My area is famous for farming or farming because in my area farmers can produce vegetables reached 43,673 tons in in 2010 or about 35.80% of the total vegetable yield . System Conventional is an agricultural system aimed at to obtain maximum agricultural production by utilizing modern technology such as high doses of synthetic chemical fertilizers and pesticides with no or little input of organic fertilizer . Application conventional systems have been carried out in this region since 1980s.Conventional vegetable farming is one of the agricultural system applications that has the potential to reduce the level of pushing destruction of soil structure, decreased fertility soil, and loss of fertilizers and other chemicals due to erosion and leaching. In the long run these impacts can reduce the quality and soil productivity due to soil degradation. Increased consumer awareness of the product safe vegetables free of chemical residues and friendly the environment has driven the demand for the product organic vegetables increase with more price expensive. Some vegetable farmers have turned to organic farming system. Organic farming is agricultural systems that use natural inputs to increase soil fertility and not use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides. This farming system provides a variety of possibilities for mitigating the negative impacts of conventional agriculture so that it plays a significant role in broad for sustainable farming systems. organic farming system brings many advantages for the agricultural system because can improve soil quality and safety food, as well as increasing the C-organic content in the ground. However, this system has not widely adopted by farmers due to a decrease very significant results, reaching 50 percent in the early phase of the transition from conventional agriculture into an organic system. The decrease was due to by drastic reductions in chemical fertilizers and synthetic pesticides that trigger nutrient limitations especially nitrogen, pest attack, and stress weed. This study aims to determine combination of manure and chemical (NPK) give different vegetable yields with conventional agriculture in order to determine the transition strategy from agriculture conventional to organic systems. The world of agriculture needs changes from time to time to increase abundant production yields to keep the soil fertile is a positive review to have the opportunity to have higher yields continuously over a long period of time. The way people in my area get abundant yields is conventional farming.

I have a very aggressive pet dog, when I come home after finishing doing work in the office they bark but are not angry but they are very happy when they see me home, their tails continue to move to welcome me. Alone: Sacrifice
When we feel alone, that's when we will feel an empty heart without anyone accompanying us. We need friends to pour out our hearts but in certain circumstances a friend only comes when he needs help. Life feels empty from time to time and when everything has to leave from real life, the loss will be felt, maybe we try to return it so that the atmosphere will return to the happiness we used to feel but in reality everything did not go as expected. Feeling life is useless, I almost sacrificed myself because direction and purpose can no longer provide a good life.
But when I was walking somewhere I saw an extraordinary sight and from that scene stood a cross that led to a very beautiful natural landscape. I pondered and thought about the cross, I remembered about the journey of the Lord Jesus who had to sacrifice for the sins of mankind, was flogged, made fun of, slandered, crucified to death on a cross. I think about the life I live, it turns out that what I feel is not comparable to God's sacrifice for my life, He is willing to suffer for me and atone for my sins so that I will be freed. Will I just let my life die in vain?
It turns out that life is precious because I have been freed by the sacrifice of a very expensive blood.

I immediately got ready and went to the farm field which was not too far from my house maybe only kilometer from my house, I used a motorized vehicle as my friend to go to the farm.
When I got there, it turned out that my father was harvesting peanuts while he was angry that in my area this plant is called brenobon, this is a food ingredient like peanuts but it's not delicious when eaten raw, it has to be boiled in hot water. This food ingredient is also often collaborated with pork, especially pork legs that have been cut and boiled with red beans. Surely your tongue will taste the kimochi, kimochi, delecius.

I graduated from college in 2017, as a person who has a license from college, I have a chance to get a decent job for me to build a better life because I have a strong enough foundation to achieve a bright future that's the thought that makes me happy when I graduated from college and got a bachelor's degree. My parents always fully supported me when I was in college because for them when they saw their child would be successful it would cure the struggle of those who had struggled day and night to work in the fields just to think of me who was struggling in the world of education because of the results of farm work in the fields will be used as my tuition fee.
There is one message that my mother told me when I was going to go to college, she said ***you don't think about the suffering of your parents in the fields because it is our right to fight to see you succeed because your success is happiness for us,*** those are words that will never stop. I have forgotten all my life. Sometimes when I remember this message it makes me cry because until now I have not given them happiness, I become a guilty person because the suffering they have felt I have not healed.
From 2017 when I graduated in June that's when I started planning to enter and work in the government area of our country because I thought that when I worked in the government sector, my chances of becoming a civil servant (PNS) would be wide open.
I want to become a civil servant because I think this is a very good job. My age, which has not yet reached the maximum limit, is a motivating factor for me to wear a service uniform because the age limit to become a civil servant in my country is 35 years.
Being a civil servant is the pride of all people in my country, especially those who have high school diplomas, bachelor's, doctorates and professors. Each degree has a level to get a salary according to the capacity and background of the degree or terms that are often known are groups a, b, c, d and so on.
****There are several advantages when someone becomes a civil servant, namely:****
*Get basic salary every month*
*Get old age goals (retirement)*
*Receive allowances for children or families when sick or dies*

Those are some of the advantages when someone gets a job as a civil servant (PNS), maybe there are other benefits but that's all I get when I talk to my brother who has become a civil servant.
**Everyone Is Not Equal**
I am a person who is very sad with my current life because my dream to become a civil servant has not been achieved even though the opportunity is still open because I am still able to take part in this government program.
Since I graduated, there has actually been a government program to open up opportunities for citizens to become civil servants by following the regulations issued by the organizing committee. This event is opened every year by the government in order to fulfill the better performance of the bureaucracy to advance the government system and the country's economy.
The main thing that must be followed when someone registers as a candidate for civil servant is to take the exam using a computer system, meaning that the questions issued by the organizing committee based on the online system no longer use manual tools such as pencils and paper, this regulation is carried out so that there is no cheating from the regional committee because all data goes directly to the central committee, so the system is centralized, there is no manipulation from the local government and committee.
I have participated in this event three times and the results always make me go home with my head down. I was very sad when the years of waiting were not mine, I had studied day and night, looking for sources to solve the questions that would be issued by the committee but all of that was in vain when I saw the score on the computer screen that did not reach the maximum limit.
When I came down from the building where the selection exam was held, many of my friends looked sad and unmotivated like someone who had lost half their lives and some even cried when the actual results they received did not reach their hopes and expectations. We deserve to be sad because ***one year's preparation is only wiped out by two hours*** and also many of my friends who have participated in events like this several times even they have been longer than me but the failure is still on our side.
This is the event for the third time I'm participating and I may realize that maybe God didn't want me to become a civil servant. I came down from the stairs of the building while looking to the right and to the left, I saw there were parents who cried when they saw their children did not pass the selection exam, from the bottom of my heart I remember my parents with their difficulties all this time, they have fought for me so that I can succeed in education but I have not returned their kindness. what happens if they come with me when I take the exam? maybe they will be like this mother I have seen, that was my thought at that time.
When I arrived downstairs I left the room and I sat under a tree while I contemplated and watched what was happening. I kept thinking, what should I tell my parents when I have to fail this time because this is my third time participating? maybe they will be angry with me but i have to be honest with them, whatever will happen i will accept all the consequences.
When I came home and got home I told them about everything that had happened to them, actually I was afraid and didn't want to see them sad but it turned out that my mind was wrong when my mother saw me with a smiling face, I was surprised to see my mother when I told the truth, she didn't angry and just smiled at me. When he saw my head bowed sadly he said to me ***you have struggled with great effort but you must remember God created you in this world with a purpose that may be different from others and there is something God has prepared for you, don't stop trying because one day you will accept it.***
Hearing these words made me touched to see the wisdom of a mother whose education was far below mine. Ever since the words that came out of my mother, I kept contemplating and thinking. When I remember what my teacher said since I was in high school, he once said that ***a person cannot live without the help of others because of differences in life background or social status, for example a state official cannot live without a farmer, meaning the farmer grows everything. types of plants and when the plants are harvested they will become the food of an official,*** that was a small example he had taught us.
The words of my mother and teacher made me think that their statement made sense, so a question arose from me which might be the answer to my failure, what would happen if in my country all were civil servants? Who will work in agriculture? or all of them are farmers and no one governs the state.
I started to smile when I got this answer, so I no longer thought of becoming a civil servant because like my mother said that maybe God prepared another job for me because not everyone will work in the same field.
I kept trying to find other job opportunities and I never stopped, finally in 2021 I received an offer to work in a state institution but non-PNS means not to become a civil servant but I am grateful that I have worked, even though currently my income is not too big but it made my parents smile because my efforts have been getting good results.
Maybe many people have struggled to get something that is their life goal but so far it has not been achieved even though they have sacrificed their peace, mind, material and other efforts. We have to remember that the world is so big there may be other places where we will be successful and successful.
Don't just stand in one place try to move maybe gold and gems are on the new footstool. Keep trying and fighting ***because success doesn't always have to be the same as other people because maybe we are different.***

Happy: Making Peace with Reality
Some time ago I had time to release the conscience that has been stored in my brain and I released the cells of annoyance in me on an article that might ease my brain a little which has become hot but I'm grateful I didn't become a stressed or crazy person, maybe I wouldn't be here anymore if that happened lol.
Building a life is difficult, especially if we have to start from zero, can you live without anyone by your side? without money, food, drink and clothes. If only when I was in my mother's belly and I could know that when I was born in this world my life would suffer, maybe I would have said to my mother that it is better for me not to be born in this world than to live suffering.
When we are born into the world, we may already be in a state of abundance and lack. Maybe many people say that your fate is good because you were born into a rich family and your luck is bad because you were born from a poor family, but the next life changes we will never know earlier because it is a secret from God.
When we are born rich or poor, we may face a life problem that will make us suffer, depression, stress, etc., that is why living from abundance will not necessarily make us happy and living in poverty will not necessarily make us continue to suffer.
I often feel the suffering that continues to flow in my life and maybe you and everyone else has also felt it because of not achieving one, two or three hopes that have become our programs and goals when we make a decision to pursue it. So that when we cannot make it happen, we will feel suffering.
Our expectations may be too high so that many unfulfilled desires sometimes make us forget to be grateful for the little things.
Look down that we can still stand on the earth, the place of our feet. When we learn to be grateful for the fact of life that has become our true friend, we will feel happiness that will lift our life into enthusiasm and gratitude, when we know that the breath of life is very meaningful.
Each of us has a purpose in life, when we create a concept that is a mathematical system for us to use in conquering challenges, but often that concept becomes an error because of excessive desire and not in accordance with our abilities.
We also have to understand, which are good and capable things for us to do and don't put too much hope in something that is beyond our control because simple happiness will be better and sadness naturally will make us not prolong the suffering.
In my small heart I once said, I may be a person who can't feel long happiness because suffering often comes but I always remember God's power in my life. Maybe right now God has not improved my situation but I believe that He is using my situation to improve me.
Maybe at this time it is difficult for us to accept the grief that has happened and we feel far from happiness but try to be grateful for what we have held because it is difficult to make peace with reality which means accepting whatever happens sincerely.

Build Platform Or Build Account
I can't understand those are the words that come out of my little heart. It was as if I was swimming in very deep sea water with so little oxygen that I might not be able to return to the surface.
When some time ago rusty came with a small smile and made my heart smile big as if the world was mine. I have to be honest with what I did and I felt when rusty returned to decorate my days.
I have a naughty plan in me that I want to upgrade the platform but maybe I'm wrong. I can't understand and I can't.
Many users seem to be begging for the rusty presence that never comes, but they continue to hold back so that many soft words come out of the heart that is actually cruel and begins to suffer.
Did you start crying? Or go to a bar to put a bottle of alcohol in your innocent body or will you stop writing because Rusty doesn't want to see you?
I am a person who can't keep a feeling when something I see and feel hit me and others, how we become a leader if we are a gentle, sweet and charismatic but there is no firmness in ourselves.
I'd rather be ridiculed and hated but I don't want to be a hypocrite. When you want to convey your feelings but are afraid to be wrong, go deep and start uttering soft words like a dove but actually venomous like a snake.
Honesty is my treasure but I'm actually a pretty tough person and don't want to be swayed by a venomous demon. If the money is important then I will look for it but if the money has become evil then I leave it because it's better if I don't wear sandals half of my feet will be lost forever.
I'm like a baby on this platform because of my young age and follow behavior like I see adults when I see them commenting so I also comment, when I see them giving my heart I also give, when they make interesting articles and long i did it too but i didn't count it, whether it was long or still too short, when they said to stay active i did it too etc i did it too.
But are their words true? Or am I just consumed with a word?
A few days ago until this morning I have poured my heart out to some users by giving until my balance is empty. Actually my naughty intention that came to my mind was to want to build a platform by giving and sharing with other users but maybe I was wrong.
I also thought, maybe this will build my account to be known and attract Rusty's attention so that he becomes my girlfriend every day and forever. But it turns out that my prediction may have been wrong and I have no certainty of all that I have done.

Fear of being wrong means fear of losing money that is a writer who does not want to lose his livelihood because of the difficulty of working in the real world and will have an impact on his dreams and aspirations to buy groceries or home property.

I'm just an ordinary person who is often not considered alive by others, are you guys confused by what I said? yes, yes, yes, I understand because this is like ghost language coming out of my mind, what I mean is that I am often not considered alive because many times when people see me they just stare at me for a second without giving a signal and their eyes return to the front sight.

They are famous musicians that's what I have in mind, so I'm not too surprised by the actions of the fans who keep staring at them for hours. But one thing I'm wondering is are they normal like me? yes, yes, yes they are normal. Dark Story 2017 = 2022?

I experienced the most painful story in my entire life when my relationship with someone fell apart in 2017. At that time someone who had become my idol had to marry a man I did not know.
I actually really love him but because of my different status with this woman finally the view of love turned into a dispute. He was a civil servant whereas I was just a college graduate with a bachelor's degree.
At that time I had not worked because I had just graduated while she already had her own pot (future) for herself and for someone who would later become her husband.
But the sweet story we both had to end tragically for me when she decided to marry a man who was still working as a rented teacher.
My heart is shattered into pieces, I'm like a madman who doesn't know which way to go, the day I sleep and the night is mine. The sadness continued when he purposely invited me to be present on his wedding day.
As a human with feelings, I couldn't attend his wedding because I'd rather stay away to soothe the pain I was going through than see someone I couldn't let go of and had to fall into someone else's arms.

I realize that right now I am not the best of the best. Everything I have done so far has reached the limit of what I have. I work day and night dividing my time in the real and virtual world of work, I never stop even though my eyes start to hurt from tears but the passion for the arrival of love continues to encourage me to see, read, comment, like and follow the big family members of this best platform.
But now I feel pricked by thorns to the heart and heart feel the deepest pain when everything has changed makes the eyes feel glazed, blood freezes, heart becomes cone, heart and veins almost stop feeling the soul wants to get out of the tightly bound body troops ***maybe love has gone and will never return*** to this poor life. I actually didn't think to say this but the fact that I had felt so painfully snapped the world might have turned around and fought the backflow of the happiness I once felt.
