a lot more. I would have uploaded the pictures of the phone but I'm not at home yet. Will I live again 🤔? 19TH MARCH, 2023. Will I ever have the chance to live again if I die? This has been a question that has caused controversies among people. Some have had the real-life experience of seeing a dead person. A group of people were talking few days ago about those who die and live again in this same world. Wee have many opinions about this and what I heard people saying is that if God planned that somebody should spend 50 years on Earth and that person dies before 50 years probably because that person has offended someone powerful and then killed him or her. Now what will happen is that, that person will have to resurrect somewhere else in another country or in another place in order to continue to live till fifty years are accomplished. This is the thought of some people. I have also known about someone who was said to have died but later was found in another place. This man, after he once died, got married, had children and lived happily. But the wife was always disturbing him that he should take her to his hometown but he always give excuses. When the wife was adamant, he decided to take her to see his parents. On their way, when they got to the hometown, just a few houses to his parents home, he told the wife that he wanted to greet one of his friends and that he would meet her. He instructed the wife to go into the house of his parents and introduce herself that he would meet her there. As soon as the woman got into the house, she introduced herself. The parents were surprised because this man had died a very long years before that time and his grave was even in front of the house. They were very much surprised and could not believe their ears. They explained everything that happened to the wife and she fainted. She could not believed that she had been living with a ghost for many years. Another experience of somebody was that a man had an accident while on his way to buy food stuffs for his mother. As soon as the accident happened, he died. His spirit or will I say his body rose up and then went to meet the person he wanted to buy the food stuffs from and purchased the items and took it home to the mother. He explained to the mother that he will not be able to buy food stuffs for her again and that she should always send his friend to buy it. The mother was confused that why would his son not buy food stuff for him again but he said he would explain to her later. A minute after he left, people rushed into the house to tell the woman that her son had an accident an hour ago and died. The exhausted woman could not believe because this was the same son who left just a minute ago until she saw his dead body. We have so many experiences like that; that somebody will die and then they will say that same person was found in another place. Is this really true? Does this actually happen? Expired Two weeks ago, I got to work around 6:48 a.m. That's been my usual practice to get early to work before others. I was the first person to get to work before others arrived around 15 minutes after 7a.m. There was no cash with me. So, later I had to take permission to leave my place of work around 10 a.m. to rush to a pos centre where I could get cash. When I got there, I was told that we were only going to collect old money and with charges. I left disappointed because I thought I would be able to get cash. For the past one month or two months, I have only been doing transfer, even to buy common food has been through transfer and even other things. It has been so difficult and for those that don't accept transfer, I would have to go back home empty-handed. I had to go back to my work and while I was going home in the afternoon, I had to buy a packet of soft drinks. As I got there, I told the woman what I wanted and then she told me the price and added charges. I transferred the amount to her together with the charges. After the transaction, few days later, I discovered that what I bought was expired although I drank it because it was just a week expired. But later, I had to return the rest to her so she could replace them with good ones. She replaced them and also apologized, explaining that it was not intentional. Now, what I want to bring out is that sometimes we eat things that cause harm to our body. Please, be careful when you buy things. Whenever you buy a soft drink. make sure you check the expiry date before you consume. This has caused many people their lives. Please be careful. On the part of the seller, it is a criminal offense to sell out expired consumable products. It could lead to jail. Assume something bad had happened to the person who drank the soft drink and I had a very good connection with NAFDAC, she would have been arrested and made to pay for the damages or sent to jail. Let's be careful of the things we sell out to others. I pray that God will continue to watch over everyone of us. I'm happy to be back here today. It's been a while here. But no place like home.
