Burgers, burgers .. I made a proper batch of hamburger meat yesterday. We will have to eat burgers for several days. Nothing the kids would mind 😄... Roll the minced beef into balls and a little olive oil in the frying pan, high heat and then I use a saucepan to smash the meat. I fry the bread so the inside becomes a little crispy. #Food

Good morning Noise! Saturday and our daughter's birthday, five years old. Has been struggling weeks after being diagnosed with type 1 diabetes, but she really is a tough fighter! Her highest wish was to have sugar flakes for breakfast, a tradition we have on the children's birthdays. Unhealthy flakes once a year 😄. This afternoon there will be a party with fruit salad and whipped cream.

Salsa, can be prepared in many different ways. Only chop fresh vegetables, mix, or my favorite approach. Roast cherry tomatoes, peppers, yellow onions, red onions and garlic (whole). Plenty of olive oil and salt. 200 celsius for 40-60 minutes in the oven. Mix everything (squeeze out the garlic cloves), add salt if necessary, black pepper, half a teaspoon of honey. #Food

I would say that this brewery comes in second place for being one of the best brewery in Sweden (You who have follow me know which is my favorite ..😊). Beerbliotek is known here in Sweden for its Mango IPA. Rosenhills Brewery, local beer from Tranemo, right near Borås, Sweden. A small brewery that has had a tough time in the covid-19 pandemic (like so many others ..). The beer Brutus IPA is interesting, a lot of apple taste, which is rare with today's IPA. However, small taste, almost leans towards a Lager beer and then you can not charge the price that it cost… #Beer
Every three days we need to change the insulin pod on our daughter. Not always the easiest. It's scary and we fully understand that. Today was the first time I changed completely myself, on previous occasions we have had to hold her. It's not very easy to take a "If you do not get insulin from the pod, you will die" discussion with a five-year-old. She's so tough and strong, my little darling. ❤️

Oppigårds Brewery with the beer Norn pale ale (5.6%) is a fruity and refreshing pale ale. It is a hop aromatic beer with hints of stone fruits and yellow grape. The name of the beer comes from Norn's mill, a place that is a mile into the forest if you go from the brewery. Norn is Dalarna's (in Sweden) best preserved working environment and today a beautiful and tranquil place with its magnificent blast furnace, smithy and chapel. #Beer

This is a dish that is very popular here at home. Nutritious and easy to cook. About a kilo of tomatoes, a whole garlic, plenty of olive oil, fresh basil, salt, black pepper and onion powder. Toss the chicken in the vegetable mixture. Put a whole chicken on the grill grate and place the vegetables underneath. About 120min, 180 degrees. The moisture from the vegetable will get you the perfect chicken. Served with rice and vegetables. #Food

It turned out to be a real feast, on a Wednesday! Roasted peppers, thyme and garlic sauce. Incredibly juicy and tasty. Chicken thigh fillet and bacon is first fried then boiled for 25-30 minutes in the sauce. The sauce is made out of garlic, red onion, olive oil, thyme, bacon, chopped roasted peppers, onion powder, salt, black pepper, cream and créme fraîches. The thyme and garlic aroma that fills the kitchen. Really good! #Food

From O / O Brewery Sweden comes this New IPA 6.6%. A mix of the best of a West Coast IPA and Hazy IPA. The yeast is the same as for the brewery's New England IPAs, but the malt note only contains barley malt. Brewed with Mosaic, Citra and Nelson. Hazy look to the orange color and good bitterness - nice balance, hints of pineapple, grapefruit and lemon. Very nice! #Beer
