Loss of as much as 7 kilograms - of course depending on the level of physical activity.
The basis of this diet is cucumber salad, which can be consumed in unlimited quantities every time you feel hungry. The salad is rich in nutrients and you do not have to worry that you will miss something during the ten-day regime. Other foods that are eaten during the day are 2 boiled eggs or 150 g of tuna drained of oil or 150 g of grilled white meat ... 2 larger boiled potatoes (can be cooked, boiled, baked in the oven but not fried in oil) or 3 slices of wholemeal bread. Also, 500 grams of fresh locally grown fruit.
Ordinary water and tea are drunk from the liquid, and even coffee (without sugar) is allowed. What is strictly forbidden are carbonated drinks, alcohol and sweets. With each meal as well as between meals you can eat unlimited amounts of cucumber salad and you can drink cucumber shake.
Cucumber salad
Cucumber salad is made extremely quickly and is very simple.
ingredients:
about 400 g of cucumbers
2 dl of sour milk or yogurt (who has homemade kefir can put it)
salt
young garlic (optional)
Preparation:
Peel a squash, grate it and slice it. Add salt, stir gently to distribute properly and pour over sour milk, yogurt or kefir, then mix lightly again. If desired and to taste, add finely chopped young garlic and ... serve immediately!
Cucumber shake
Put in a blender:
one young cucumber (with peel - of course well washed)
a handful of well-washed spinach
one sour apple
add a little grated fresh ginger or powdered ginger knife tip (optional)
Mix well, pour into glasses and sprinkle with pieces of walnuts or almonds on top. Sip lightly while it is fresh because the longer it stays - it loses nutrients. This drink will supply your body with an abundance of vitamins and minerals, and especially vitamins A and K. The drink is also rich in fiber, magnesium, iron, vitamins C, E and B, as well as calcium and potassium. The whole spectrum of everything we need, all in one glass!
Although this is a very simple diet, you need to pay attention to the quality of the food. Try to use only fresh vegetables and fruits from a verified supplier. Moderate physical activity is an important thing for every child, including this one, and a half-hour brisk walk will significantly help you lose extra pounds.
Last season is home-grown cucumbers. When I have them in the garden, I will try this diet.
