Finally time for cooking. Tonight it will be homemade pizza. The dough has been fermented for 4 hours and soon it will be time to start baking the pizza. Homemade tomato sauce with lots of garlic, grated cheese and mozzarella. When the pizza is ready to serv, I throw on a lot fresh basil! #Food
