How can we conquer the massive crisis and challenges while they are coming towards you at a breathless speed?
In this World full of negativity, chaotic and periled life, people should know how to conquer and handle every single situation that comes along our way. No matter what the circumstances may be, remember that you always have a choice.
You can either choose to let tripedation hand over your mind and body, and let it overtake your life. Or, you can choose to see your situation in perspective, positive, and cease the tripedation then and there.
Here are some words that you might bare in mind and guidance to make you stay positive.
1. Stop being weak.
Being weak will only prolong your sufferings and will only give you low self-esteem. Let go of that weak level, it will frees you from resentment and negativity which will help you get out from the mess.
2. Do meditation.
Daily meditation helps clear our mind. Do it it first thing in the morning. Deep breathing meditation is a good start and followed by the rest. You can search online on how to perform meditations. Before touching your phone, why not learn how to see the situation on what it really is. Someone from read.cash @vegabarcena told me that, meditation helps build self-steem. Before touching his phone in the morning, He meditate first. That inspires me to include meditation on my daily routine from this day onwards.
And also, contemplate of the things from the past and understand that everything has unequivocal start and end, and may even turn into an unexpected thing.
3. Focus on the positive and limit the negative intake.
No matter how tough the situation is, there is always positive that you can find in it. And you should limit negative intake as it will only consume your whole mind the whole day and will not let you focus on the things that you suppose to perform. Try to do this, during your tough times, list down all positive things about that time. It might sounds absurd but it will work and will help you pass through that difficult situation.
4. Take a break.
During stressful times, sleeping will help you recuperate to gain positive energy that will help you figure out the next step to do. It will help your mind and body get back in control over things that gives you anxiety. It is best to sleep at least 8 hours a day. Rather than facing your phone, go to bed, count your blessings instead of sheep until you fall asleep.
And if you feel exhausted in your work, take a break and calm your mind and body. I advise you to do deep breathing during your break time, it will help you relieves from stress. We're not a robot, so be a human and take a break.
5. Reach out to others.
I believe no one is an island, so therefore we need others to live in this world. If you're a silent type of person, you need this more because you are more prone to depression, and the worst is, more tempted to suicide. Helping others who are less fortunate than you also helps you to put things in perspective.
To those who are reading this, if you know someone who you think is depressed or under dfficult situation, talk to them, comfort them, and help them at the least that you can do. Who knows?, they may be the ones who lend you a helping hand when the table is turned the next time.
6. Get close to nature and re-evaluate the meaning of life.
Nature heal our body. We're surrounded by plants and their vibrant colours, fragrant scents and lively leaves made us full of life.
Nature also heal our mind. It activates our senses -ย we become cognizant, focused and most importantly, calm.ย And exercising with nature boost endorphins in our body that helps improve our mood.
So take aย mindful walk through the woods (just be aware of wild animals there though ๐ ), along the bay and beaches, or roam around country parks, it's a great way to clear the mind and regain mental balance.
The last but not the least, the most important tip...
7. Be Thankful.
Everyday is a blessing. Be thankful that you wake up in the morning and sleep at night. Be thankful that you have a house to live and clothes to wear. Be thankful that your stomach is being filled with clean foods and not rotten foods from trashcans like with those begars and scavangers.
Be thankful that you have a job that fulfill your needs and wants in life. If there isn't one, be thankful that there's someone who's supporting your daily needs.
Be thankful that you are healthy - that you can hear, see, talk, walk, and perform daily routine well. Think of the cancer and bedridden patients. Those who are terminally ill and just waiting for their time to leave this world. Think for the sick, homeless and unforunate.
Be thankful for every single thing you have in life, no matter small or big. Always remember that you are more fortunate than those who doesn't have anything in life.
Hope these tips will help you become optimistic at anytime time, specially at difficult situation and crisis. As long as we have faith in God, everything is possible. So always be optimistic no matter what!
