Roasted chicken with tomato sauce and rice. Think it got a little better with lemon wedges in the chicken, extra liquid that evaporates in the oven. Super juicy chicken! I squeeze the garlic out and mash it into the sauce, it adds to an fantastic aroma and taste. #Food

I was about to sleep... now, I'll dream about endless rice fields, splashing through the terraces but not in mud, but silky tomato sauce ... chasing a roasted chicken ... [ in other words.... this looks, sounds and smells lovely! ] I'll stop for a beer in my dream... so cheers... now back to chase that roasted chicken. Night Night!
