Another chain to break is the idea that younger ones must respect older, and the older must-see young’s as their subordinates. Let’s be fair, older or younger than us we must respect them whatever standard they had in the society.

One disturbance caught my consciousness and gives me again another idea and topic for today. While walking home from my aunt's house I see an old woman scolding the child in her neighborhood. I knew that lady and everyone knew her for that attitude, but of course, she’s elder so people ignored the thing she did for kids.

I see myself in her situation, when we get old do we become that person. Are we also gets annoyed by the simple gesture of a child? I see many young’s disrespects this lady, and I know why.

I’m not disrespecting her by writing this craft but I let her model so we younger one must not be one in the future. The reason why she wasn’t respected by some younger children is that she didn’t appreciate and even called them disgusting names.

Probationary And Permanent What is Difference?

If you will rise out from the real world you will enter the first job, this is the most haptic position you will encounter. If you still studying right now you must prepare yourself to enter unpredictable situations.

Groups of my buddies encounter this one, where they need to do please the old workers while they been seeing them like D class and they are A classified. Some of them can’t function well because they have been underestimated and the eyes of their co-workers are focusing on them like idling for them to get wrong and maybe that makes them happy too and gossip about their co-worker.

Of course, you will meet this one in the future where you will enter the workplace you even don’t know whom to approach and who is your underling so you will go to attest that you must respect them all. The reality is that the upper class is more respectful than the lower level.

I am not telling all establishments are like them but this is reality, public or private institutions some fresh graduates or first job seekers are prone to co-workers' eye gossip degrading. So, some are choosing to file a resignation letter. How he/she will work peacefully if the working environment wasn’t good for her/his mind?

Senior or Junior What Is the Difference?

Well not only in work we been performing the chain, but also when we entered being a freshman. Of course, you will have your junior. And some Seniors are not good for newcomers.

We are thankful that in the Philippines that ROTC (Reserve Officers Training Corps) was made not mandatory, you can now choose whether NSTP (National Service Training Program) or the other said program.

But in ROTC you need to discipline and perform the Army duty, but some are too much rigid that they been dangerously initiating junior.

In the school, I graduated this does not happen, although we choice NSTP because of some matters, we could still see that seniors are too devoted to Juniors. And they are friendly when the exercises are now time done. That’s the real training.

Younger Or Older Sibling What Is Difference?

I am the youngest with my two other sisters so I encounter this one ha-ha. You’re the younger so they will designate you to works and they will chill LOL. Like you will be the one who was being commanded to buy their shampoo in the store. And because they speak the pennies is yours you will agree.

Well, I won’t be biased and only talk about the youngest but we just broke the chain of being the breadwinner. Well, in some people the elder must be the breadwinner of the family and the rest is chilling.

What is the exception if she/he the firstborn and you were the last if we had the capacity and ability to help our parent and family?. For me, there is no such thing as the breadwinner of the family, because we must be fair and understand the hardship of being older even were young.

Why You Should Respect Younger Than You?

Simple because we were not getting more youthful. As the days and years passed we are becoming old and the younger will be the ones who will assist us when we were needed help.

In the work situation, aren’t we also come from being probationary? Or first timer? Why we need to drag the newcomers simply it’s called crab mentality, they are afraid that they would be promoted and they will succeed than them. That’s the bitter taste of reality.

In school juniors will become senior one day, that way we showed them will be again passed. If you were a senior and bestows the real part of being one chance of adaptation of others may have inclined. Inside the house, there is no difference between the more adult and young to be the breadwinner of the family.

And back to the main character of the article. The old woman is disregarding the Child. In a larger sense, that child you will call with a disgusting and offensive name who knows who will be him someday? They are the future professional that you ask for help with someday.

That’s the thing, the child holds the future. Respecting and embracing their thing surely they won’t be ignored and forget about you. Besides if you want to be respected, do the same thing to others.
