Let's dive in.
Too much of everything is bad as they say is also one of the issues to be looked at because it actually happens and it causes a whole lot of effects on an individual in various times.
It happens in the way we consume some things, how parents treat their children, how we react to things, do things and a whole lot.
Since the topic suggests or say that too much of everything is bad let's look at how too much of some things become bad although those things are really important.
Alcohol : I put alcohol to be the first because it causes a whole lot of effects on people when it is in excessive.
Alcohol is believed to be a very important material which is used in hand sanitizers for better things as well it also helps for better health -Reducing your risk of developing and dying of heart disease. Possibly reducing your risk of ischemic stroke but when it is used excessively it causes harm and damage.
Let's take a look at the drunkards who take in a lot of alcohol making the alcohol content in their body excessive which is too much for them thereby causing a lot of negativities - some to fall into gutters,others sleep at places that are not too good for them and as well causing a whole lot of shame, stigmatization, loss of respect and a whole lot.
Sugar. Sugar is also one of the substances that people cherish or love most because it makes their food sweet or delicious but too much of this one too is really really really bad since it causes a whole lot of sickness- diabetes which can even cause you to have a disability causing your hand to be amputated . Sugar is also good but too much of it is bad.
Salt just like sugar also helps to make our food sweet or delicious thereby people tend to love it but too much of it is also really really bad which can cause an increased risk of stroke which we all know that joke is also a very deadly disease therefore there is the need to moderate how we take it.
Water is also one of the most important things. Water helps in digestion of food in humans and a whole lot but too much of it is also deadly. It puts pressure on the kidney causing the kidney to have a high work of getting rid of the water quickly which can cause a disease called hyponatremia.
Exercise is also good for the body as it helps in keeping the body fit but also too much of exercise too much of lifting havertys can also cause tendons and joints failure. This is also very dangerous or bad.
Sleep is also a good occurrence or activity as it helps relaxes the brain and makes it active for the next day but too much of sleep is also bad as it increases death from heart failure by a large percentage. Therefore there is the need to sleep at a maximum of 8 hours everyday.
Antibiotics are also good in fighting bacteria in our body. But taking antibiotics always is also a bad idea because it makes a bacteria resistant to that antibiotics thereby making it less effective when taking in.
And a whole lot of other things of which some include friends, social media, internet,and even money and also a whole lot but we can go into that. When it is in excessive it begins to become really bad.
I also made mention of how parents treat their children as a way of saying too much of everything is bad so let's look at that one too.
Some parents do pamper their children a whole lot , they buy them everything they want, do everything they want for them and even sometimes don't let them work in the house. They don't let them do this because they say that it is the only child they have and if something happens to him or her they won't be happy but this is also really dangerous attitude because pampering the child and not to letting him or her work will cause the child to become spoilt in the sense that he or she will be lazy towards any work given because they were not brought up that way.This will go a really long way to affect them in the future therefore too much of pampering is also really bad.
Also being too strict on a child is also a bad idea. There should be a sense of responsible parenting where the parent tells the child all he or she needs to know tell her or him the effects of somethings and also educate the child but shouldn't be too strict on a child to the extent that they won't let their child go out.
You might be too strict on her but there is going to be a day that you can't go by that any longer and when she goes out she's going to do something worst- this mostly happens between the girls who their parents don't let them go out and when they get the slightest chance to go out they become pregnant before their parents notice which is also a bad idea. You should be strict on your child but that doesn't mean you should be too strict because too much of it is really bad.
They are also a whole lot of other things that too much of it is also really bad thereby there is the need to moderate everything we do.
Parents shouldn't be too strict on their children neither should they be also to be soft on them, things that have good benefits on People shouldn't also be taken for granted and consumed without measure because they will also affect us. Also, alcohol and it's associate as well as water and salt should be moderated when we are consuming.
