Good things happened due to Pandemic

I know your asking me right now, is there any good things that this pandemic brought in this world? It may sounds sarcastic but there are few good reasons why this pandemic occurs. As we can see pandemic changes many lives, it was started at November 2019 at Wuhan China. The whole world thought that its just a simple flu that people in Wuhan experienced. As time goes by and due to international travels, the virus spread in different part of the world. People in China are in fear to exposed in virus that's why they are taking vacation in different countries. Did you remember that Philippines didn't close the border and welcomed all the Chinese travellers. That's how foolish the government is. There are countries in the world that close their borders when they alarmed that a new case of virus had been confirmed and now they are considered as one of the early country that is Covid free. I know everyone didn't expect this dilemma. Almost 2 years ago, I thought that it's just a simple case in China. When the virus spreads and more and more cases added everyday. The people is still calm and some of them continue business outside the world. Some are still traveling China then go back here on Philippines without isolating themselves and checking if they are infected. That's the reason why Covid spread fast in Philippines, from hundreds of cases a day to thousands of people.

It changes everyone lives, people are putted into hard lockdown and need to obey in protocols and curfews. Need to follow the mandatory wearing of face mask, social distancing and avoiding close contacts. People before can freely hangout everywhere without any restrictions, travel interislands and even international. Lots of people can do their wants freely, doing normal things like attending in face to face class and employees are rushing in terminals of jeep so that they won't be late at their work. Everything pretty normal not until pandemic ruins all of them. Due to this crisis, lots of business and establishment are forced to closed due to protocols, many Filipinos lost their jobs and experience hardships in life. Some people can't stand the hunger that's why they are aligned on highway asking for food and money. Education adjusted in New mode which is online. Students need to buy gadgets, access on internet to attend every meetings, the sad truth is not all students can afford to buy gadgets. Parents lost their jobs and they need to save money, that's the main reason why many students didn't enroll this year due to this new type of education. Maybe we realize many bad things that this pandemic brought, but how about good one? Is there any good things that this pandemic brought? If we look and analyze this whole thing, we can realize that this pandemic is also an eye opener for everyone. It brought lots of realizations and helps to heal the world.

• Realizations

People before are spending lots of money to buy unnecessary things specially those rich one. As we can see lots of rich people owned lots of assets like bags, shoes, clothes, cars, and many more. When pandemic came, it made them realize, what's the essence of this things if not used. They also realized that they just waste the money buying those things. For poor people like me, I realize how socialization is important, due to pandemic, people are staying at home which is very lonely. Staying alone at home with no one to talk verbally, social media is there but face to face interaction is still important rather than facing on phone and chatting other people.

• Healing the Planet

This is the biggest thing that I can consider as an advantage of this pandemic. In past, people are polluting earth so much due to gasses that contributed in atmosphere. Lots of wildlife had been affected due to deforestation, lakes and rivers have been polluted due to mining activities and many more however when pandemic occurs, all those activities have been stopped. Those companies operating those activities are forced to close their business but some of them are hard-headed and still continue their business secretly. Have you realized why those pandemic and epidemic happens every 100 years? For me there's a reason behind it, maybe it is to lessen the population of this planet cause every second a mere child is born or maybe it is the way to rest our planet from cruelty of humanity. For me this pandemic gave an opportunity for our environment to recover, trees are growing, carbon gasses in our atmosphere lessen, noise pollution made by cars honking also reduce and its best opportunity for wildlife to re-populate their species. It gives time for United nations to take an actions in global problems that this world faced like water and land pollution. In the end, this pandemic didn't bring fear at all because it also helps our planet to recover temporarily.

We can say that this pandemic changes a lot but if we set aside those bad things, we can see the good reason why this pandemic came, I've saw a painting that interprets Covid is a medicine that curing this planet. I hope this pandemic would be an eye opener for world government to take an action so that it won't happen again. People suffered so much and the death already reached millions globally. I'm still hoping that this pandemic will end so that we can go back to our normal life but now with pre cautions.
