Pears with breaded meat

Ingredients:

• Eggs

• A little salt

• A little ham

• A little Cheese

• A tablespoon of yogurt

• Breadcrumbs

• A little flour

Breadcrumbs with breaded meat recipe. Surely you happen to be left with eggs and crumbs, flour… I intentionally put more eggs while breading to make more of those cakes/pears. Until recently, I only knew how to mix everything that was left, shape the cakes and that’s it. But it's great when you add a tablespoon of yogurt, a little ham/ham, and a little diced cheese to the excess eggs, not too much. Add a large spoonful of flour to this thin mixture and then a crumb until the mixture is compact but not too firm, but still soft but not sticky

1.Now shape the soft mixture and roll it once more into crumbs

2.Fry last, in the same fat where the breaded meat was fried

3.It is really tasty, they are eaten first and it is better than the classic variant when you mix all the excess of the breading mixture

4.Lacking time but also meat, they are a great idea as a main course and are a really good substitute for a quick lunch.
