The Bigger Picture of Women Who Choose to Do Housework in the Modern World!
There is a prevailing view that housewives are secondary and less important than a well-paid career woman. However, in the modern world many women are beginning to see this as an outdated notion.
It is hard to pinpoint the source of this mindset because it has been around in our civilization for so long. Some argue that it was ingrained in the minds of people during the industrial revolution when women were forced to stay home due to public opinion while men worked. It might also be because society views housewives as upholders of tradition, rather than culture makers and changers like professional women. Finally, it might be due to the fact that there is more opportunity for women outside of their homes now - which has led to a decline in male power at home.
In the 1900's, housewives were encouraged to stay in the kitchen and not earn outside income. These women were seen as followers and not leaders or thinkers. Women who choose to do housework in the modern world has taken a variety of shapes. One woman might be married with children while the other may be single with no children. Some women may take a few hours here or there while others are full time stay at home moms. Regardless of the type of housewife, they all seem to face similar problems in society today.
The increase of "women's work" attitude and devaluation from society is one that is most commonly felt among housewives, as this act seems to be seen as more relevant than it actually is. There are two major types of arguments for why women still do housework today: that it's natural for them to do so because they're biologically programmed, or that they have less opportunities and therefore should prioritize their own work over anyone.
Women are now able to break away from stereotypical ideas that they need to stay at home as a mother and do housework. Women can choose what they want to do with their career, whether it be in a business or stay at home mother. Women are not pressured by society to take on traditional roles anymore. This gives women more freedom and opportunity for success in life.
Millions of girls around the world are growing up with the expectation that housework is the natural order of things. One of the most common expectations they are faced with is that they will have to work, go to school, and clean all at once.
It is important for us to stop ignoring housework and recognize it as an important part of a woman's life. The way in which we do this change starts with changing our perception on women themselves and their capabilities. Women who choose to do housework should not be seen simply as wives who have no other choice but to take care of their home–they should be seen as people who have decided to take care of their home and make it into what they want it to be.
Housework is a never-ending battle. It can be frustrating and it may seem like the easiest option is to let it pile up. But keep in mind that housekeeping does not just mean cleaning. It also includes taking care of our children, cooking for the family, tidying up, and so on.
It's important that we remember to say “no thanks” when our partners ask us to do house work that doesn't involve just dusting or vacuuming or doing dishes. We deserve a break too!
Many women are still trapped in the idea of femininity today. They are taught that they must be delicate and stay at home, while men go to work. But this is not the world we live in today as there is a dramatic change seen in the past few years.
Women don't want to be housewives anymore, a new study by Pew Research Centre shows. In 1965, 91% of housewives were not working outside their homes; while in 2015 78% were employed or looking for work outside their home. This shows how our society has been changing with time and its new ideals for women's roles today.
More than ever before, women are choosing to stay at home while they care for their families. Nowadays, many housewives choose to stay at home with their children while earning money outside of their home office. Men are also becoming more ambitious and independent because they have a supportive network of housewives who can help explore new goals together. Housewives should be respected as people with a lot of talent, ambition, and creativity who also make valuable contributions to society.
There is no doubt that the modern woman carries enormous responsibility on her shoulders. And history have well documented their role in the civilization of men and society. This they achieve no because the home front was their destined place but rather the dedication to bring the best in society.
Homework are not for a particular gender. Everyone can do it. But if a woman chooses to care for the home front them I think we should appreciate her
