How many hours do you sleep?
The question is how many hours of sleep are enough for us to be rested and ready for a new day?
Some people say that eight hours of sleep is ideal, while some say that only 5-6 hours are enough for them to be fresh. Certainly, each of us is different. They say that it is healthiest to fall asleep before midnight.
It's 2am now and I'm still awake, which is definitely not good. How about you?
