Artichoke/ Jerusalem artichoke soup. A deep, flavorful soup. Nutty and sweet taste, completely unique in the world of root vegetables. Handled carefully, a base of onions, garlic, chicken stock and white wine. A couple of potatoes for extra starch, mix and lots of cream. Salt & pepper. As I said, a delicacy and on occasions like this I usually take the opportunity to bake fresh bread.

The numbers for November are starting to fall in and you can say that you are getting less than a year ago 😄(Crypto winter, yada yada.. I have an eye on the market situation..). Well, we are talking about the same share of crypto but at a lower USD/value. Still waiting for 0.3+0.4 LTC but yeah... around 50-60 dollars in November. I have less time, which means I spend about an hour early in the morning and about 30 minutes in the evening. I have my routine which is roughly: 3 Laptops with CryptoTab and Brave/BAT. The master laptop runs Hideout TV and LootTV 24/7. Faucet on various pages and the obvious = surveys. Gives around 1-2 dollars a day (if we compare when I started in 2021, an average day was 5-6dollars/day). But if you have a positive view of crypto, then you just have to keep going! In terms of Mining, my favorites are CryptoTab, BitCoinMania and Simplebits.io #FreeCrypto
Crypto to earn at Coinbase. 3 dollars. I usually log in once a week because if there is something new to "Learn and earn". I usually use this to reinvest. This time I converted it to around 0.21 SOL which I then bought two pieces of SOL miners on BitCoinMania. #FreeCrypto
Harvest times! Now the snow has fallen and it has started to get to minus degrees. Then it's time to pick up the ’Jerusalem artichoke’. Fantastic root vegetable that I see as a delicacy. Now the rough work begins with peeling the root and then preparing a dish.. Will probably be a soup.

So, my first post on Noise.App.. Exciting! everyday life went on as usual, I might add that I was hit by a car yesterday when my daughter and I were crossing a pedestrian crossing. Tossed my daughter away and took the hit (like a hockey tackle), came away with bruises and muscle pain.. Lucky I'm powerfully built. Looking at the crypto world, I've continued on my same track and haven't experienced any unpleasantness (I've never liked FTX, I think it's full of uncertainty. Quite a good outcome for myself.. 😄). As for playing smart, as for example on the sites I use, I have left the balance on the site = the value is in USD. Buy low sell high still works. 👍🏻
"Smørrebrød", a traditional Danish sandwich that usually consists of a slice of coarse and compact wholemeal bread. Then there is an infinite number of combinations on how to serve this. I mix mayonnaise, chopped boiled egg, a pinch of garlic and salt. With thinly sliced pepper beef, chili and green onions, it was really good! #Food

Hot Dog Club, IPA 6.5%. Made by the Swedish brewery ”Fermenterna”, translated into ”The ferments”. A small independent brewery located in the center of Gothenburg, Sweden. Lots of fruity flavors with hints of citrus fruits and notes of gooseberries, peaches and pine. A creamy balancing bitterness and sweet hoppy finish. Really like it! #Beer
Track Brewing Dreaming of... DDH Nelson IPA 6.5%, from the UK. Packed with Nelson hops (Grown in New Zealand) which gives an incredibly fruity IPA. Mango, passion fruit, oh oh that was really good! #Beer
So what's up at Noise nowadays!? Been busy in real life. Now that it's Saturday and all, I'm cooking one of the kids' favorite dishes. Fried chicken and waffles. A very own recipe where I serve with a homemade mango syrup and chipotle mayo. Sweet, a little spicy, yeah.. it really is a winner here at home! #Food

Freshly baked baguettes, easy to make. I let the dough rise overnight and then I bake on the highest heat with a couple of ice cubes (for steam). Perfect for breakfast and also lunch! #Food

Tomato times, and they're growing like weeds now. Perfect for making a soup. For a slightly more luxurious soup, I roast tomatoes, onions and garlic. Then mix and add water, chicken broth, soy, honey, fresh basil, salt and pepper. Simmer for about 50-60min. Mix everything again, add cream = five star soup. For this I make a simple avocado toast. #Food

Let's have a Thursday beer! From my favorite brewery, Stigberget's Sweden. Three headed COD, IPA 7.5%. Hop aromatic flavor with clear bitterness and slight sweetness, hints of mango, grapefruit, white flowers, and pineapple. Incredibly tropical taste, maybe a touch too sweet? But as usual, a fantastic beer to enjoy when the sun starts to go down! #Beer
Blackcurrants are a good source of several vitamins and minerals. The berries are first and foremost rich in vitamin C, which has several important functions in our body. Once you have planted a bush in the garden, it bears fruit for many years and requires hardly any care at all. Today, we have picked berries and are baking a blackcurrant pie, yummy! #Food

I always try to come up with something new, especially when the kids want Tacos. Tonight I'm making a gooseberry & mango salsa, cilantro sauce and guacamole. With Corn tortilla, chicken nuggets and vegetables.. And we have a feast! #Food

The Swedish blueberries are actually called "bilberry". Wild blueberries have as much as 70 percent more anthocyanins (antioxidants) than cultivated ones. Now there are endless blueberries in the Swedish forests. I use them for jam, juice and of course blueberry pie!

Orange chicken, a classic dish that I have never actually cooked. Juicy and crispy chicken in a completely divine sauce! I replace rice vinegar with a French white wine, Pinot Gris. Oh wow! Sweet, sour this is a dish that will be cooked more times here at home! #Food

Great when you go out and pick a few handfuls of berries (white currants today). Mix with water, squeezed lemon and a little sugar. Lemonade! Tonight we eat Greek salad with garlic bread. Perfect for a hot summer evening! #Food

Wonderful Thursday out in nature. The best thing about nature in Sweden at this time of year is that you do not need to bring picnic food, you will find blueberries and ”Smultron” / wild strawberries everywhere! We also take the opportunity to bake the classic Swedish cookie, ”Drömmar” / Dreams.

So how does crypto earning go? Personally, I am satisfied, despite the market decline. Why? Yes, I have not listened and completely ignored what people have written here and on various other pages. HODL, is a word for beginners. Had I listened to this, I would have had under $ 1000 dollars in total. Now I have had a good time, shopped for almost 5000 $ and still have a nice capital in staking. And anyway, it's crypto ... I can always work together more .. Absolutely free. The hottest right now is to run JungleTV, Hideout and Loot.TV overnight. Along with FoldingAtHome and CryptoTab, this will be a perfectly ok daily reward! #EarnCrypto
After a good supper, the next job begins. Pancakes for tomorrow's excursion! No excuses, I promised the kids pancakes and then it will be so! One of the first rules I teach my kids (and always nag about) and that is to always keep a promise! #Food
Fresh / new potatoes with chicken and white wine sauce. I would say that this sauce is the simplest if you want to seem like a master chef in the kitchen. Fry shallots and garlic in oil, season with salt and pepper. Then pour on 1-2 dl white wine and let the alcohol reduce. Finish with cream and alternatively cornstarch if the sauce is too runny. Serve the wine that are used in the sauce and your guests will say ”Wow! Hey, you know how to cook!” Ohh this is just like crypto.. Write an article at Publish0x and everyone will think that you are a ”crypto pro” 😂#Food

Good afternoon Noise! Busy days and today I have had some time left over to plan something a little extra, it's only Tuesday .. But tonight I will surprise my wife with a dish. Home-grown fresh potatoes, chicken and a white wine sauce on shallots, garlic, spices and a semi-dry but sweet wine. Tonight's beer comes from the UK, Pentrich Brewing Company. An Imperial IPA 8.8%, Sea of blue Dots. Powerful, big character, boozy but just right with fruity tones. However, something too expensive so there is only one. #Food #Beer

Pineridge Brewery with a DIPA, The Raging Rams Double IPA 8%. Brewed in Falkenberg(Sweden), about 1 hour from my house! Fruity, hop-aromatic taste with sweetness and clear bitterness, hints of pineapple, mango, pine resin, a little sweetness of (butter caramel?) #Beer
After lovely day out in Borås, Sweden, it is time for greek gyros, from scratch. Pita bread, tzatziki sauce, vegetables and fries. Pork loin marinated in garlic and fried in rapeseed oil, crispy surface and juicy. Pickled cucumber (lemon, salt and sugar) a completely different taste than the purchased pickled cucumber which always tastes like vinegar. Paired with the greek beer Mythos, almost as we would have been in Greece! 😊#Food

Good morning! Lovely Wednesday and I start the day with a healthy drink. Mix ginger, lingonberry and lemon balm with water(add honey if the kids are gonna drink it 😄). Strain a couple of times. A perfect way to start a hot summer day with lots of activity for the kids!

Oven-roasted pork loin with home-grown new/fresh potatoes. Take time with pork loin, salt the skin to extract the liquid and for a crispy surface. Served with a cream sauce and "rårörda lingon" / "sugar stirred lingonberries". #Food

Just to think back a year after I started with crypto, what could I have done differently ... Yes I have missed a couple of 100x gains but at the same time, now with the result in hand .. Many here at Noise tried to get everyone to: "HODL BCH "," 1BCH for life ".. There have been many blocked users throughout the year .. And why? Well if we look at how psychology works, why do you think so many ”expert” wanted everyone to HODL BCH .. Anyone who has a lot of money needs a good 'Exit strategy' and what is not better than having ignorant people who see the BCH sink, sink and sink .. Panic sellers are something these people love. I count myself now as a crypto expert, maybe just because I know how these greedy people work and take advantage of this to make my own money in my own way. And yes, there is a afterlife and life of crypto will live on. #Earncrypto
The crypto market still feels uncertain, where are we headed? I still "buy"/’free money invest’ in the projects I believe in, and do not sell panic at the worst possible price(And of course, do not listen any ”expert” here or anywhere else, one of the first rules if you want to earn money). My situation is simple, everything I have collected I have received completely ”free". Well, I have spent a lot of my free time but no FIAT. And time goes fast and when I check my Crypto.com VISA card I have received 46.68 USD in reward(1% of purchase)! So I have spent 4668 USD which I have earned for free. Viva la crypto! #EarnCrypto
Panko breaded chicken thigh fillet with fried noodles & vegetables. For this we also have garlic fried mushrooms and sriracha mayo. This was really good! 😋#Food
