Biscuit:
(THE COFFEE CUP I USE IS 170 ML)
4 EGGS
1 CUP OF SUGAR
1 BAG OF VANILLA SUGAR
HALF A CUP OF OIL
4 SPOONS OF COCOA POWDER
1 CUP OF MILK
2 CUPS OF FLOUR
1 BAKING POWDER BAG
Bake at 180 C for about 20-25 minutes
Topping:
1 cup milk
half a cup of oil
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 cup sugar, 50 g cooking chocolate
