They do not contain any fat and the preparation is more than fast. Ideal when >>> sweet rushes <<<. This time I didn't make a video, but the recipe below is explained in detail through text and photos in each phase of preparation by numbers. You can't go wrong. The exact quantities are written above in the list of ingredients (it says: openings for the list of ingredients)
1.In one bowl add flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. In another bowl add sugar, vanilla sugar, rum (optional if you like or have it) then eggs (picture 1)
2.Mix the dry ingredients and mix the wet ones well by hand (picture2)
3.Add yogurts to wet ingredients (picture 3)
4.Stir well (picture 4)
5. Join the dry ingredients wet (Figure 5)
6. Stir well (Figure 6)
7. Add only one tablespoon of oil to a pan with a non-stick base (but you don't need that if it's a good pan) Set a medium temperature. On a scale of, say, 1-9, you set the volume to 7. It must not be too hot and yet not lukewarm. Grab about 1 dl of the mixture and pour it into the pan and smooth with a spoon (picture 7)
8. Bake for 1 minute, turn and continue for another half a minute (picture 8)
I will try. But I do it in a salty version.
