There is always a solution

From an early age, man has encountered administration and bureaucracy. Unfortunately, in order for our society to function normally, these services are necessary. But it happens that around ordinary things a person finds himself in a situation when a solution seems impossible to him. However with a little imagination and thinking outside the box, a solution is found. In the photo we see an example of one such solution. What it is. The owner of these beautiful horses applied to be allowed to build a porch in the field below where his horses could find shade in the hottest part of the day. However, due to administrative nonsense, he did not receive that permission. He found himself in trouble. If he builds a porch without a permit, he will pay a large fine, and on the other hand, he needed it. So he came up with this ingenious solution and built a big table with chairs in the field. His horses were given shade, and the administration could not punish him, because there is no law that forbids you to put a table and chairs on your property, and the size is not mentioned anywhere. So when you find yourself in a seemingly insurmountable situation, try to think outside the box.

Od malih nogu, covek se susrece sa administracijom i birokratijom. Na zalost da bi nase drustvo moglo normalno da funkcionise, te sluzbe su neophodne. Ali desava se da se oko obicnih stvari covek nadje u situaciji kada mu se resenje cini nemugucim. Medjutim uz malo maste i razmisljanja izvan okvira, resenje se pronadje.

Na fotografiji vidimo primer za jedno takvo resenje. O cemu se radi. Vlasnik ovih divnih konja podneo je molbu da mu dozvole izgradnju trema u polju ispod koga bi njegovi konji mogli naci hladovinu u najtoplijem delu dana. Medjutim zbog administrativnih gluposti, on tu dozvolu nije dobio. Nasao se u problemu. Ako sagradi trem bez dozvole, platice veliku kaznu, a sa druge strane bio mu je neophodan. Zato je smislio ovo genijalno resenje i u polju je izgradio veliki sto sa stolicama. Njegovi konji su dobili hladovinu, a administracija nije mogla da ga kazni, jer ne postoji nijedan zakon koji zabranjuje da stavis sto i stolice na svom imanju, a ni velicina se ne pominje nigde. Tako da kada se nadjete u naizgled nepremostivoj situaciji, pokusajte da razmisljate izvan okvira.
