Many think that when we refer to wounds, we are talking about those that we make with a knife or when we suffer an accident, however, there are internal wounds that no one can see, except us, no one can feel, except us, wounds that remind us of some sad situation, some regrettable moment in our lives.

Oprah says it well, wounds can be converted into wisdom, but that only happens when we are aware of what we feel, and especially when we want to feel that pain, that suffering, but no one can change that, only us, that is when we must understand that those wounds will accompany us forever, only that we must take advantage of that, converting them into wisdom, not to make the same mistakes, so that it does not happen to us again.
But of course, there are different types of wounds, some are deeper, harder, and more painful than others, among them we have:
Loving Wound - We could say that this goes from mild pain to one that can lead to death, it all depends on the situation.
Family Wound - They are one of the worst because in the love issue we can always expect some sad outcome but in our own family? That is really sad, their pain can lead you to distrust even your own shadow.
Economic wound - Nobody likes to lose money, nobody likes to be in poverty, and when that happens, that wound causes you despair, frustration, which can even lead you to do things outside the law.
Of course, there are many wounds, but these are one of the most common, we all have some internal wound, there is no one who does not have, on the contrary, many pretend not to have them, they believe that by ignoring them they will close or go away, but that does not happen, they only lengthen that pain, lengthen that sadness, it is not about ignoring, it is about understanding them, accepting them and working to heal them, so that they stay there, but without pain, that when we see them we see wisdom, experience and most importantly maturity.

We all have to grow, in stature, age, and mind, one of the things that go hand in hand with growth, is that to accept what we have, to live with it, but not to be satisfied with it, but to learn from it, to advance, to understand that this is what life is all about, to mature, to evolve, to advance with what we have, We would all like to have an ideal life, without problems, without worries, without stress or needs, but it is not always so, some have had to fight even to get a loaf of bread, they are full of wounds, some very painful that they hide during the day, but cry at night.
That is why we must understand the magnitude of this my dear readers, we all have wounds, some stronger than others, but this does not mean that we will decay, that we will fail, that our journey is over, on the contrary, let us learn from them, let us fight for what we want, let us not allow anything to stop us, every wound we have represents growth, represents wisdom, represents maturity, it depends on you, depends on me, if we move forward or not, in the end, we will always have the last word.
