When I joined read.cash, I like the vibes because people are open-minded, friendly, nontoxic, and very supportive one. Some are spammers but they don't interact anyway, so I don't count them as real users in read.cash, they're just random people and bot popping from anywhere. This platform has been a gateway to crypto to me.
During the old days when crypto is not part of my life yet, the only social media I had is Facebook, well I have Instagram but I only used it very seldom. Facebook, it's a platform where people are into bragging or showing off things or anything they had.
Non-blockchain-based social media is toxic
Well, it's not bad to post achievements, happy moments, body goals, successful career, and travel goals in Facebook, it all depends how the audience react seeing those post but it's just that some people are too pretentious in there. Seeing those posts somehow gives inferior feelings or insecurities to the people who cannot have what others have shown.
It's not the posters mistake to let others feel inferior as they were just happy sharing what they achieve, the problem was with the reader. It's not the reader's mistake to felt inferior as well seeing others succeed because somehow it can bring disappointments to themselves, I experienced it and I don't blame myself for having that feeling because jealous or envy is normal to human beings. Sometimes situations can be very difficult to deal with that achieving dreams is hard, not because you lack drive or motivation but because you lack moral support, chances, opportunities, and resources.
It's just that sometimes some people on Facebook are too overbearing as well, too much posting of your life events can be annoying sometimes especially post that are showing off especially luxurious things.
Blockchain-based social media is not toxic
Some trolls can be very toxic to deal with especially armies of certain coins as they'll insist that their coin is much better than others or whatever but the majority of people in the crypto space are open-minded.
They don't mind about people's personal life and they don't care about who and what they are. Most are also open-minded to accept criticism and don't look down on others.
On Facebook people post about their life success, like graduating from college, graduating in masters, or about their career success. Some are sharing travel goals, successful relationships, getting married, sharing relationship statuses, and all the likes. That stuff can give insecurities to those nonsuccessfull in a career or a relationship because we all do want to have a successful life and successful marriage but the reality is often disappointing yet Facebook post is almost perfect, so that means some of them are just very pretentious.
I bet people who keep posting on social media lack real attention and genuine happiness because when you enjoyed something you'll forget the internet and privacy is a luxury thing to those who have a life.
In crypto when only show portfolio, we share progress and how we achieved it in the process. Well, in noise. the cash we share real stuff but mostly all of it was raw. Not pretending to be someone who can attract jealousy because people in crypto do not care about personal life.
We also respect others' opinions, we don't invalidate people's feelings because with crypto we are all equal. It doesn't matter if you are a doctor, lawyer, engineer, developer, ordinary employee, CEO, housewife, construction worker, housemaid, student, unemployed, and any other job title.
In crypto we don't care about titles, we all care about our portfolio, our investment, and our name even if we are anonymous, we only care about how crypto can be life-changing. Most people who valued privacy, only care about freedom, freedom with our own money with this decentralized features crypto has offered.
With Blockchain social media I don't feel intimidated
With all the things I've said above, with blockchain social media powered I don't feel intimidated, I don't feel I am just an ordinary housewife. I felt we are all equal, we all do because with crypto we can be our boss, our bank, and we have full control of our money and transactions.
In crypto there is no discrimination, may you be rich or poor we are all equal because we have the same authority and that is FREEDOM. We can be ourselves, we don't have to pretend to be someone else just to feel being appreciated and that is what I like the most in the crypto universe. I can be myself yet I am appreciated for who I am and not for what I've got.
Crypto people are warm, helpful, motivators, and encouragers even if we are all strangers.
Closing Thoughts
When I met read. cash, my insecurities, and inferiorities in life have long gone because this has open my mind that the world is so wide and there are a lot of opportunities you can find in the vast of the internet with or without a degree as long as you know how to read, write and understand simple English.
Yes, it's great to have titles in real life but not all things evolved only if you have it. We can still make fortune as long as we are wise.
In crypto we are all equal, no discrimination as we are all fair.
Especially with Bitcoin Cash, we have the freedom.
Yes, we might be a “donee” in read.cash and in noise.cash receiving money from a donor which is from Marc Demesel but we all have the same authority when it comes to making transactions, if Marc can send money anymore using BCH we can do it as well. Also without users all blockchain based social media won't work at all and besides we've work what we've got.
Thank you for reading!

Very well said m. Eyb. I felt inferiority on Facebook too sometimes that's why I don't post anything on it and will not accept someone I don't feel like being friends with. It's very much better in here because no one intimidates me and gives me that inferior feeling
